Day 1: ✅Complete! Obviously no difference yet, and pretty easy.
Day 2: ✅Complete! Similar to before in difficulty and size, but I could definitely feel my thighs burning. (Starting a diet today! I'm fasting between meals and eating healthier foods/no junk.)

I lost 2.5cm on both thighs and im super happy abt it!! I thought it wasnt gnna work well cz its pretty easy to do but it reallu works! Im gonna continue doing this until i get my dream legs paired with another leg workout from her. Overall i love my results!!!

Im still doing this but i dont do it everyday anymore, i do it 4-5 times a week and currently my thighs are both 45cm, im losing 0.5-1cm per week. Im not on a deficit anymore but i still do try to eat healthy to get better results. I do recommend going on a calorie deficit & pairing this with any full body workout. + I lost 3kg aswell from this!!

Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. But once you don't think , your brain won't think of what you could do instead or think of how painful it will be. This works for me on everything study , workout , waking up , homework .everything. So don't think , and just start .

Started this workout yesterday, but I thought it would be good to start keeping a check of my results.
My thigh measurements really really made me feel bad about myself 😢

Day 1: ✅ wasn’t too tiring and didn’t take a break
Day 2: ✅ feeling tired, but feeling positive

I see some changes! My calves have slimmed, my inner thighs are slightly parting, and my leg looks straight & less bulky. But most importantly I've been feeling good lately :) I'll continue doing this for the next few weeks!

Diets aren't real lol, they are only a temporary change. Just try being mindful of what you eat, thats what ive been doing and I feel much better mentally and physically. Resist temptation!!!!!
@@carlinisatnirvana8499 I just try to occupy myself with something so I don't think about food, I only eat breakfast and dinner, and when I get skinny, I'll eat whatever I want and keep exercising too😉😉
I don't follow a specific diet I just limit my Junk food and Sugar intake and detox everyday. I eat the same. It has quite an effect on my upper body!

Day 1:✅️ ( I felt a little burn but personally for me it wasn't too hard, I also do football/soccer training almost every day)
Day 2:✅️ ( I definitely felt more of a burn today but pushed through, can't wait for day 3!!)
Day 3:✅️ ( whoo! This time i felt way more of a burn and felt like giving up but i pushed through )
Day 4:✅️( donee it felt more easier than it was on day 3, personally it's always the last exercise that gets me straining my legs but to be honest this is quite easy and I think I see a very slight difference in my thighs and its also works your abs a bit )
Day 5:✅️ (I had football practice today and because of that I felt a really big strain and pull in my legs which made me want to give up but I pushed through it was rllly hard though but I'll be fine, I see a tiny difference so far )
Day 6: ( hi guys, I just couldn't push myself to do it today, I'm wayy too tired to do anything and it's already quite late at night and I played reallllyy hard at football practice today and I was not able to do it, I'm really sorry guys, I will do it twice tomorrow to try and make up for it, I know it's not the same but I will still try, hopefully playing football today will make up for it 😅) :(

Every morning I am having a 500 ml glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in it before I eat any food and I'm not drastically changing my diet but I am trying to eat less food than I normally do.

No honestly I’ve been doing it for a 5 days or so, and I’ve been eating healthy foods and doing other workouts but I think I’ve gained a cm in my thighs!! Idk, it’s not working for me but I’ll continue to do it for about 2 weeks
Star Dust yes it is all about trying and seeing what your body can do because someone can lose 3 cm and someone else could lose just 1 , but it does not mean it is not working it just means we are not all built the same . But this does work so do not give up🤩
I needed this thank you. Also the first time I tried it I felt my inner thighs vibrating and shaking so It does works. After 2 weeks I noticed a gap between my thighs that didn't exist before but I stopped the workout for awhile and I gained weight eating junk foods everyday. And now I'm doing it again.
