      I love your yoga videos ...I use to do them but then I was diagnosed with a umbilical hernia and I was told I can only do yoga to a certain degree was wondering if you had any tips on what to do

    I am a few days ahead in "Rekindle" Oct. 2024 monthly practice but this one spoke to me today and I'm glad I did it! It's reading the comments below that really struck a cord with me - some from years ago - how we all appreciate our practices but more importantly how we owe a huge debt of gratitude, appreciation and love to Adriene for her knowledge, dedication, sense of humour, gracefulness, kindness of words, constant encouragement - you get the picture - I could go on and on and on. Thank you Adriene from the bottom of my heart for bringing these practices into our homes on a daily basis.

    All my life I refused to do yoga mainly because everyone advised me to do so because of my anxiety and I thought no one understood what it meant to be mentally ill, but about a year ago, going thru a horrible panic attack at 2 am I woke up looking for remedies for everything I thought was wrong with me and I came across this video, I was reluctant at first but by the end of the video I ended up crying because I had never felt at such peace with myself and my body, its been about 9 or 10 months since I first saw this video and its still my life saver, I have learned to breathe and control my anxiety,depression and I have recovered from 9 years of anorexia and bulimia and it began with such a tiny step I almost cant believe it, thank you Adriene u are an angel, hope i can repay u in my next life!!!!!!!

    So I must say this, I discovered this video when it was posted 10 months ago for my high blood pressure. I was battling a deep depression as well. Little did I know that this one video turned into another video that I followed along with, which turned into me buying my first yoga mat, then turned into a 30 day yoga challenge, then turned to me going to yoga classes with friends, followed by a 30 day revolution practice, and then even another yoga mat... I'll say this, if Adriene hasn't been so diligent in her works and shared all these inspiring videos and challenges with the youtube community, I wouldn't be here 10 months later looking at institutions to learn to become a yoga instructor myself, and living the happy and peaceful like I knew I was meant to live. I do need at least a year's experience but I see myself getting there all because of the inspiration Adriene brings in her videos and for my hope to become a similar inspiration to others around me in my communities. Thank you Yoga With Adriene. The best version of myself Honors and values the best version of you. Nameste

      I know this is a little old but I suffer from high blood pressure as well as a clotting disorder and epilepsy. Wanted to see if yoga could help with at least the circulation part? Any examples of your experience may be helpful.

      Hey folks! My circulation has improved dramatically since the beginning of this journey. I’m so glad to say regular practice has helped me with blood circulation and much more. Key is to practice regularly for optimum results but it’s not just the results that matter, it’s the journey itself where I learned to find myself and discover my body in new ways. I’ve learned that really taking time for yourself on the mat and giving yourself permission to learn and practice is giving you not only better blood circulation, but reinforces the mind, body and soul at large.       I have Postrual Othorstatic Tachycardia Syndrome( POTS) and this is helping to control my blood going down to my feet. Wanted to see if yoga would help.

    Is amazing how 20 minutes of yoga can change the whole energy of your body and soul. This flow was great! Feeling grateful for hitting the play button even if I was feeling like I didn’t have time for this.

    im in such a shitty and depressive mood today because our lovely dog is going to pass away in a couple of days. I am angry and yoga this time didn´t leave me with the most profound peace sensation. And yet, I am aware that in such difficult days like these, going back to basics such as sleeping, drinking water and getting your blood to flow, is what matters the most. Thanks for that, Adriene.

    Blessed Beloved Beauties! It's nice to return to this practice after 11 months. Ease Day - 26 is internally refreshing. My favorite part is the foot massage. I used my lavender epsom salt cream and I didn't want to stop. Lol! 😂 Best wishes,everyone! 🦋♥️🦋

    I feel as though you are in the room with me - could you see my hunched shoulders, my shaking legs or the fact that you knew that I had stopped breathing!     It's almost midnight but I just finished this practice which I had planned to do in the morning. I'm going to be traveling soon and I'm thinking this would be a great daily practice for a trip. I'm grateful. I wanted to post to remind myself I like this practice and would like to do it again.

    I am suffering low blood pressure. I was having a severe headache, since I've been joining your yoga journey for 3 months my life slowly get better. But sometimes my low blood pressure relapsed, and i have to admit that this video really help me reduce the pain. Thank you so much, mau God bless you😍

    I have circulation issues as a result of long-haul Covid, which I got in March 2020. I routinely go back to this video for help moving my blood around my body, which helps to relieve my pain. Thank you!

    This was great. When you said “strong hands” I didn’t even question it, I just felt empowered. This coming from someone with severe rheumatoid arthritis! I want to take that energy into my teaching style - I teach high school. Your strong mind, your perceptive thinking skills, etc.

    Adriene you are a life saver. I’ve had issues with my nerves causing me so much pain and lack of blood flow all month. Tonight was the first I could do any yoga again. I cried the entire time and am still. Thank you for all you do. You need to know all the good you do for this world. I needed this like you will never know.

