  • Welcome to your 15 Minutes Full Body Stretching Routine! This short and well balanced sequence provides you with everything you need to get your daily dose of flexibility, mobility & relaxation. Feel free to implement this routine in your daily workout schedule to get the best results. Physically and mentally.

    Willkommen zur 15 Minuten Full Body Stretch Einheit! Zu einem ausgewognen Training, gehört auch ausreichend Erholung und Recovery! Daher steht an Tag 7 unserer Fitness-Journey eine wohltuende und ausgleichende Stretching-Routine auf dem Plan. Für mehr Flexibilität, Erholung & Entspannung.
    Ja, auch dieses Video kommt ohne Voice-Over ;) Bewusst! Denn entgegen einer geführten Stretching- oder Yoga-Einheit ist man hier wirklich mal ganz bei sich! Nur du, die Musik, dein Atem und ein kleiner Beep hier und da ;) Vielleicht öffnest du dich also heute mal ganz unvoreingenommen für genau diesen Weg. Auch wenn es nur ein einziges Mal ist.
    Es wird anders anders sein - davon bin ich überzeugt. Denn wenn es im Aussen still ist, wird es Innen oftmals ganz schön laut.
    Ich möchte dich ermutigen, dich einzulassen…
    Die Positionen zu genießen und zu erforschen…
    Gedanken, die währenddessen aufkommen, einfach zu beobachten…Gut sein zu lassen…Anzunehmen…
    Loszulassen…
    Zu sein!
    Darüberhinaus ist diese Art des Praktizierens ein gute Möglichkeit für einen Übergang zu einer Yoga Self Practise - also das eigenständige Praktizieren.Die Asanas und die Zeit sind vorgegeben, aber die Instruktionen sind dieses Mal dir selbst überlassen.Falls du also schon ein Weilchen mit mir Yoga praktizierst, nutze die heutige „no-talking-session“ doch gerne für eine kleine Bestandsaufnahme in Sachen Ausrichtung und Mindset.
    Was machen die Schultern in der Vorbeuge, wo sind die Hände im Vierfüßler ausgerichtet und wie hieß nochmal der herabschauenden Hund auf Sanskrit… ;)
    Das ist nur eine kleiner Impuls meinerseits, denn in meinen Augen bieten uns unterschiedliche Situation nunmal unterschiedlichste Möglichkeiten. Wir müssen nur genau hinschauen und sie wahrnehmen… und annehmen!

      ist die Atmung dabei eig auch wichtig? Bin ein Jugendlicher und versuche so vllt mein Wachstum noch zu unterstützen aber bei manchen übungen wie z.b. der extended puppy Pose weiß ich nicht worauf es ankommt also was ich damit dehnen soll und wie ich atmen muss deshalb wäre cool wenn du am ende zu jeder übung was sagen könntest :D

    for the people returning to this video frequently, or even if it’s your first time, i’m proud of you for showing up for yourself. whether it’s to lose weight, to gain strength, to practice loving yourself, or just simply to stretch, you are doing your body and mind wonders. it takes strength and courage to get out of bed sometimes, but each day you do, you’re closer to who you want to be. you got this and i’m proud of you. ❤️

    I’ve been doing this stretch twice a day for over a year now. Im 42 and suffer from arthritis. I was grumpy and impatient. But after I started doing the stretches in this video all those issues ended and I’m no longer a grouch. I’m a better husband, father and a coworker.
    I know this sounds silly but I can honestly say this video have changed my life for the better. Thank you!

      If you want to "make it yourself" In a sense, try getting a volume editor for your phone and lowering the volume of TH-cam, then get Spotify or some other external music player and make sure its volume is high than TH-cam. It sounds complicated but I promise it is super easy! Then, you can choose the music that is like this :)

    Warehouse worker here! My body is extremely locked up so I came here to try getting it loose again. The music is amazing and I DO feel relaxed. Since my body is so tense, I can’t go full into each stretch , YET. Going to add this to my daily routine. I’m excited ! Thank you .

      @@victoriaspinner4390 Hang in there Victoria , this work out is truly productive, do it slowly , pause the video so you can concentrate on your stretch and think about the joints , work in front of a mirror .We should definitely eradicate the word elderly from the vocabulary, I speed walk 5 miles with hills 3 times a week for aerobic and Mady' s work out is a gift for suppleness .

    I have an autoimmune condition that causes stiffness in my joints and aches and pains in my muscles. I have never been able to find a consistent stretching routine I enjoyed until I stumbled upon this video. I have been doing this everyday for 6 months and it is the best thing I have found to help get me through the day - just 15 minutes in the morning helps loosen my body so I can function without as much pain. On bad days I will do it twice a day. Thank you so much Mady!!

    been doing this routine for only two weeks and I have already improved so much! My biggest struggle was the forward bend and I went from barely reaching my ankles to grabbing my toes. Amazing! Thank you

      2 months later, I can grab my right foot during the forward bend, working on the left one but I can touch my toe. Doing this after every workout, never felt pain the following day

      Yes I loved the cues because you need to get ready for the next flow sequence when you're q beginner and when you're doing it you're not looking at your screen so you don't know when to go to the next sequence so the little beep sound that guided you it was time for the next move was perfect for me

    Hello Mady, I've been doing this 15 minute stretch every morning & evening for almost 5 weeks (& also, taking rest days when I feel like it). This ritual has changed my life! I am calmer, stronger, and more connected to my body & mind. I don't break a sweat, yet my entire body is so much leaner and stronger! Fat has melted away, and muscle keeps building. I love the music, the beeps, the stretches, and the entire video! I feel like I might do these stretches for the rest of my life! Thank you for this content!

