    Anna, I just want to appreciate you for the small details that even other big channels ignore.Thank you for understanding the nature of home workouts and still making me feel we are in the same room exercising together. I've been exercising with you rigorously for 6 months now, and I can see..
    1. You do the workout with us from start to the end, no cut edit style. Love it!
    2. If you can't do the full set, you take a break, and it encourages me to keep going even with some mistakes here and ther.
    3. Even though you're teaching us through videos, I can still feel your 'presence'. You don't wear earpods, you sing along to the music, and give us cues to keep going!
    Really really appreciate it. I think other good things are aleady mentioned by other people. You're a true coach, Anna! Keep inspiring!
    Any tips for squating properly without hearing my knees clicking? 😆

      if you rotate your feet a little bit to the “outside” and compress your abdomen and buttocks that would help 😊

    Today I did one of your older workouts, this one goes to the playlist for the next time. I've subscribed to your channel recently and fell in love to your workout style. But, as many others, would really like to see more longer workouts like this. Also, it would be great if you would provide us modified version of the move in a preview. I have knee and spine issues so sometimes have to modify. Thank you for everything that you do for us! 😊

I have like 2-3 standard strenghth workouts that I do during the week but for all the other days I enjoy so much going through your list and picking one of your workouts. They are always so fun and engaging, you have so much variety and they are so effective, I can tell my cardiovascular system and my agility have gotten better thanks to you (I always hated cardio but I enjoy your cardio videos a lot). There is a lot of work behind each video, and you have ups and downs like everyone else. I loved that video, and I applaud the reasoning behind it and the guts to show it.     I've been doing your workouts now for round about 8 months. It was really hard after having my 2nd baby to be active again. You really helped me! Started with only 30min hiit workouts without equipment but now I always do the 40/45min workouts WITH weights!! Thank you so much!! Only question is why don't you ever write how much +/- kcal are burnt with every workout? Thank you in advance 🥰

    I don't want work outs longer then 30 minutes but I think you changed my mind with this one! I loved that you provided a cardio break by putting the abs in there. I would love to see the same format but glute focused. I have been focusing on my glutes and I've done all yours so many times I need some new more challenging ones! You are so amazing and you'll always be my favorite work out girl ❤❤❤

    This is the first workout I did where I actually dripped in sweat and I didn't even finish it. Anna, I don't know what it is about you but my 2 year old always wants to interrupt me with needing my attention or breastfeeding if I'm doing ab workout on the floor, and I can never get through your workouts. The other ones, first time was 30 percent, because of interruption, second time was 50 percent, and this time dripping in sweat at 70 percent I had so much confidence that I would finish them, but alas went through to 85 percent and couldn't make it. But I will persevere and I would like to say I begged you in my room to stop torturing me but it was great. I love your workouts and one day I will be as strong as you are 😅😅 sincerely, one of your biggest fans. 😅 Thank you!
