I've been doing this workout pretty consistently for about a month now and I can say that my thighs and calves have gotten slimmer and definetly more toned !! The key is just being really consistent and it'll work ! Thanks Lidia

I never usually comment on workout videos but man do I have to say, you are probably one of my favorite TH-camrs for workouts. I’ve seen a massive difference for my legs and man I be crying and shaking from the burn, I also do other workouts but this always leave me feeling good even if I’m literally begging for the video to end XOXO (been doing this for 3 weeks)
@@laulie yes!! I stopped working out a month ago but overall I was losing weight and I saw that my legs were so much slimmer and honestly I recommend also starting your calorie deficit journey, it helps so much with results!!

@@moonlovesme In my experience yes, but before I did bad eating decisions I wasn’t gaining much because I was still doing eating less than what I burn in a day (my calorie deficit)! Maybe the food you’re eating is too heavy on you which is probably why you feel like that! But don’t be too hard on yourself! Weight gain is normal when you haven’t worked out, you just have to find what works best for you and how to manage around things like that!
I've recently lost 10 kilos in a month from being on vacation and swimming for 4-5 hours a day and walking. I'm trying your one week program from TikTok and I'm on day 2, I have an arm workout after this one. I've done your 2 week workout challenge and definitely saw results!! Babe, I love your workouts so much and personally everyone new to pirates, I recommend doing it slowly it will work. Just keep things the movements🫶 have faith in yourself, and do it for you and not for them.

I love how short they are, and how there's no out loud counting or constant commentary, it makes it so addicting to just throw these on with my favorite show and hear the little timer and then just move on!! this workout was pretty good ^_^ did it after some mobility exercises and a 20 min workout on the elliptical. didn’t think it was too bad but i’m a runner so that might be why lol would recommend if you’re looking for something to do every day, could definitely feel the stretch in my legs !!
I'm gonna try do this for 14 days My right thigh is 24.3 inches and my left thigh is 24.6inches I also play hockey and basketball at school daily Day 1 ☑️ My legs are burning but still look the same Day 2 ☑ My legs are literally shaking but the workout was easier Day 3 ☑ The workout was so much easier today and i can see a very small change in the size of my thighs Day 4 ❌ School was tough today Day 5 ❌ Hockey took everything out of me Day 6 ☑ That felt soooo good and was def easier. I can start to see a change in the size! No gap yet though Day 7 ☑ The first 2 sets of exercises were so easy but the standing ones always catch me off guard. My thighs are visibly smaller now though and I have like a very small thigh gap

No… do you know how much it takes to grow a muscle… Squats decrease fat but they can’t increase muscle without weight and proper diet etc. Your legs will become harder but not bigger.

girl please eat properly omg. you dont know how much damage you can do to yourself and your body if you dont eat enough. you can lose weight and still eat normally.

Documenting my progress! Day 1: this was a fun workout! It went by a lot faster than other workouts I’ve done. I weigh around 143 pounds and I’m so insecure about my chubby legs. Day 2: It was a bit harder once we started doing the standing things, but I got through it! Day 3: I think I’m starting to notice a SLIGHT slim! I have more cellulite than normal, but that’s ok! Попробую это тренировку делать 2-3 дня посмотрим что из этого выйдет День 1: я думала что умру если честно делала некоторые упражнения с резинкой когда сняла её до сих пор чувстую её ноги горят самая эффективная тренировка что когда-либо была у меня за 5 лет День 2: с утра очень болела внутренняя часть бедра но это хороший знак выполнила весь комплекс как вчера с резинкой ноги горят и трясутся когда стою тренировка прошла быстро и эффективно посмотрим что будет дальше) День 3: ну слушайте -1 см с двух ляжек + мне сказали что я похудела в ляшках Сделала упражнения с резинкой ноги болят но хотя-бы стоять и ходить могу мне очень нравится эта тренировка всем советую) Попробую ещё поделать посмотрим на сколько меня хватит) День 4: итак ребятулички я на пару дней забросила эту тренировку из-за неудобства выполнений(находилась не дома) но в эти дни я ходила от 10к до 20к шагов и много двигалась (как-никак хоть какая-то тренировка)) Начну заново ибо очень понравилась эта тренировка Я сделала один круг с резинкой + одну тренировку на пресс буду больше стараться отрабатывать за те дни щас думаю ещё какую-нибудь сделаю) Всем удачи не сдавайтесь❤ День 5: ну что дамочки я снова тут) сделала ожну трениррвку на прессс и эту ноги трясутся а это значит что жирочик сжигается и мышцы укрепляются честно говоря я в шоке -2 см за всё время внутренняя часть бкдра болит и трясется посмотрим что будет дальше) не сдавайтесь и идите к своей цели в первую очередь вы должны делать для себя и своего здоровья а не ради кого-то всех люблю всем удачи) ❤ День 6: ну что дамочки я снова тут) ноги с утра очень болели я сделала тренровку на пресссс по 2 подхода живот стал намного меньше талия сузилась и небольшой рельеф есть а еще сделала эту тренировку и другую уже на ноги честно говоря я ног не чувствую а мне надо щас встать и идти собираться к лд 😢 Кстати дорогие мои сейчас достаточно жарко поэтому пожалуйста пейте больше воды даже если лень спустя 2 дня заметите что будете делать на автомате) Всех люблю и всем удачи❤ День 7: дорогие мои я не делала два дня эту тренировку но делала другие также с резинкой) тело действительно стало подтянутым что не может не радовать) Всем удачи❤

