      HAHHA brilliant idea!! I was also doing this exercises together with some diet (just google: "kates fitness journey diet" if you want to find it :)) and i can recommend it to everyone. Results was awesome, and now i feel great. Good luck! :)

    Hi everyone, I have hypothyroid and that makes it very VERY difficult to lose weight despite eating properly and exercising (Because a malfunctioning thyroid messes up your metabolism). So as a result, doing long 1 hour workouts tire me out and I never end up burning up enough calories to make a difference!
    On that note, I just did this workout (With an extra ten minutes because I couldn't do all the sets as fast as she could.) I'm 5'4" and 137 pounds and my heart rate monitor says I burned about 345 calories! Thank you! I'll definitely be adding this workout to my routine!
    Everyone else, keep going! You can do ittttt!!!

I'm 100lbs my husband is 250lbs and I eat more and NOT healthy, yet working out made me lose all the fat I'd been harboring without having to change my diet. I'm sure I could go lower than 17% body fat if I changed my diet, but I'm a woman and keeping it that way.

    I really appreciated that this workout never repeated the same move twice, I always get bored with workouts that are circuits of the same move sets and this was so different! Loved it!

    I did this while mad...it helped release a lot of anger I had built up. When i was doing those high jumps I just imagine stomping the person's face- lol

    love this workout! I'm starting school to be a personal trainer and I work out 6 days a week and it's usually hard to find a workout that hits ever spot and gets me exhausted afterwards and sore the next day.     I know there are more workout videos and programs on TH-cam, but I'm keep coming back for this workout!🥰 this workout is so effective & toning my body. Lost weight before wedding in 2016, lost baby weight in 2017 using this workout, and now, I'm doing this again to lose baby #2 weight in 2020.

    Love this routine. Made it all the way thru as I am more advanced when it comes to exercise but it was still challenging enough as my body really felt the burn!     this is the 10th day I did this workout. I do entire workout everyday and some jumping jacks,crunches,push up after this excercise. IT WORKS!

    Awesome workout! As a ballet dancer, sometimes I just need a light workout in the evenings to stretch out and re-tone my muscles before I go to bed. Definitely a GREAT way to do this! Thanks so much for the vid!

    I did this for almost 2 months, the. I stopped though was being lazy 🙁 i absolutely love this workout!. So far this is the only one I've sticked too after looking through all the exercises in you tube. I also noticed that my cellulites were slowly starting to disappear. Tomorrow i am gonna do this again! Thanks Rebecca you are awesome! 😀😊 I can't wait for my result! I can do this! 😀👍👻

    Definitely one of my favorite workouts on youtube! The moves themselves are simple and anyone can do them, but after repeating each move 12 times youll build some serious musculs and lose fat! Loved it!
