      yes, I watched most of it and just did it and I am over 60 -- did as much as I could but ended up with 2 pound weights not 3 llbs.

      Just finished this for the first tie with 5lb dumbbells...I’m sweating! I want to do this each night if I can...since it’s a lower weight, do you still need a day of recovery?

    Dear Marissa, I have been doing this workout for more than 3 three months followed by a strict diet and I do it religiously without fail. and WOW!!! I have never felt this fitter in my life. My complete body is toned, my butt and my arms and especially my thighs are so fitter and sexier than before. This summer is going to be perfect for me! Can't wait to flaunt my toned body!!!!!     I am SERIOUSLY impressed with this workout. It's very comprehensive and targets the entire body. I've been looking for a fast, effective workout cuz "I don't have time to exercise" is my go-to excuse for not doing it...so THIS is the answer for me. I just tried it for the first time with 5 lb weights. I'm strong so will probably go with heavier dumbells...maybe 8 lbs each. Can't WAIT to see how this transforms my 62 year old body.

    Don't let the fact that this video is only 15 minutes fool you..... This is a well put together video for beginning weight exercise. I used 5 pound weights and I am highly impressed....

    Great workout! Only thing is the leg workout for hamstrings wasn't repeated on the 2nd leg so I went back to do it.

    I been doing this workout since 2017 and I now use 10 pounds dumbbells each, I started from 3 pounds dumbbells accompanied
    with a healthy diet, and I look in shape, my waistline got smaller.

    Really easy to follow good workout cardio and toning 12 mins. I progressed or combine with the 4 mins beg tabata exercise as coming back to excercise after awhile

    I originally didn't like this workout, but after doing it three times, I've changed my tune. I love the addition of the balance segment. However, I'd never call it a full body workout without concentrating on abs at least once. Good job. Cheers! Sharing it on Facebook.

    Holy crap. That kicked my ass. You made it look so easy I figured I'd give it a shot. I still can't catch my breath. I never was able to do the balance stuff. Kept falling over. I'll keep trying, if I survive right now.

    That was great. If you hadn't forgotten to do the hamstrings on the second side it maybe would have been 15 minutes instead of 13. But it was a great sequence.

    Where can I see more workouts with Marissa. I love the way she is focused on her workout. I is very motivating without all the hoopla, like on other workout videos, she is simple and straight to the point. Love it!

    This is my first time attempting this video, and I could only make it half way through. I hope to work up so that I can do the whole thing no problem! A question: I know in the video it says this is for toning, but by doing this will it also help me lose weight?

    Dear Marissa, I love your workout. It's brief and effective. I just wish the cool down was better. Before the cool down, the squatting exercise makes my heart rate go up, and then for the cool down, we are just standing there and stretching the arm. I feel my heart pounding. I feel like moving. I think a more gradual slowdown is needed. Thank you for this video.

    I just tried this exercise with 1 kg dumbells and I disappointed myself :D Switched to 0.5 kgs right away. It is a great exercise! Tires me up in just 12 mins.
