Love how much nutrients you packed into these breakfast bars! Using dates to sweeten and keep them together is a FANTASTIC idea, I used to use them all the time in many no-bake type of recipes!

Thank you for the recipe. I made it today... August 29, 2022. I baked the nuts a few minutes too long but it still came out good good. I did not know how to take a picture on TH-cam and send it to you.

A great recipe where you know every ingredient, and one that prevents you reaching for biscuits/cookies, is a great idea all round; I'm making a huge batch or two and gifting them to all my sibs with kids, too!

This came up right on time. I was in the mood for granola bars. If you can’t use your hands you can use a dough hook on a mixer. I discovered this the when I had my hand in a brace.

Love these! What would you recommend as a breakfast portion? I am a big breakfast eater. I usually would eat a big bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit, or two slices of bread, royally topped with a meat or cheese.

Can these be baked? I notice some people bake their granola bars and some people don't. Why is that? I feel better about eating baked rather than raw as I have a sensitive stomach to certain raw ingredients.

I have a really difficult time with your breakfast bars that you call it healthy you start with oats they have some fiber in it but they have a lot of carbs then you add all the dates and cereal which is a puff crane horrible in glycemic index then you add cranberries which I sprayed with glucose especially if you buy it from garbage place like traders Joe and as well as your other fruit that you have which is all think Apple carts or which theory look beautiful orange color and in order to achieve the orange color the industry sprays them with nitrates and sulfites and then on top of that you dump shit load of honey in there you guys have absolutely no clue what nutritionist just because you have a pretty background of a kitchen and you have a handkerchief around your neck or your head doesn’t make you quite knowledgeable about nutrition and I see 132,000 people viewed this absolutely horrible recipe now you may come around say all that’s for healthy people but we live in America 95% of us are sick so I think you could modified your breakfast bar .