I've been doing this workout pretty consistently for about a month now and I can say that my thighs and calves have gotten slimmer and definetly more toned !! The key is just being really consistent and it'll work ! Thanks Lidia

I never usually comment on workout videos but man do I have to say, you are probably one of my favorite TH-camrs for workouts. I’ve seen a massive difference for my legs and man I be crying and shaking from the burn, I also do other workouts but this always leave me feeling good even if I’m literally begging for the video to end XOXO (been doing this for 3 weeks)

@@moonlovesme In my experience yes, but before I did bad eating decisions I wasn’t gaining much because I was still doing eating less than what I burn in a day (my calorie deficit)! Maybe the food you’re eating is too heavy on you which is probably why you feel like that! But don’t be too hard on yourself! Weight gain is normal when you haven’t worked out, you just have to find what works best for you and how to manage around things like that!

I've recently lost 10 kilos in a month from being on vacation and swimming for 4-5 hours a day and walking. I'm trying your one week program from TikTok and I'm on day 2, I have an arm workout after this one. I learned that pilates really benefits you in every way possible and I'm loving the pain this workouts give me. I need to lose a lot more but I promise you I will! this workout was pretty good ^_^ did it after some mobility exercises and a 20 min workout on the elliptical. didn’t think it was too bad but i’m a runner so that might be why lol
would recommend if you’re looking for something to do every day, could definitely feel the stretch in my legs !!

No… do you know how much it takes to grow a muscle… Squats decrease fat but they can’t increase muscle without weight and proper diet etc. Your legs will become harder but not bigger.

( so i did this for like 26 days and it was really a nice Workout i would recommend it to beginners (: i really see the difference my legs are so much stronger and flexible, but i see a small difference between my inner tights, maybe because i did it for only 26 days, or this Workout is not for inner tights i don’t know. But thank u it was really nice 😊

Day1 : i am sick right now but i did her 15min exercise and 2week challenge of 1at day i felt the burn while doing exercises and after that i was lying down didn't walk much so it was normall and i don't have any specific diet .
girl please eat properly omg. you dont know how much damage you can do to yourself and your body if you dont eat enough. you can lose weight and still eat normally.
please stop, no 13 year old should be dieting

Day7:✅️ wow! This is definetly working! They are slimmer by 1cm and in terms of visual you can clearly see an huge difference!!🥹 I reccomend it at 1000000%(if you want bigger results I reccomend you to do stretching exercise or another pilates videos for slimmer thighs)🩷