      ​@@isabellarubel5420 I'm glad you asked! The split is the hardest stretch for me, but I am definitely a lot more flexible now! I think the stretches work for everyone in different ways. But, for me, I think I'll fully do the split in a few weeks! At first, I couldn't fully touch my toes for the one legged forward bend" stretches, but now, I can easily touch the bottoms on my feet! Every time I do these stretches (& have rest days), I grow in my strength and flexibility!

      @@lydiakellas4419 absolutely! When I do it in the morning, it helps me to warm up and stretch out my body. My joints have become more flexible . I feel loose and it prevent me from muscle pain.

    Just what I needed today. Haven’t stretched or worked out in 6 months, been chronically sore and stiff. Finally got the motivation to stretch for 15 mins. Just the music and no voice was soothing and not overstimulating thank you. 🥰

      @@aylibabyy8742 100% it will help you get in and out of a squat or lunge position, much easier to catch a ball for example. Just make sure you perform the stretches correctly and after you have warmed up.

    The beeping count-in and out is super useful so I can relax into the stretch without having to look at the video for change times! The pre-shots of the pose are also very helpful - both of these make the quiet videos even more relaxing and stress free!

      Helpful tip- now that you've been doing them for awhile see if you can incorporate full deep inhalation/exhalations, releasing tension as you breath out. Sometimes as we go into a stretch we'll tense up, focus on letting it fully relax into the stretch.

    Just want to let people know that if you're doing this routine for the first time without any prior experience in exercise your whole life then it's highly likely that you might not be able to perform some stretches almost exactly - like one legged forward fold or straddle forward fold. It'll take a while for your body to be able to stretch out like that so don't push yourself too hard. You will get there eventually and not everything is achieved in first try. You aren't doing it wrong just because you aren't able to do it. :)

    Thank you @madymorrison this stretching video has been my daily driver for like 3 months now. I was injured at work and just looking for something to stretch out with after work. Not only has my injury healed but I have had positive health impacts in other areas of my life and I had no idea how wonderful stretching and yoga could be for my life.     I know I’m late, but this is an awesome full body stretch routine. I love how I can preview the next stretch in between each transition. I can tell you put a lot of thought into making this video. From the count down to the beeps and even the music turns this stretch into a work of art. Well done!!

      I came to comment this EXACT thing! There's thousands of stretching videos on here but this one is by FAR THE BEST because of the previews and the time she allows you to get in those positions before the next stretch. I hope she does work out vids like this too, I'm about to check now

      @@AA-ke5bk I used to have 2-3 headache attacks a week. Since I've been doing this, I am down to less than one. It's like a miracle. Plus, I'm a step closer to getting into the splits, so... :)

      @@madymorrison Since adding this and your 30 minute full body stretch to my mornings, I have not had to go to my chiropractor in 6 months. I alternate the two sessions throughout the week.

    I came here to say that you’re the G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time)! This was the best stretch I’ve had in a very long time. As a former dancer, it made me a little emotional because these 15 minutes of serenity took me down memory lane, back to a time where I took my love for my artistry for granted.     this is an insane workout. I haven't been stretching or doing any form of physical activity for a very long time and so I came back to this video and just did this 15 minute workout and I feel so good!!!!!!!!!!!!

      @@x_redcherry5298 you can modify your stretches a bit. you can bend your outstretched leg a little, you can not lean forward as much. the person in the video is very experienced so of course she’d be better than you. keep it up and you’ll get it farther than she did it. don’t feel like you have to be as good as the person

    I did her stretching for regularly over 1 month and I increased an inch height after 18!
    I let my body be as it is and didn't do any workout just including more and will be consistent from new year 2022!
    And partially lost extra fats that I adopted during quarantine!

    Day 365. So much more flexible! So much less upset each day. I started this video in November 2021. I average 5 stretch sessions each week. I can do all of these nearly as well as you now. Thanks for the simple videos!

    Day 7, my muscles feel just a little more relaxed. Pain is slightly less. I didn’t realise how inflexible I was. I’m so glad I found this. It’s now become part of my daily workout routine 👌🏾

    So good that you made this short „opening“ before every figure, showing the next exercise before starting. That makes it so easy to follow the stretches. No need to look at the screen for the whole time you are proceeding. I love it and would appreciate it in every video. Did you do more of them this stile? Could not find another one. Thank you and keep on. I really love your short clips. It helps to start with exercises.

      yes!!! it helped me so much to mentally prepare for each exercise and understanding what i need to do so i'm not rushing to get into position when the timer starts
