    My anxiety has affected my physical health too I got stomach and mensuration problem . .. i hope we all never reach to this level and whoever is suffering from anxiety weather moderate or extreme like me I wish we will overcome our anxiety 🙏

    I'm suffering from this problem. But I am very much sad that there are soo many other people suffering from this. I am trying to deal with it and I wish whoever are going through anxiety problems will heal one day☺️ it's ok ......one day you will do it..Be happy Be positive ☺️

    Exactly what I'm feeling is said in this video. I'm a 14 yrs old teenager who is suffering from anxiety. It has been several months & it's getting extreme now. Even if I'm not doing anything I still feel so stressed out. My heart starts beating fast, i feel like i hv no energy to even hold a pen. I'm always anxious about my future. I looked up for so many videos on how to overcome anxiety but nothing actually helped me. I've consulted with my parents about my situation & they're trying their best to solve this issue. I hate how it feels.

      Don't worry I'm also suffering from extreme level of anxiety but that doesn't mean that we can't overcome it. Anxiety is just a emotion and we get anxious when we think negative so please if you can avoid thinking negative. We all can overcome our anxiety because we are the one who created it and we can also destroy it. Don't worry about anything live your life peacefully =)

    Mam, u said it in such a beautiful way with shlokas.. i was so worried with this anxiety issue. Don't know what exactly am going thru.. whether it is anxiety or phobia.. I was scared even to Google it. But after watching ur video i felt why am I thinking too much and let me handle my situation peacefully. Let me just surrendered the situation and stay calm.

    Nice video but anxiety is a deep topic especialy if it leads to thought rumination--uncontrolled flow of thoughts which will need meditation, bold action and if advised medication. Talk to someone--do not keep it within yourself. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life without anxiety-stress sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Avoid moving too much. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax. Observe your breath athroughout the day even with eyes open. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    I am struggling from last one and half year. I am feeling good after 3 pm. I have alternate day problem. One day is good another day is bad. Trying everything but worry is not going.

      Same. My anxiety gets extreme after 5pm & not a single day goes by without the anxiety hitting me. To feel positive, most of the time i listen to music which distracts my mind from thinking negative stuffs + i just chant hare krishna which makes me feel a little less anxious.

    I'm a student who just passed class 12th this year and i'm going through the same cycle of OBC almost everyday...I'm too much worried about my career and this stress is even deteriorating my mental and physical health... I can't come out of the fear of facing examinations and somehow my instincts tell me that it's happening just because of lock down.. I fell too much tensed and unconfident... And even I get nightmares...

    Whenever I hear any tragic news, I get anxious. It just doesn't happen to anyone else hearing the same news but to me. And i just feel I can't breathe at that time and my heart is beating so fast. I want to cope with it. But i dont know how? I just try to not think of the news and distract my mind but it doesn't help.
