      see what you do is just this you join your hands 🙏 and see any thing that is most important to you for 5 min very kindly towards it say thanks to it prase it .for ex: what i did i took my specs and kept on my bead and i started seeing it kindly and prased it in all kinds 50 precent of my anxiety gone .

    Anxiety is the worst kind of thing, you always live in the fear of unknown, cannot do a thing, gasp for breath, no ones understand your situation. This is worst!

      @@kishansinghyadav2628 the only thing that has helped me is as mentioned above, understanding myself, my stress triggers. Discipline will help you the most to curb your anxiety, having a purpose and goal helps you too. Even when on days nothing feels good, just remember this is just a moment whih will not dictate your whole week!! Avoid distraction as much as you can, as distraction is the key to anxiety!! Workout physically and avoid junk, do it continuously for 1 week you'll see the difference not only physically but also mentally. Always know that a physically fit person will also be mentally fit!!

    I guess, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

      Learn to ignore what is unnecessary. Always ask, whether the thoughts are serving any purpose. Sit and write it down you will get clarity on what is making you stressful then try to slove them or ignore them

      R. Sandhu dont worry it will just go away with time. You just keep yourself busy all the time. Watch your favourite shows, movies , do some physical exercise, meditation , stretching exercises , belly breathing etc.., will help you to get rid of it easily.

      R. Sandhu dear its not at all a problem to worry about. Learn to live with it . Avoid caffeinated foods and make a healthy life style. Never run away from any situation. Face every situation and in no time you will witness a change. Everyone human will have anxiety. Its just a bit higher in your case which is not at all a problem. You can control it very easily by breathing techniques . First of all stop seeing it as a problem or a disease. Its very normal to have anxiety.

    Been through severe anxiety attacks over a year. Now it is fading gradually. To deal with anxiety is to invite the anxiety attack face on and remind self that the anxiety is just an uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. And is not danger.

    I have a bit of anxiety over my health
    actually a few years ago my grandfather,father,brother died in consecutive years
    and I believe that was the point from where I started to think about even small symptoms to be very big disease(not everytime),thinking about what will happen to my mother after me.
    now I am 18 year old
    my anxiety is fading gradually and I want remove it completely
    and I will do it 😊

    This year we decided to build a house.. And because of rush.. We choose the wrong house naksa.. Fir jab vo ready hogya I don't like it much.. I get really bad vibes ki better ho skta tha.. Kuch b thik ni h.. Tab se i feel like what have I do... I just feel too bad.. I see negative in everything... Tab se I started having panic attacks.. I don't know what to do.. Sone se phle.. Jagne se phle.. Vo apne aap aakhon ke samna aajata h.. The house.... I didn't tell anyone about it... Nd my life is also very much boring.. I feel lonely most of the time.. Idk what to do.. It's been months but that thing is not going away from my head..

    I am definitely going to try but anxiety also is caused by muscular issues in neck, once your neck stiff your Cervical Lordosis goes straight which causes blurry vision, heart palpation etc. Stating all this as I have been fighting on my end.

    I have been feeling a lot of anxiety for the past few days. Suddenly panicking, feeling nervous and feeling dizzy. Difficulty swallowing while eating. It seems that the food will get stuck in the throat.I'm overthinking, so I'm feeling panic, I don't know if I'll be fine, but this is just because of anxiety. He was afraid even while drinking water 🙂

Obviously, this does not prevent being followed by a health professional. However, I believe it's a good way to take care of yourself and make you feel better.     Doing pranayama... anxiety will reduce and get sleep...most of the people are facing anxiety so be brave and do jacking or walking...i did and fine now....

