    today, i walked for 40 minutes to get to my city, had to walk back BAREFOOT because my friend took my shoes, jump roped for 20 minutes, then did this workout. i deserve a round of applause

    Loved this! Very hard workout. I burnt 316 active calories (370 total) during this workout for anyone who was interested to know rough calorie burn. Loved the end!!

    I’m a gym owner and personal trainer. This is a challenging workout!! All body weight with 10sec rest intervals. Had to stop video 4 times to catch my breath. The workout is hard but the Finisher is brutal!! FYI don’t watch video if I had I may not have done workout lol!!

      re we supposed to do all of these everyday for a week, then go onto week 2? Also will this plan help with fat loss around thighs and belly???
