Anna, I just want to appreciate you for the small details that even other big channels ignore.Thank you for understanding the nature of home workouts and still making me feel we are in the same room exercising together. I've been exercising with you rigorously for 6 months now, and I can see..
1. You do the workout with us from start to the end, no cut edit style. Love it!
2. If you can't do the full set, you take a break, and it encourages me to keep going even with some mistakes here and ther.
3. Even though you're teaching us through videos, I can still feel your 'presence'. You don't wear earpods, you sing along to the music, and give us cues to keep going!
Really really appreciate it. I think other good things are aleady mentioned by other people. You're a true coach, Anna! Keep inspiring!

if you rotate your feet a little bit to the “outside” and compress your abdomen and buttocks that would help 😊

Today I did one of your older workouts, this one goes to the playlist for the next time. I've subscribed to your channel recently and fell in love to your workout style. But, as many others, would really like to see more longer workouts like this. Also, it would be great if you would provide us modified version of the move in a preview.
