    I have loved this video for a while. It’s great for when I don’t have a whole lot of time but I need a strong workout. Unfortunately TH-cam puts commercials in every 3 to 5 minutes for me in an obvious attempt to get me to pay for their services. I don’t mind commercials but they do them so frequently it makes me not want to buy the products are interrupting my workout so frequently. I write this in hopes that TH-cam will take note.

    i just love this workout ! I love Jada !! love the pace of this - not too much so that Id' never exercise again but enough to make me sweat ad feel the burn .
