    This was very good, but I dont think for beginners! I have done several other of this ladies videos for beginner and they have all pushed me but this one is most difficult! But I liked it and hope I become stronger!

    This is my favorite video. Great full body workout especially for lower body and core. A great workout alternative if I am not going to gym.

    Definitely keeping my heart rate up when working out with Marissa. But girl I need to know what you're going to before you just jump into the workout or onto the next exercise. I'm putting elbow to knee with an extension while she's back to the mat starting on something else.

    I've watched two of your videos so far today. They are VERY helpful. I will do these workouts 3x a day everyday. I will do these for a month to see results in my body. I'm looking for a fit body and to build muscle. I've also downloaded the app. Thank you all.

      Thank you so much! We recommend doing the routines on non-consecutive days to give your muscles time to recover. Try light cardio (like walking), yoga, or a stretch routine on the other days. Please keep us updated on your results! xo

    i have been working out every second day since 1 month , i just finished this workout i followed every step , not even a sweat drop ,no burn at all , any professional answer for me please , did i do it wrong or my muscles got developed ?

    good! !!but side plank moves re just not beginner!!!it took me months b4 I could hold side plank and move my leg for crunches/obliques soooo I knowwww! !!😥😥😣😊😋😋