    I’m going to 10th this year and I’ve been struggling for the past 3 years now I’m scared now a days because I’m going to be entering the most crucial stage right now and my anxiety’s been getting worse I really hope it lessens at least before I go forward into 10th pray for me🤞🏻🤞🏻

    I have a chronic anxiety problem and a psychiatric patient from last 8 or 9years(when I was about to give my board exam of class10th in 2014) and in a very bad condition psychologically as well as physically now.....I must tell u that when it was started in 2014, after my 10th, my father brought me to Nimansh hospital which is in Bengaluru to get me treated in a best possible way and then the doctors actually recognises my problem and gave me the 2 possible medicines of morning and evening....and also prescribed that no need to come again there only for further treatment as they suggest to take consult of any local doctor after that and tells that it is easily being cured with proper medicine and counseling....so than we reached to our one of the local psychatrist doctor and he also prescribes the same medicine....but after that from the year 2016....I am totally distracted....irregularise medicine like hell without consult that doctor again....and also that time I entered graduation after passing 12th standard..... don't even take care of my health, through exercise, yoga and meditation.....I have to tell u that from the very beginning, I was a super lazy girl and also a full time introvert with no friends, no outer knowledge, second class student all over my school and College life,...and since that time many of bad and vulgar thoughts entertained in my mind and make me totally sick, and a mentally disturbed person.....and so by taking the same medicine irregularly...... even today when I feel horrible from inside because of that mental anxiety problem.....and because of all this my health and physical beauty is totally ruined like hell and I made myself so ugly by not taking care of my proper health...I gained so much of weight over time and fats all over my body made my body totally disfigured and super ugly like a psychopath...... being in that mental state over the years since then, I have developed so much of gastric problems in my body because of these medicines, improper diet, and consume too much of tea, coffee etc.... infact I am now addicted to it.......and in a great depression and feels like I am soon going to die....in a very bad conditions......my hair falls off to its maximum and by seeing mirror I feels myself too old....but I am just 24 years old girl.....I always wants to cramming things like a mentally ill person, I am unable to do my regular day to day small works even I feel soo tired and restless just by doing a little work as if I am in my old age and because of all this I sleep even in the day time for very long long hours....doing nothing like I am in a coma state... Parents already lost hope for me and feels super tensed and anxious due to me that what will happen to me now......what will I do now.....??
    Many a times, I feel like crying fully and screaming and vents it all out but at the same time feels like I am unable to even cry now.....I feels like I am emotionless, thoughtless, brainless or bohut vakt tou asiaa feel hota hai jaise mai sachmuch saddh chukii hun, pagal ho chuki hun....normal nhi hun mai....kyunki bohut vakt aisa hota hai ki kisi bhi matter ko le kr chahae wo chizz mere padhaii se related ho yaa kuch or yaa kisi se baat karte waqt bhi wo clarity nhi aa patii dimaag mai....aisa lagta hai ki mai kuch soch samajh nhi paa rhi hun.....mere dimaag mai fogg bhar gya hai....or sirf wo anxiety wale thoughts hii dimaag mai tabb se etne saalon se le kar aaj tak chalte rehte hain......mai esse ubhar nhi paa rhi hun......Balki esske chalte abb tou lagta hai ki mai puri tarah se unconscious ho jaaungii or apna apaa kho dungii bohut jaldii...kyunki abb etne saalon mai wo saari cheezein or bhi gehrii ho chuki hain diloo dimaag mai......aise hotae hotae......etne saal beet gaye....but believe me mujhe lagg rha hai ki mai abhi bhi wahii pr hun...2014 