Learn to ignore what is unnecessary. Always ask, whether the thoughts are serving any purpose. Sit and write it down you will get clarity on what is making you stressful then try to slove them or ignore them

I guess, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

Discipline will help you the most to curb your anxiety, having a purpose and goal helps you too. Even when on days nothing feels good, just remember this is just a moment whih will not dictate your whole week!! Avoid distraction as much as you can, as distraction is the key to anxiety!! Workout physically and avoid junk, do it continuously for 1 week you'll see the difference not only physically but also mentally. Always know that a physically fit person will also be mentally fit!!

Hi guys, I suggest you try meditation or simply relaxing music. It's a simple way to reduce stress and anxiety. Meditation provides a soothing of the mind and helps to connect with yourself. Obviously, this does not prevent being followed by a health professional. However, I believe it's a good way to take care of yourself and make you feel better. I sincerely hope that you will find your means to fight your anxiety.

actually a few years ago my grandfather,father,brother died in consecutive years
and I believe that was the point from where I started to think about even small symptoms to be very big disease(not everytime),thinking about what will happen to my mother after me.
now I am 18 year old
my anxiety is fading gradually and I want remove it completely
and I will do it 😊
