Will start tomorrow.. Cause it's midnight.. I am attempting to a 15 day challenge.. I do okay with cardio but glutes.. And legs.. ( my thighs weight more than me 😢) Ok so i will try my best to update everyday.. Day 1 ✅ i did 1:27 min😁 Day 2 ✅ i did 1:54 min... I will do better tomorrow.. 😞.. Cause i believe in my myself 🥺 Day 3 ❌ i can't do it.. I tried 3 times but it's just impossible to push more... But i am not stopping here i feel like it's too hard for me i am gonna do begginers and master it then try again 😤😤😡
@@Anamillio faz tempo que vocês comentaram isso mas, eu sugiro que vocês fazem uma pausa de 1 ou 2 dias, e também não parem por mais de 3 dias, a não ser que você esteja doente pois o corpo precisa descansar também, enfim eu digo isso porque logo que você tenha feita uma pausa assim por muito tempo quando começar os exercícios de novo você vai continuar sentindo dores no dia seguinte. 😊
Omg I love this workout definetly easy enough for a 200lb girl. Some exercises are difficult on me. These are perfect, and it is definitely easy enough for me and I felt the burn 🔥
people suggested this and i wanted to try it out for the summer🤺🤺 day 1: ✅❌ lowkey only did half of it and my legs were killling me when i was going down the stairs😬 day 2:✅❌ definitely did better and more than yesterday but still didn’t finish it my legs were just shaking like around 12 minutes day 3:✅ i did all of them except one exercise🤣 but i barely felt my legs halfway thru the workout day 4:❌ didn’t get time to do them day 5:✅ barely didn’t do them my legs were hurting and i was shaking the whole time idk why i had no motivation so i restarted day 1: done day 2: done ok i been going to the gym but when i don’t go to the gym i’ll be doing these workouts so i’m restarting day1:done

I have school in 9 days and i have been doing this for 3 days now and ill be updating u guys how it goes till school begins 1st day: it was hard to get through and i was struggling on the forms of the workouts but it felt really good after and i felt the pump 2nd day: it was so much easier to get through and i could really feel the adrenaline when doing this and it didnt hurt afterwards 3rd day: i js did it rn and omg ive never felt pain this much i cant even get through the other half of the workout and my legs and glutes feel really sore to the point i cant even walk straight. (my glutes have never looked this good before and i can already feel the results coming and also when i wear leggings my glutes look ad good as hers yall im telling u do this its so worth it) 4th day: shower day so i didnt do it 5th day: 6th day: 7th day: 8th day 9th day:
