  • It's back again - Military Monday to start off the week! We will be targeting all the major muscle groups with this 45 min KILLER HIIT workout! Let's focus on building strength and improving our endurance. We've got each other's motivation to start the week the best way we know how! Let's do it team 💪🏼

      Loved the workout. But just wondering why dont you add a 20-30 second break in between workouts. I know I can just press pause when needed but then I feel bad that there was no pause there actually. 🙈😐 But thank you for this crazy monday workout!

    good Lord you don't mess around. I find most workouts on youtube not challenging enough- even the ones that are hailed the most brutal. But I felt this actually really pushed me. I think I may have found my go to channel!

    If u think that Pamela Reif's work outs are hard, you have not tried this one yet. I am not sure if u are a human or a supernatural.....After finishing this one Ijust feel dead and happy at the same time!!!!

    Oh, girrrrl, that was a sweaty sesh. Straight into hard exercises like squat jumps or squat jumps lunge back ... my quads were screaming lol. But the feeling after this challenging 45 minutes is AMAZING. Promised!!!

    OMG 😮 It’s brutal and sweaty. I had to do a 1-minute break every 10 exercises or so, otherwise I would have died of exhaustion... Famtastic workout. Thank you Anna!

    Love that you're including warm-up and cool-down exercises! Actually I did this one by mistake 😅 For me there were too many burpee exercises in it so I got a little bit lazy, but it still felt effective.

    Hi . I am 14 years old.on my second day of period I was able to do this killer workout with just two breaks and I was able to complete this in first try. I am reminding you that "if I can do it then you can too" .I am super proud .hope you will do the same❤❤

    This is a gem of a workout! Super high intensity, gets all your muscle groups real good, amazing cardio and strength building all in one! The burpee variations are also the coolest. @growingannanas maybe consider doing another like this sometime! :)

    This was my first Military Monday. I needed some breaks but I finished and it feels so damned good! I could barely dip at the last burpees but I consider myself one of the burpee queens now hahaha :D I'm always amazed at what our bodies can accomplish. We rock

    You might be having these "hmm, I'm kinda strong" kinda thoughts. And then you do this workout with THIS amount of burpees and push ups. The thoughts quickly take a turn. Amazing workout, though! And one to repeat for a progress!
    Also, it motivates me to struggle though the hard ones when seeing you across the screen, pushing in such excellent form. Thank you!

    I’m ex military and these kicked my ass like the good ol days, rename that pose superwoman. You peeps do something like this 4x a week and it gets easier. Carves you out if you modestly stick to a clean diet.

    ANAAAA. I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS, please can you do a VERY INTENSe workout with dumbells, but knee friendly. This is oddly specific, but pleaseee I want to sweat, build strength and not break my knee, which is proximate to die. Plss love yuu

    Coach,but today we have two workouts?? Weights and no weights 💪💪 ok i do the First One hour with no weights,in morning and in afternoon with weights cause Rain a lot and i don t want my bycicle dirty 🚴🚴 ciao ciao coach ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