Documenting my progress!
Day 1: this was a fun workout! It went by a lot faster than other workouts I’ve done. I weigh around 143 pounds and I’m so insecure about my chubby legs.
Day 2: It was a bit harder once we started doing the standing things, but I got through it!
Day 3: I think I’m starting to notice a SLIGHT slim! I have more cellulite than normal, but that’s ok! It was a little harder today.
Day 4: I had to skip 3 days for my dance performance. But that’s ok. I am kinda having a bad day today, cause I had to leave my dance friends yesterday so I only got to about 10:15 but that’s ok!
Day 5: I had to take a break for personal reasons :( but I will come back
Day 5: sorry I’ve been gone forever! Today was super hard, but I got through it

day 1: tbh, wasnt that hard.. ive done much harder ones, my legs are sore now tho😭😭 i had to take multiple breaks because i had done another workout just before and I was tired. I’m glad this is so slow paced tho! i usually do fast hiit workouts so this was a refresher🩷
day 2: was a bit harder than yesterday, but I lived… if youre in eu rn you know how hot it is so I was drenched in sweat😭😭 my legs are a bit sore!! no visible changes tho

@syhrzme2331 im 14, 160 cm 🙏 it doesnt lead to starvation, my health is fine.. i eat very healthy foods usually, although i do treat myself from time to time !! i had bloodwork done recently and everything for me personally is stable .. i think it just depends on the person

День 1: я думала что умру если честно делала некоторые упражнения с резинкой когда сняла её до сих пор чувстую её ноги горят самая эффективная тренировка что когда-либо была у меня за 5 лет
День 2: с утра очень болела внутренняя часть бедра но это хороший знак выполнила весь комплекс как вчера с резинкой ноги горят и трясутся когда стою тренировка прошла быстро и эффективно посмотрим что будет дальше)
День 3: ну слушайте -1 см с двух ляжек + мне сказали что я похудела в ляшках
Сделала упражнения с резинкой ноги болят но хотя-бы стоять и ходить могу мне очень нравится эта тренировка всем советую)
Попробую ещё поделать посмотрим на сколько меня хватит)
День 4: итак ребятулички я на пару дней забросила эту тренировку из-за неудобства выполнений(находилась не дома) но в эти дни я ходила от 10к до 20к шагов и много двигалась (как-никак хоть какая-то тренировка))
Начну заново ибо очень понравилась эта тренировка
Я сделала один круг с резинкой + одну тренировку на пресс буду больше стараться отрабатывать за те дни щас думаю ещё какую-нибудь сделаю)

День 5: ну что дамочки я снова тут) сделала ожну трениррвку на прессс и эту ноги трясутся а это значит что жирочик сжигается и мышцы укрепляются честно говоря я в шоке -2 см за всё время внутренняя часть бкдра болит и трясется посмотрим что будет дальше) не сдавайтесь и идите к своей цели в первую очередь вы должны делать для себя и своего здоровья а не ради кого-то всех люблю всем удачи) ❤
День 6: ну что дамочки я снова тут) ноги с утра очень болели я сделала тренровку на пресссс по 2 подхода живот стал намного меньше талия сузилась и небольшой рельеф есть а еще сделала эту тренировку и другую уже на ноги честно говоря я ног не чувствую а мне надо щас встать и идти собираться к лд 😢
Кстати дорогие мои сейчас достаточно жарко поэтому пожалуйста пейте больше воды даже если лень спустя 2 дня заметите что будете делать на автомате)

Привет. Я тоже начала делать тренировки Лидии. Нравится ее фигура , мышцы без перекачки, пришла сюда после того, как неудачно накачала бедра. Твой коммент мотивировал. Хотя я думаю, что на пилатесе похудеть не удастся. Но все равно делаю)

делаю пока что каждый день, пока не достигну нужных результатов. я сама по себе худая, 45 кг и рост 158. и даже если худая, просвета практически нет😢
день 1:✅ вроде не так сложно
день 2:✅ немного все побаливает и все давалось очень сложно
день 3:✅ все ужасно болело, я даже если просто стою, все болит😭 но я сделала с горем пополам, ибо до этого сделала тренировку на живот и чуть ли не умер

🍮3день: ✅ Мне кажется, или просвет между бедер стал больше. Форма ног немного поменялась, да и ноги выносливее стали (´^ω^`) мне кажется что особых изменений в замерах не будет, просто ноги станут подтянутыми, от чего и будут выглядеть стройнее и худее. Так что буду смотреть на визуал
