    To all my beginners reading the comments, I feel you! So many of these exercises were new to me or wayyyy to difficult. I had to pause the video a bunch and modify some exercises, but the point is that I finished the video and you can too! Don't give up, there's no shame in modifying, and believe in yourself :)

      Thanks! I struggle with my knee a lot, so the hard movements I cannot do, but instead I go on the treadmill and fast walk, and your right it is about finishing a workout and it does not have to be perfect. Thanks for the post it really helped.

    Thank you Anna! On some days I find it hard to leave the house and go to the gym, and you save me. I can do my workouts from home and I don't skip days, and that's what matters most. Thanks to you now I believe in myself!🥰

    What shall I say about this workout. Sweat, sweat and sweat. My gym owner called me yesterday I said no I am not joining the gym, I got my personal trainer on TH-cam channel. Thanks Anna for such a fun loving motivational workouts.

    Wow! I think I just learned what “push yourself” really means😅 Those last few exercises had me almost dead, but I just kept going and finished strong and I feel amazing! Thank you so much Anna for these videos, you make working out and movement available for those like me who don’t have much equipment, gym membership, or knowledge on where to start. I especially love your Tabata videos, I’m always thinking about the next exercise so it flies by and I unlock strength I didn’t know I had. Challenging and fun, the perfect mix. As a younger 5ft 6in teen, I burned 411 total calories, the most I’ve ever in a workout. But for the first time I appreciate how I feel instead of the calories burned. Thank you again Anna for this video and to anyone who read this little rant. Love from Canada💕

    omg!!! that may have been the longest 42 minutes of my life. i think there was 60+ exercise set in that workout. So nice to have no repeats, but a LOT of it rhymed :-) Thanks Anna for another killer session

    I did the one arm burpees !! I am so proud and I don't think I would have been able to without the numerous burpees you do per workout xD they are my fave exercises so that's good

    Super high energy!! The short duration of each working exercise is good for someone with limited attention span :). Lots of burpee variations! The 10 second break in between was often a little long for me given the duration of each working set, so sometimes I kept going for 5 seconds longer

    LOL I knew when we did star jumps in the middle that the last exercises would be tuck jumps, but you got me ... I thought burpee tuck jump would be the last exercise, but hell no double jump tucks it was ... well my quads are burning like there is lava pumping through them not blood. What a ride, Anna!     Wow the last 20% of this workout was a killer !!! I love Anna's cardio video because they are intense omg. I love the fact that the intensity increase trough the whole workout it really motivate me to push myself. It was exactly what I needed to start my weekend. Thank you Anna !!!!

    Hi thanks for the workout! I’m also glad you do the stretching part ‘right’, because most workouts I do only stretch 5 seconds each side.

    Those last burpees and jumping are killing me Anna. This is the hardest tabata I have ever done but after that, I have never felt so proud of myself!! Thank you Anna for this workout and feelings. Cannot wait to do more no equipment workout of yours🥰🥰

    That was a great workout I didn't take rest this time yay proud of myself my heart rate spiked up to 200bmp lord I burnt 500 active cal and 600 total calories this was a hard workout the burpees were Killin mee love it thank uu Anna for sharing this wonderful workout wit us

    I was not feeling the exercise vibe this morning, but I saw Anna had a tabata workout in my queue...I said to myself "Tabata, you can do anything for 20 seconds!" And then Anna rolls in with her bad ass self and delivers several veeerrrryyy challenging sets! Whew, thanks for the challenge, you INSPIRE!

    This workout was amazing. The moves aren't some of Anna's most absolutely challenging so, for me (and I would maybe class myself as intermediate), the 45 minutes (and I'm used to doing her 30-minute workouts) wasn't too challenging (but obviously challenging enough to work up a real sweat!!). I'm 5'1" and weigh 61.3kg and I burned 381 calories doing this workout for the first time today. And I did some modifications (for example I cannot do the one-arm burpees!) and took some slightly longer rests in parts. Once I'm back at work after the New Year I'll be back to doing my 30-minute workouts in the morning as it's a struggle to fit any longer than that but I will most definitely be coming back to this every weekend 💪🏾 today I followed this up with a 15-minute tabata session that had no breaks and I burned 183 calories doing that workout and that was with some breaks in between as it was just too much for me with absolutely no breaks.

    I love this workout so much! At some points I thought I gonna yell at someone if there's another burpee variation in the next 20 seconds lol But honestly i had so much fun!!! And 20 seconds made it feel like going by really fast too!!! Another thing I really really like this workout is the music/set-up... Usually I don't like those typical TABATA routine which counts down for you and tells you at which round as I feel very distracting. Simply a timer is already good enough for me so this one is just like PERFECT! Thank you Anna!!

    I love Tabata. This was a tough one and I replaced the burpees at the end with some easy ABS exercises. Still I feel like a superwoman. Thank you, Anna! 😅

    I’m a mom trying to lose baby fat and this is definitely my go to work out. I have sweat on my face running down my face I have sweat in my hair running and sweat along my back love this work out but did feel nauseous and don’t know why but omg best work out.

    Felt so bad for not working out yesterday and thats on a monday!!!!! Bc i was so busy with class and homework but i feel so energized the next day when i woke up snd immediately did this workout!!! Was super hyper and gave all my 100% best into doing all of these exercises!! Feel so good. I def needed that break. This is a sign that if youre too tired to workout then take a break bc youll feed great afterwards. Love u anna and team!! Def missed ur tabata workouts ❤️

    OHHHH MY GODDESS JEEZ LOUISE - Simply drippin and then we see you not a little drip in sight. Smashed through today to 70% little rest got my second win till 90% then absolute killer killed from energy :) Thank you ::)

    Edit: this workout really showed me how strong I've gotten in these past 8 months of consistency!! Half of thesee moves I couldn't even DO when i started, this was a good one. But then again, arent they all? Gottta get back to it! (Sneak break lol)