    Adriene, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’re honestly one of the best things to happen to my life. I lost my health 3 years ago due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Your yoga is the only thing that helps me... some days I can’t do it, but I pick back up the day after. You always make me feel better. I hope one day I can teach yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ until then... allowing, releasing and letting go. Love you, from Australia xx

    I love that you encourage a playful curiosity. You'll have moments of jokes and singing throughout your videos and return back to the breath and the practice. It may just he your personality but I think that shows how being mindful is, while also being open and nonjudgemental about what thoughts and behavior pops up. I loved the opening to this video, it made me laugh 😂 but thank you for it, and I hope to incorporate a playful, curious mindset in more areas of my life. I think that it will help with anxiety in the right contexts/situations. Thanks again ❤

    I am over 50 and have always been in good shape until menopause. Recently was told that I have poor circulation and that is why my feet, ankles, calves & knees swell and feel like logs. I sit all day at my desk job so that does not help. I knew I could count on Adrienne to have a practice to help me out. Thank you so very. I'm your fan gurl! There's no other yogis for me!

    This is the very first yoga with Adriene practice i have ever done. Doing it again gives me such a sweet feeling 🙂 l thank myself that I kept doing yoga since and got to a place when no matter what l do yoga with you every day 💫💫 it has been quite a journey for me and I am so proud of myself for being present and taking responsibility this whole time.

    So one thing I noticed throughout participating in these months practices, is that it really helped to straighten out my back legs. This practice is so amazing for a good stretch.

    This was the video that finally got me into your channel, two months ago, and it changed my life. I tried this when I was having an allergic reaction to medication and I was willing to try anything to fix it. I had an itchy full body rash,and excessive water retention that was causing extremely puffy uncomfortable limbs. This video was the only thing that finally brought me relief. The puffiness calmed down immediately, and my mind and body felt more at ease in general. The healing power of yoga felt so tangible to me for the first time that I've been doing your videos daily (at least an hour every day, I truly can't get enough of it) ever since. In my 25 years on this earth I have never felt this in tune with my mind and body. I've been drinking less, eating healthier, and my temper has gone down, and this is all during COVID-19 in which I expected to become a chubbier alcoholic. Because of the small meditations in your videos I've finally become okay with sitting alone with my thoughts, when before I always had something in the background to drown them out. I've been going to sleep to the sound of the rain outside instead of the TV. You've genuinely changed my lifestyle and coming back to this video today I just wanted to say thank you so much from the depths of my soul.

    I woke up this morning under a lot of pain and pressure . My blood pressure was 145 /98...
    I did this work out after I took my pressure again it was 122 / 74..
    Thank God for the life saving work you do. And you do it with such grace kindness hu.or and poise. Thank you for being so You!! I'm also a special education teacher and it has worked wonders with the focus and learning of all my special needs children....especially during covid... God bless you richly!!!😊❤ your work is not in vain!

    you know, adriene, I trust you, and when you say 'lift your legs', I lift my legs, when you say 'breathe in', I breathe in, and when you say 'smile', I smile. as with every pose, I smile within my means. so sometimes my smile takes a lot of space and sometimes it doesn't, but it always feels good and by the end of the practice it always becomes wider. I am telling you this just so you know that little words 'smile', or 'lift the corners of your mouth slightly', have a really great impact and are highly appreciated. I love you very much, you will forever be a friend in my heart.

    Oh Adriene, I got really bummed out with myself, I unsubscribed for a while because I felt guilty not doing yoga, and I just kind of vegged out. But I am back, and I am going to try so hard to stay! Keep those sessions for us physically disadvantaged older folks coming!

    I just want to thank you for sharing ur knowledge. I think yoga practice should be a norm for daily health.     I first did meditation when I was 11 back in 2001 . . Something was opening up . . I got scared. . Didn't start again until I found you Adrienne. . Ty for helping me to open my third eye . . I'm also meatless . And dairy free for over 9 years which was the key 🗝️

    I’m not going to lie here, I have been a smoker for a long time now dealing with some pretty bad circulation issues, and some minor pains. Earlier today I had a fainting spell, first time it’s ever happened to me. I found myself searching the internet for something, somehow, to help. Obviously I’ve quit smoking since the pains lol. Now I found that yoga and your videos literally got rid of my bodily pains😍
    Thank you so much for making such content! This video is a great help and I will continue to pursue yoga. And all the other breathing techniques as well!

    Day 26 Still, a wonderful practice today! I had to make some changes since I fell yesterday when I was walking and hurt my knee so I couldn't do the table top position lunges! Instead , I did plank and downward dog! However, I felt the energy flow in my body!

    A month ago I moved to France from the US and didn't bring my yoga mat. It's been a crazy few weeks and my apartment has very hard floors, but I'm finally feeling settled and bought a mat yesterday. This was the first time I've done yoga in over a month and it was a much, much needed practice!

    She’s funny 🤣 love her cheeky sense of humour.. and of course her yoga videos which have changed my life!
    I spent years punishing myself with daily insane cardio workouts and strength workouts eventually feeling like a slave to it .. then one day i stopped as I realised this was not helping my anxiety it was just keeping my cortisol levels at a high.. after a break completely I then started yoga and haven’t looked back since , the only cardio I do now is hiking and no more weight training and this combination and feeling happy is keeping me in my best shape ever!
    I used to think yoga was just ineffective stretching .. but it’s so much more , for me it’s all I need , I would never go back to my old intense routine now… yoga saved me!

    It had been a while since I last had a day when I made it to the mat late. I had to laugh because that has happened at least twice before with this sequence. Unplanned so simply a coincidence. I did feel tired and a few areas were tight. Motivation seemed lower but we made it! ☺Play day 27. 753 days in a row. 😴
