I didn't feel like working out today but i'm glad I did. This was challenging but rewarding. I started from day 1 of this challenge and I am proud of myself for sticking with the program. I am stronger and fitter!! Thanks Anna!!
I am SO happy and proud that I finished the whole thing, just the way Anna does it!! (I was not able to do the whole 50secs when I started in the beginning of the month). This is so rewarding!!

This was a real good cardio Anna. The day before, I did your 30 minutes full body killer with weights. I alternate between weights and cardio to give the best balance between strength and burning calories. I use your workouts along with several other gurus on you tube. I appreciate that the workouts are there.

Hello Team Grow today I had a though workout because I helped my husband load and unload sand bags today and we went three times with his truck and tomorrow 2 more times. My legs are in Pain. I litterly made it. The first time I try to finish this workout, I couldn't & I stopped in the middle of it but now I finished the whole workout without stopping. I also know that I wouldn't finish this if I didn't binge & thanks to Anna for giving this workout free. I nomore feel gulity about my binge ❤️

Love your workouts. Definitly helped so much during covid lockdowns of local gyms and community centers. One grammar suggestion: in all of your vids you call an exercise "run on place". In English we say "run on the spot" or "run in place", but never "run on place".
