    I love it that there's no music in Rebecca's videos. I can listen to my own while I can still hear her voice. It's great and that is something that many workout channels don't understand

    Hi, Rebecca this is so random but I need you to know how much you actually changed my life. I grow up as a big kid and tbh I didn't care much, and when I was about 13-14 I start feeling insecure about my body cause all the girls around me in school looking fit and healthy. So I decided to lose Weight, I used to eat one small meal a day (which is wrong of course) but I couldn't afford to go to the gym, and as a naive young girl I thought starving myself would be the solution. And of course I went through a lot of medical problems till my family start forcing me to eat again. And then I discovered your channel and I start working out with you everyday (with one day break) and I noticed a massive different, and you actually made me LOVE working out and living a healthy life a till the point that I started searching for hours for all the invo about 'health life style' and how to take care of myself in the right way. and now years later I'm so fit and toned, and my favorite part of the day is my morning workout with you no matter how busy I get I'd wake up a little earlier just to make sure I won't miss it. Thank you so much for encouraging a lot of people in the world ( myself included) into having a better life. So sorry for this long comment. And have a wonderful life 💕

      @@taradvornikovic6560 cardio 20-25 minutes 3 days a week, and the other 3 days (abs, legs, upper body) and one day break. But I kinda mix between them, if today I did cardio, tomorrow I'll keep it down and do some toning, so every day something different. And I change the exercises every 3 months so my body doesn't get used to them and they would stop working.

    Hi, Rebecca. 2 years ago I lost 5 kgs with just 10 minutes of cardio per day. I gained them back, but now I want to get back in shape and then to get a little slimer again. That's when I return to your channel. Your positivity is what made me do my exercises daily for almost 2 weeks now and I can definetely feel the burn. Thank you for your amazing content and continue to inspire people. I hope you stay safe during the quarantine. Take care

    Did this video yesterday and today and can really feel it in my inner thighs. Within an hour I also go for a run, I will really feel it tomorrow when I will take the stairs at work 😀. I am glad that I started again to work out besides the running I do 3 times a week. Love from Belgium 💓

    RL! Which videos involve mostly floor or sitting? I am recovering from a mild concussion and the standing up and vertical movements aren't great with the dizziness. You have helped me so much these past few weeks in staying positive during my recovery. Had to limit a lot but was able to listen to many of your videos. Still have more to go...helps the soul. 😍

    A beautiful place indeed! We were here 6yrs ago, but occupied one of the private residences next to Four Seasons, Jicaro house #14 with an amazing view with our own private pool and jacuzzi as well. You gotta visit Bhutan and do one of your workouts. There is a Como Hotel in Bhutan which you have stayed in Maldives (we stayed in Four Seasons in Maldives). I highly recommend Amankora in Bhutan where we stayed. Hope to see one of your workout videos in Bhutan with a breathtaking view (so serene/humbling). Climb the Tiger’s Nest like we did. Thanks for a great workout! 😘

      @@Rebeccalouisefitness Thanks to you working out is part of my routine now for years, never something I HAVE to do. I started doing your workouts when my arms were getting floppy and had some back-fat that really didn't make me happy.
      I had a period where I bulked up, lost weight again, bulked up again ;) But always stayed fit. Now I'm exactly where I want to be. Tight arms and shoulders, flat belly, hardly any back-fat and a big booty. Well, it was always big.. Now it's just tight and big ;) And whenever I feel like I want to change something, I know exactly what workouts I should do and I get back into shape real quick.

    My heart was pumping and I loved and hated (the brain gets bored easily.. Got to train that) the reps. But yess legs are strong.

      Great to get hydrated! I actually recommend getting some PROTEIN in your system before a workout, because overnight your protein supply will have gone down to zero and so when we work our muscles and they try to repair as we work out... you actually LOOSE your muscle mass! 😓 We don't want that! So definitely think about adding in my meal-replacement smoothie and drink that before-hand, it'll make a huge difference! rebecca-louise.com/pages/nutrition-plans
