    This workout is so deceivingly challenging! When I first scanned through it, I thought "no way this is for advanced level. looks pretty easy" but when I actually did it, omg! it got more challenging from the one leg bridge exercise onwards. I felt amazingly good after. Thank you so much for creating such great workout for us, Anna! Hugz all the way from Malaysia!

    Awesome workout. Did this one today as part of the Jan 2022, 28 day challenge. Straight into the workout on this video as there is no warm-up but the exercises were fantastic. Solid cooldown to end it & as always a great sweat. Thank you Anna.

    LOVE your workouts! Just did this one after eating too much at Thanksgiving! I HATE when I eat too much "bad food" when I've been physically active because I feel SICK and feel like it 5x as much effort to get through a workout like this one! Had to pause right before the R cutsy squat for 5 seconds because a wave of nausea (again, from the overconsumption of food) hit me STRONG
