    That one line that you said. "You can leave all your worries,anxiety helplessness onto the mat, this is a safe place." How true is this.. Never ever thought a safe place can be an inanimate object as well. And the kind of relief that it provides cant be explained in words.       Does doing this practice on a daily basis help reduce anxiety to a great extent? Bcoz I am also suffering from anxiety attacks, would like to get some recommendations. It you see this message do answer.

      ​@@caronskaria7072 You can follow this particular video and there are more stress relief yoga videos of radhika ma'am, you can follow them too. Also you can do 'om' chanting on a daily basis in the morning that helps to reduce anxiety. Hope it helps💕

    I am suffering for mental issues and doing mediation but I not able to focus properly but after the doing this yoga practice I was released yoga is a meditation, it's a blessing,
    Yog apne appse judne me bare me hai, es duniya ki bhag dor me ham apne samse important dost ko bhul jate hai, matlab apne aap ko,
    I was released jub aap sachhe man se khud ke satha or khud par believe karte ho to Duniya ki koi bhi buri take tumhe parajit nahi kar sakte,
    I love your way of teaching I will join your 21-day yoga batches very soon ❤

    Hi Satvic Yoga team, kind request to please make this video in English or at least provide English subtitles. My teenage daughter in college suffers from anxiety and she can't understand Hindi. She is very much interested in yoga, and I can't recommend this video to help her as both audio and subtitles are in Hindi. A wider population with anxiety issues can benefit from this video if you could make it in English or add English subtitles. Looking forward to our request being fulfilled. Thank you in advance. 🙏

    Thank you for this beautiful practice. It opened up my muscles, mind, and hidden emotions. Couldn’t believe when people said that we cried on the mat but experienced it myself while doing the rabbit pose. Very powerful and enlightening yoga session ❤

    Thank you so much, even with my menses going on, this wasn't pressurizing at all, and we all have a hint about how hard it is to control emotions on menstrual cycle but it was not that complex with the help of this video, thank you, you're doing a very spectacular job, you're basically saving lives.

    It was my first time doing this yoga. I have lost lot of weight because of anexity past 6 months. I started this yoga, and afterwords i was very short of breath like getting panic attack. Is it normal because it was my first time.or should i stop doing it. Please reply.❤❤❤
