@@aprileliana I use two blankets to make a DIY shikibuton and it’s quite comfortable. It’s like camping so it’s sort of fun. I do recommend stretching and mobilizing the ankles, wrists and spine upon rising, just a few minutes of light, deliberate movement. While you’re there, do some Markatasana 🐒 and Pawanmuktasana💨 for the hips and knees and nothing can stop you. Pop up right into your day like a loaded spring. 😁try it out and see what works for you!

@@alisonduggins I also move my head left and right slowly while still lying on my back to clear my neck and shoulders. I also move my hips in circles 36 x each direction after I stand up. This takes me to the throne to relieve with no regrets. I do the same as you. It's amazing that 5 or 10 minutes can propel me up so easily. I also do the same routine before I go to sleep but the opposite direction.

As sleeping with legs together, during the night some people with put their right leg upon your left ankle, which bricks blood supply. Therefor many people have to have a pillow in between their legs. 🌹

Dr. Hansaji. Thank you so much for all the educational videos you share with us "the world" for us tha can't be near you physical at least we learn here through your videos.
Dr. Hansaji? May you please share a video on how to deal with menopause "hot flashes and difficult sleeping at night"? I think I've started menopause and this two are my major issues I can't deal with and it's starting to drive me into depression. I drink chamomile tea at night and green tea during the day but it doesn't help. I find myself crying every night now due to this and my severe back pain from my accident two decades ago. I've changed beds so many times and I still can't buy the correct bed for my back problem.
I used to sleep on a orthopedic bed way back and it was okay but I can't find this bed anywhere anymore. The beds that I'm advised lately I can't afford them as they range from R30000 to R40000 so in short t say I Don't sleep well due to my lower back injury and now worst is menopause.
    Please help Dr. Hansaji 🙏❤️
