    When it comes to weight loss and fitness, one of the most common desires among both women and men is to have a chiseled and defined mid-section. We all want flat bellies and toned abs, but what’s the best way to lose your love handles and get rid of your muffin top? Most people know that crunches and sit-ups do the trick, but what else?
    The number one thing we want to stress is that doing ab focused exercises alone is not going to get you the results you want. While targeting your abs is certainly important if you want a six pack, there’s more to it than that.
    There’s a reason people say “abs are created in the kitchen.” Diet will make or break your goals. I’m sure you’ve noticed this before! Have you ever worked out for weeks and wondered why you’re not losing weight or toning up in the right places? The answer is almost certainly that your diet is not clean.
    If you want to see more definition in your abs, you have to cut down your body fat percentage.This means you have to burn more calories than you consume, and also choose the right foods to get the nutrients you need and fuel your body. This process will vary from person to person, but a general rule is to avoid processed foods, foods that are high in fat or sugar, and anything fried.
    Stay away from empty calories. That means ditching things like soda and other sugary drinks immediately. You will notice a big difference! Stick to whole foods like fruits and veggies and lean meats, as well as legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds. Also, remember to stay hydrated & get plenty of rest!
    Try combining ab workouts with smart cardio like HIIT and TABATA while also maintaining a healthy diet, and you will be amazed by the results! Whether you’re doing ab workouts for women or a man looking for washboard abs, these tips will get you on the way to a toned & slim waist.

    I do this workout for 4 days....and I am feeling really good. I´m better and stronger+ I run 30 minutes every day (5-6km)! Guys trust me! You can do this! Keep strong! This is the best belly workout what i have ever done!
    Sorry for some mistakes, I am from Czech republic and my English isn´t the best... :)

    This is amazing!! I have been following Rebecca's full exercises since I transitioned to being vegan(about 2 months now), and I have to say..what an incredible combination :) Anyone who is thinking about starting these workouts, just GO FOR IT!! I have never I repeat NEVER felt any better about my body than I do now💪🏼😁 Thank you so much Rebecca, you motivate me to believe in myself everyday. You are truly one of a kind!!!!

    I don't understand why people are getting annoyed the way she shout 😂 But for me... That is her signature 😂 she's not rebecca if the video doesn't include her shouting 😂 But i don't get annoyed about that because i think its too motivated when she keep shouting 😃

    The hardest workout I've ever had, definitely feeling it where I need it. Doing abs exercises doesn't usually get my heart rate up but this one has. Plus my muscles are burning after doing this video unlike the usual tightening feeling I normally get which isn't enough. I'm 100% sticking to this routine

    I think if I ever achieve those abs, YOU are going to be the major reason. Its less the workout and more the motivation that comes from you that keeps me going. You're simply awesome.

    This is your best work out on the channel. Best of the advanced stuff. I like how she explains the full expression of then movement. The other videos are okay. But lack the explanation behind the movement.

    I used to workout to this video couple of years back and I had been looking for this video since so long when all of a sudden I realised it was a 20 minutes workout for abs. I googled it and found this video again. No doubt I subscribed to the channel 🙈 Her voice encourages me to workout.

    This is my second time doing this workout after my regular 30min cardio I been doing for over a month and a half. I only lasted until 14:05 today but this is a promising abs workout! Will continue!!

    I started seeing some results from the first time I did this workout and now I've done it 4times in 3 weeks. Your shouting pushed me through especially the counting.       For people who have tried many methods to get flat belly but haven't still got results yet, you can try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (should be on google have a look ). I've seen some amazing things about it! My sister *lost 3 inches off her belly, in over 3 weeks! She also lose about 10 pounds in first 2 week just by follow these exercises!*

    I think more warmup exercises should be done as its essential to prevent injuries and to be able to comfortably do the exercise, and prevent too much unnecessary muscle ache afterwards.

    I love her!! She makes it easy to workout with her. Abs are made in the kitchen, what should I eat? I really am working hard to get abs, I have a layer of fat I want to lose. Any suggestions?

    This was a great workout, but I had to modify the last one because I physically couldn't do it. I decided to do a crunch instead of coming all the way up. It was fun, though. Thank you.

    Rebeccalouise.. There is some part Of this exercise i couldn't do it 😟😓.. You r awesome 😎 😎 But, I'm gonna keep trying tomorrow.. N yes. I can feel the burn rebecca!! This is my five days work out, n I feel my belly not so big like before

    Military instructor had to turn the volume off.very beautiful women. I have been doing this for a month and can see the difference in my abs.I use to work my abs on a pull up bar but suffered strain problems this is so easy and works for men and you get a good looking women to watch much better than working out to some bloke that is blatantly using steroids and telling you it's natural when you can see whit your eyes it's not THANKS GYMRA
