The longer HIIT workouts with weights is so much bette! I reached a 'plateau' with the 30min workouts so was just going through the routines but this has just energized my HIIT workouts and taken it to a totally new level! Keep bringing them on! Absolutely loving it! x

I've tried several workouts on this wonderful channel and this one has a particular intensity to it. One must truly enter The Zone to survive, modifications or not. Much of the difficulty is in the sequencing of the exercises. I way overdid it on the first attempt and only lasted 30 minutes. 2nd try had to modify a lot, especially on the burpee sections. Burpees _with weights?_ 😲..... a simple burpee is murderous enough for me. But if one can manage a workout of this magnitude even once a week, there are countless benefits. Thank you, Ma'am, for posting these awesome videos and bravely walking through the fire with us. 🙂
Anna, I love when you match cardio and strenght in the same workout. I really love to improve my muscles but it is so difficult for me to do it wothout a part of jumping-cardio-more fast movements. So, this one is amazing! You are the best ♥️

if anyone’s wondering, this workout burns approx 365 calories! i’m 15, 5’8 and 82 kgs ;) < i started my fitness journey in april > again, everyone’s different ✨ this workout is INTENSE, but SO WORTH IT!!

This number is highly inaccurate as everyone burns calories differently based on the intensity to which they performed the workout, current body weight, weight used in the workout, personal metabolic rate etc. Instead focus on how accomplished and energized you should feel after a good solid workout :) Plus fitness trackers are highly unreliable. An indirect calorimetry can more closely estimate the calories one burns.
This is legit my favorite anna´s workout so far, its sweaty, intense and on adittion its with weights, also the modified exercises are intense enough to feel the burn, its perfect

My life totally transformed once i started working out with you … no doubt i am getting stronger day by day and enjoy every single moments of your work outs. They are priceless. People with spend thousands and thousands to get fit by hiring personnel trainers but at the end it’s all about you and yr goals. Do you wanna do it for yrself and to feel good on yr skin or it’s just the stigma of society to loose weight. Well i would say the later doesn’t keep you motivated till the end. my state in Australia has been in lockdown for the last 3 months and I've been doing your workouts a few times a week with 10kg sandbags to try and keep some strength since gyms are closed. So glad I found this channel to keep me entertained and wanting to continue some kind of weight training until gyms go back.

I made it to the end and managed to keep most of the exercises in the right form, maybe. What a great feeling to be so sweaty and feeling, like I have come out of the washing machine rinse and spin dried but drenched in sweat. I'm really grateful for both the warm ups and cool downs in your videos. I have a tendency to forget to do them if the video is just the core workout as exercise is not fun for me. This helps me be more mindful of the whole body practice and not just "getting it done and over with". I do feel better not just for exercising but for giving myself space and time to do it well so I don't add any more pain to what I already have. Blessings to you.

First time and I couldn't get thru some of them without modification. Burpees were also a no, but I'll keep coming back til I can do all of it! Great workout!
I have saved this video since the launching day and finally got to try it! You rock Anna! Definitely love it. Got to use the 7kg pair on very few moves but I am proud of myself and the 5kg pair that I mainly used. Nearly died at single arm thrusters but overall I finished strongly. Sweated that much that at yhe end of stretching I literally stood in a small pool LOL YOU ARE MY FAVORITE ❤️

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Killer workout! 50 sec reps are insane! I modified it to 40 secs for me otherwise I wouldn’t last beyond 30 mins!

First time and I couldn't get thru some of them without modification. Burpees were also a no, but I'll keep coming back til I can do all of it! Great workout!

I have saved this video since the launching day and finally got to try it! You rock Anna! Definitely love it. Got to use the 7kg pair on very few moves but I am proud of myself and the 5kg pair that I mainly used. Nearly died at single arm thrusters but overall I finished strongly. Sweated that much that at yhe end of stretching I literally stood in a small pool LOL

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
