Okay so after using nothing but your videos for my workouts for the past few months, it's about time I commented ! I have to say, I've been regularly working out for like almost two years now , hugely increased it during quarantine, and I've tried various channels which were all great but yours truly is one of the best ! The exercises are not repetitive and even when it starts to feel that way you end up coming up with new ideas and I love that All your workouts are such huge challenges, definitely not for beginners I would not have been able to enjoy it two years ago 😅 even now I still need to get extra breaks in between ! Anyway this was long lol but I wanted to let you know how appreciative I am for you to put out all this great content for free 😊 AND your bright smile and personality are a bonus of course 🥰 keep it up !

I also really like the new style when training. or the description that remains at the top left of the exercise you are doing (excellent) was something I was missing! the three strokes at the end of the exercise, I prefer them to just one. The workout that lasts exactly 30 minutes excluding the warm-up and the final cool-down, having 10 seconds between one exercise and the other, there is the possibility of doing good stretching! great anna!😍😍😍❤
In the middle of workout I was thinking I’m gonna be killed by jumping exercises and every single no jump set was like a gift 😂 don’t know how but I did the whole workout routine ! It was a challenge for me but now I’m so proud of myself 🫠 thank you Anna!!!

Just as my body can hardly go anymore you throw them in with your perfect form!! :) I paused for two minutes in the middle and then was able to come back and give it my all :) thank you for pushing us :)

Honestly, I've had a hard time completing this workout today and decided to switch to another one - I didn't want to do the exercises poorly and risk an injury 😆 But I'll tackle this one again and again until I get better at it 🔥

@@HIITtheGROUND I do a version of some one's HIIT AT least once or twice per week. I usually follow C. Girvan who does A HIIT once per week. However when I feel I need to supplement, I may add in a HIIT by another You tube guru or another. All my exercising since April 2020 has helped me with strength and endurance. Keep up with your Health goals.

So that was the decision. I started losing weight and lost 112 kg to 79 kg. But then I went back to overeating and gained weight again. I feel a constant cycle of despair in my weight... but I don't give up, after about three months I'm back and the goal is 60 kg... mainly allow myself to heal. This workout was the starting point and I have to say that before what I was doing was quite difficult, but this?! I felt like I was going to the grave... I already understand when my knees shake during exercise and it's like I can't feel my body. Bomb, top notch workout. I'm dying!!! thank you, you are great and I laugh. I'm proud of myself and you... I almost stopped at the beginning but I never give up. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed for others!. ♡
I'm totally destroyed and now I have to swipe up the pieces from the mat. Anna, you killed me! I know why I was scared of this workout, but I survived ... and that's what makes us stronger!!! I'm so sad that I couldn't be here in time for the premiere, but I wish the whole team a great weekend. We see us next week to smash some workouts together. Watched this whole workout while on the treadmill contemplating on doing this tomorrow. Update: I did the workout and if it wasnt for me doing the 100 burpee challenge for 30 days I would not have been able to do those different variations of burpees. This workout wasnt easy but it something I look forward to doing for ab 2 weeks.