mai....kyunki uske baad mera harr ek dinn comaa mai hone jaisaa beetaa hai.....maam..... jabb bhi mai apne aap ko or apne psychology ko sahii kar ke apne aap ko sahii se thikk karne k baare mai sochtii hun or koshish karne ki taraf apnae kadam badhaati hun aisaa lagta hai ki mere andar se koi mujhe bol rha hai ki tum kabhi thikk nhi ho saktii.....chahae jitni thikk hone ki koshish kar lo.....or mujhe peeche kheench leta hai .....or mujhe or zyada peecha dhakel deta hai....mai chahh kr bhi koshish nhi kar paati apne sharir or dimaag ko sahi karne k liye or apni life ko phir se ek naye tarike se shuru karne k liye......2019 mai mera bcom mai graduation complete hone k baad se mai chahtii thi ki mai upsc civil services ka exam dun or kuch bada karun.....pr mai ek bhi attempt nhi de paayee kyunki mai padhh hi nhi paayee kuch.....halaaki sabb kuch internet pr hone k baad bhi mujhe aisa lagta tha ki mai kuch nhi samajh paa rhi hun......
    Maam, abb tou relatives or ass pass k log bhi mujhe kuch alag nazar se dekhne lage hain .....jaise abb mera kuch nhi ho sakta....or mai abb aise hi ghar mai padii rahungii.....apne parents pr ek etni badi liability bann kar.....kabhi kabi...tou merii aisii abnormal harkatoon ko dekh dekh kar papa ne mujhse puri tarah hataash or niraash ho kar kaha ki mai kahin haridwaar jaise jagah pr chalii jaun sabb chodd kar or wahan apna health thik karoon or wahii rahun lifetime k liye because abb shayd meri shaadi bhi nhi ho paayegii or naa hi mai kuch padhaii k field mai kar paaungii...... because abb unki bhi age ho rhi hai....or wo mujhe abb nhi rakh paayenge ghar mai aise or meri ek chotii behn bhi hai uski bhi responsibilities hai abhi....ye sabb sunn kar mujhe aisa feel hota hai ki mai zinda hi kyu hun....kyu bhagwan ne mujhse ye aisi life dii hai....mai kyu jee rhii hunn....mai starting se hi bohut ajeeb or alag thi sabse but ye sabb hone k baad aisa lagta hai jaise mai ess duniya k liye nhi banii.......bhagwan ki ek bohut badii galtii hun maii......kyu mere saath ye huaa......naa maii jee paa rhi hun or naa hi ess life ko end kar paa rhi hun because bhagwan ne mujhme utnii bhi himmat nhi di ki apne app ko maar sakun......pehle tou phir bhi ekk basic education ki wajah se busy ho jati thi kahin na kahi 12th or graduation k time pr but graduation khatm hotae hii jindagii jaise purii tarah apna aslii rang dikha gayee......purii tarah directionless ho gayee life and career......kuch ataa pataa nhi kya karna hai, kaise karna hai.........or aise ho ho kar health or bhi zyada worst ho gyee enn tinn chaar saal mai....maam abb tou merii haalat dekh kar parents or behn bhi bolte hain ki mai useless hun.... totally worthless hun...kisi kaam ki nhi hun...abb....sirf ghar mai baith kar papa ki kamaii kha rhi hun ..jiss age mai mujhe khud financially or emotionally independent ho jana chahiye or settle ho jana chahiye wahaan har taraf se mai khatam ho chuki hun...meri zindagi khatm ho chukii hai..... mummy papa bhi abb bebass ho chukae hai....naa mai unke liye kuch kar paa rhi hun or naa hii apne liye......behn or other relatives or cousins k liye ek bohut hi bura example bann chukii hu ...kabhee kabhi wo log aisa bol bhi dete hain...ki hum humesha koshish karte hai ki apne bacchon ko merii tarah naa hone dein.......
    Maam, mujhe bachaaa lijiye.....pls mai aapke pair padtii hun.....mujhe nhi jana kahin haridwaar jaise jagah pr yaa phir kisi mental hospital mai.... ess age mai....mai kuch badaa karna chahtii hun....apne bal butae pe jeena chahtii hun, thikk hona chahtii hun.....puri tarike se.....sundar dikhna chahtii hun....harr tarf se layak banna chahtii hun taaki apna or apne parents ki responsibility asaani se uthaa sakun....apni life ko bright kar sakun ....or aage chal kar shaadi bhi....chaahae thodii derr ho jaaye age ho jaaye 30+... parvaah nhi hai.....but maam mujhe kuch karna hai.....pls help me.....i need help urgently....pls 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏

    Also try drinking kefir milk. It has solved my anxiety for good. It acts on the gut's - aka second brain - microbiota promoting also good mental health.
