Did 10 mins abs and thought "today is not the day, can't do". Then randomly watching videos I decided to try this one....had to stop a few times but ...I finished! and now I feel wonderful, enjoying my bath and reading the comments. At first, I was surfing on the channel for a 12-min or 24-min tabata to do before a lower body workout, but then I saw this latest upload and thought to challenge myself. Challenge is an understatement! I had to pause more than a few times to catch my breath, and I definitely couldn't do most of the exercises for the entire 50-second interval. I tried to do at least 20 to 30 reps each though, and I finished the workout despite all of my pauses! Anyone reading this comment, you got this!
I am also not alone. I reached the point of crying and collapsing from fatigue. I challenged my weakness and kept motivating myself by saying that I have a strong will, and here I am.I don't need anyone's support but myself There is a beautiful saying, “A winner never quits and a quitter never wins.”

Hey anna you saved my life, I have a significant chronic illness. and thanks to your motivation I took a healthy life and the day before yesterday I had a heart spasm and thanks to my good general health everything went well I did not have a heart attack thank you very much ❤️

Last year I began to do cardio workouts. at that time,I felt really exhausted after doing 10,15 minutes workout..now I could do for almost 40 minutes😊 it's all happening because of your motivation through your shorts, videos anna❤
It was hard but I enjoyed it!!!!Thank you Anna, workouts now are real therapy for me when I am feel stress. I study hard and also I am still recovering from anorexia(38 kg, 170 cm) , gained 25 kg of weight in just half of the year, binge eating and had bulimia. But after working out I always got calm!!! I became stronger and healthier. Most of all, my psychical health improved so much!!!!!❤❤❤ P.S: I hope I wrote everything correctly , my English is not perfect because I am Russian

The most thing that encourages me to workout is that feeling when you lay down on the floor and feel that every muscle in your body's dead and hear your heart screaming....you just say IT'S OKAY I'M DONE.. .. I love your workouts. Before, I used to have to pause in between sets as I was so out of breath and had to do warmups beforehand and I didn't have the strength to do push-ups but now everything has changed.

Haha I felt conned during this .. feel MEGA after that workout, clicked on a 20 min beginner not sure what happened, ended up half way through this sweating, needing a pee thinking this is tough for a beginner! OHHHHH MY GODDESS - After dreading this one today as 2 days ago was the hardest ever, I sailed through this one today and its been 30 degrees outside. Dripping but burning nice. Its nice to have a little breather before each ecercise at the beginning. Stopped only twice again on the side planks and monster burpees. Thanks for another super workout. Back again 35 mins tomorrow :)

It's been a long time since I've seen you release such a long and complete video. I remember during the Covid time, I was at home and followed your channel, practiced every day, I achieved my goal in three months, I felt healthy and my body was lean. But now you only release short videos of about 15-35 minutes, which is really not enough to satisfy intense training. And gradually I lost my motivation to exercise. Good morning Anna! I’m not sure I’ll be doing any fitness for a few weeks as I’m finally having the vitrectomy in my right eye (multiple haemorrhaging next to the retina for a year or more now). So I’ll have to keep my head completely elevated, sleeping on two pillows, absolutely no head down in fitness, etc). This will be my last routine for a while. Thanks for all you do and I’ll do some but not all of this one (as usual) because it contains a lot of head facing down which puts pressure in the eye area. Hope to see you after a few weeks. p.s. I’m all for the no jumping, no head down (all standing) low impact workouts if you do any in the futures. xx
Well that was very difficult! at first i thought it was just going to be a simple full body but i got really sweaty!! In fact, to be honest, I had to stop a couple of times to be able to continue normally! but anyway, thank you very much for this new demanding and exercise!!!☺❤

That was so tough 😢! I guess im not ready for the 50 seconds. I I’ll have to work up! I made it through but did loads of modifiers and breaks. My body wasn’t feeling it today. Update! I was feeling so defeated so went to do your 13 minute tabata that overlooks the city and I’m feeling so much more encouraged and energized… especially when the butterfly flew past! It gave me such hope that I will get there ❤

For longer workouts I recommend fitness Kay Kay, she is also very good and does more with weights as well as no equipment

Good morning Anna! I’m not sure I’ll be doing any fitness for a few weeks as I’m finally having the vitrectomy in my right eye (multiple haemorrhaging next to the retina for a year or more now). So I’ll have to keep my head completely elevated, sleeping on two pillows, absolutely no head down in fitness, etc). This will be my last routine for a while. Thanks for all you do and I’ll do some but not all of this one (as usual) because it contains a lot of head facing down which puts pressure in the eye area. Hope to see you after a few weeks. p.s. I’m all for the no jumping, no head down (all standing) low impact workouts if you do any in the futures. xx

Well that was very difficult! at first i thought it was just going to be a simple full body but i got really sweaty!! In fact, to be honest, I had to stop a couple of times to be able to continue normally! but anyway, thank you very much for this new demanding and exercise!!!☺❤
I liked how you didn't have jumping all the way through. Towards the end though, past 75% I had to switch to no jumping modifications. Thank you!

That was so tough 😢! I guess im not ready for the 50 seconds. I I’ll have to work up! I made it through but did loads of modifiers and breaks. My body wasn’t feeling it today.
Update! I was feeling so defeated so went to do your 13 minute tabata that overlooks the city and I’m feeling so much more encouraged and energized… especially when the butterfly flew past! It gave me such hope that I will get there ❤
