    O have no idea what is it about her videos that there are the only one can get through without “meh maybe I don’t want to workout today”. With her workouts I roll my mat and feel like fitness influencer bad b*tch and that is amazing. Also seeing that you are struggling with mountain climber is soo comforting bc I never can get through it ❤️

    I’ll have to say demi workouts are the best and only workouts I’m ever needing. 362 calories burnt by the end but it still will keep burning. None of the workouts ever fail to amaze

    I'm 133 proud, I don't know how much calories I have burned. But I was sweating 😓, alot of sweat... on my face and then dripping to the mat. Love this workout.

    Delivers on the title - fat burn and cardio.Definitely sweating by the end of it. My watch tells me I burned closer to 370 calories - nowhere near the 500 but it's not always abou the number. It's about how you feel after and I feel fantastic!

    Oh holy macaroni!!! Did it all the way through, no shortcuts! Heart rate up to 155bpm but burned only 262cal, super sweaty and exhausted but feeling so great. I am 62 but feel so much junger. Thank you Nobadaddiction and Demi 🥰

    I’m gonna try this workout this week, as there aren’t many squats or lunges, so thanks 👌🏻 I just wish there were more HiiT without them, as my knee still hurts from overdoing squats 7 months ago. I wish I knew what exercises i could do in place of them.

      I understand you, I have been doing squats for a year, every day 300 squats, now I can't do squats nor other exercise that imply the knees, I'm so sorry that I hurt myself, nobody told me this is a bad thing.

      Ana-Maria Caraman I’m sorry you’re knees hurt too. I loved squats, so it’s frustrating not being able to do them now. I honestly thought my knee would be better after a few weeks of rest, but nope, 7 months on and I’m still getting twinges, and even my left knee hurts at times. I love HiiT and still do jumps when I can, but I only do 3 days of exercise instead of 6 and have to do knee exercises the physio gave me too.

    It's crazy how your brain/mental plays such a huge role into our workouts! When I saw it was saying round 3 after round 4, I was like: "okay I reckon we have 3 more rounds to go". And then, when I saw it was our last exercice I was not ready for it to end :O ! Thank you for this awesome workout, but if you want to put as many ads as in this video please cut completely the rest period! Cheers

    Estaba buscando una verdadera página de ejercicio. Me motiva muchísimo que tengan musica de fondo y lleven el conteo. Pero sobre todo que la entrenadora se ejercite también.. que sea como nosotros simples mortales que sudan y se nota como se esfuerzan en la rutina de ejercicio.     This was 36mins and I only burned 268 active cals. It was slower paced than I thought, but still a great workout!

      Not sure why they put a calorie #. Everyone will burn different amounts. If you’re 5’0 tall 100 lbs, you’ll burn way less than someone 6’0 tall 250 pounds

    Overall hardest workout I’ve ever done! I burned 474 active calories 562 total calories, took me exactly an hour but it’s so damn worth it!

    Thanks was very nice just a few thing after I finished this workout video: 1.Too many ads which with too many rest times all together I felt was too much resting.
    2. Video description says 40 mins workout, but was only 36 mins.

    This was a really good workout: it was doable, burned a lot of kcal and was enjoyable. It wasn't like other workouts where you litterly die and want to stop everything but at the same time you burn a lot of kcal in a short amount of time( watch --> 350kcal).

    It is a great workout! I did the warm up, this workout and the cooldown in the description box, they are killer but I managed to complete them. Thank you for these work out sessions!

      No ads in middle of exercise at all. They are between ads in the 40 second breaks

    Hii just finished your workouts an hour ago. I'll give a few feedbacks. First of all I'm happy to discover your channel because I didn't know you before. I came here because usually I train with weights and Caroline Girvan but I hurt my back very badly so I'm focusing more on bodyweight exercises to heal. What I am going to say is just an advice for you and keep in mind that I haven't checked out your other videos. Overall the workouts was a solid 7/10 I was sweaty and I felt good however I felt like there was not enough exercices focused on arms and generally on a certain groups of muscles. It was more of a steady cardio with a lot of jumping around that got me a bit bored. So maybe for your future workouts you could try to implement exercice that are less cardio and more focused on burning muscles
    I'll make sure to check out your others workouts as well. Have a nice day :)
