really ? I have complex ptsd and adhd which leads me to be fearfull and anxious in so many occasions. especially when interacting with people. and honestly when I am in that situation I am hopeless. I feel like there is not immediate solution for me right at that time. only afterwards when I contemplating about that. but after it's no use to me. I need to calm down at that given moment when I feel anxious. not after..
I listened to my heartbeat the whole time and was on the verge of a panic attack until I saw the video, now I feel much freer and more relaxed, thank you!
I could remember several years ago, I suffered severe anxiety and mental disorder. Was actually diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.
Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the morning after. So no hangovers. No depression mood for days. No anxiety.I now have a more calm mind
I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.
I love shrooms. Congrats on the 8 years, that's awesome! I'm clean 4 years now. Good luck.just micro dose and you won't trip. Same story just that mine is with fentanyl and anxiety. Mushrooms literally got me off my feet and turned my whole life around. I am currently a housing manager for a recovery program. I wouldn't have been able to do that shit without the help of psilocybin.

As a college student, i have lots of group assignments. I don't know if it is anxiety or what, but i feel so stressed because we have so many things to go through, but my teammate won't panic over it. I got eaten by my own anxiety, i cried, i can't sleep, I can't eat, just because of this. I really needed this dharma. Thank you.
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!
Yes, dr.sporessss. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

Even though I am not a Mahamewuna follower, I am always listening this ven monk’s preaches. This episode is really helped me to overcome my anxiety and it’s very scientific. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Bhante your teachings are amazing, thank you very much. May you enjoy longevity with great health accompanied by absolute peace of mind Namo Buddhaya 🙏🙏🙏
You are always wishing us to have a peaceful, happy and healthy life. I wish you and the other monks at the monastery to have a peaceful, healthy and happy life too. Namo Buddhaya🙏🏽
Mindful means u change your thought. U can think that the problem is only temporarily. The problem that we faced mostly is temporarily. It will gone when the times flies. Thus, we don't worry too much. We focus on NOW. DO what we can do now instead of worry on the past unhappy experience or the future.
Thank you, I needed this so much 🙏 For some reason, distancing myself from my thoughts is the hardest kind of mindfulness for me. But I'll keep practicing now, and hopefully, it'll become easier one day 🙂
I am an introvert with high emotions and genetically prone to depression. I had had debilitating anxiety for five to six years, but finally convinced myself to think about my issues more rationally, more 'neutrally'. I know it sounds weird, but if I can do it, I believe you will do, one day. It took me really long, and I still have to repeat this routine to stop myself from wandering into the future (my source of anxiety) at least a couple of times each day. Let us not give up, though! After all, I had to do that 1,000 times a day just two years ago, and now it is only a few times :-
This explanation of anxiety through a Buddhist lens is exactly what I needed. The simple practice of asking, ‘What am I thinking now?’ is such a great way to bring myself back to the present.
i was in a anxies situation past couple of days, my all anxies thoughts washed away just buy listning to your wise words. you touches axact points that we could get out from that anxiesness. i cant thank you enough 🙏🙏🙏
I cry when I listen to this😭😭and now I will practice and listen to this everyday. May my anxious my fear and my wild thought just be the clouds and I be the sky. Namo Buddhaya🙏
Thankyou as always I listen to you every day and your voice and words bring peace to my life thankyou don't stop your talks with us every day NAMO Buddiya
I love the way you compared the sky and clouds to us and our thoughts. One day during Meditation at the Yoga Studio they used that visual also or leaves blowing in the wind. Thank you so much kind soul … you are truly a Blessing NAMO BUDDHAYA 🙏❤️🕊🌎✨
I am sufuring from enxiety since one year and I fill so much pain from those enxiety thoughts but now I disided to practice this things I hope I will be get recover from this enxiety 😊thank you so much bhange ji
Of course it is. 😊First try to understand why you have anxiety. Accept that . And try to help yourself little by little. Do not overthink about this 😊it will take time. But slowly try to remove it from your mind and have peace of mind again. You are the controller of your own mind. So understand that you are the one who can stop your anxieties 😊Remember that no matter what happens, you will be there with yourself 😊 Always remember the fact that "Nothing ( including people and all the things we like) is permanent. It will change. And that is the nature of this world. Namo Buddhaya 😊🙏 have a nice day.
Anxiety arises when you try to control situations and expect the outcomes of every situation to be in a certain way. Be it, people's opinions about you, your past failures and silly mistakes. You want to control everything, that's why you are feeling anxious. Let go of control and don't give a fuck about circumstances. Do your best and forget the rest.
I started watching your videos to improve my English but now I'm really interesting in buddhism. It's a great form to see the life. I need your advices. Thank you!
Hello and thank you I have just come across your lessons. I am going through a difficult time and my anxiety is extremely bad. Thank you for this video I am learning from the lessons and I will continue to watch.
I'm thankful for Master's explaination and guidance on dealing with anxiety, it's within ourselves in our minds, our inner demons or peace and even Nirvana, we must practice and train our minds to achieve. I've been off anxiety and depression meds for 7 months and bearing with the raw feelings daily, I know if I want to be off meds but still find peace I have to do it myself, it may be hard but it will be worth it coz I know I'll gain a lot of benefits from practicing Buddhism Practises of mindfulness and meditation, Namo Amitabha 🙏🙏🙏
Cultivate compassion for everyone in the world and your heart will be at ease. The mind will be free. Will sleep well. This is not my opinion. A sermon of the Buddha. That's how I calmed my mind.
I’ve been going through a very rough patch. I felt so relieved after listening to this and other preachings on this channel. Thank you so much for these content. It helps me a lot.

Such incredible practical tips. Such a soothing voice, and a joyful smiling face. Thank you for sharing this! Wishing everyone much peace, love and good health 🙏🏼🩵
I just found your site. I love what you talk about in such a calm, loving way. I remember driving to work many years ago and was going to interview that day for another job in the office. 7 minutes to work and I was feeling anxiety about interviewing before I left. Half way to work, I said to myself, "You are feeling anxious and it's ok. You are not alone in feeling anxious about an interview.: Yes I was talking aloud to myself, but the anxiety just started to go away, because I allowed it, gave myself permission to feel anxious. I had the interview and got the job. Now whenever I feel anxious I try to acknowledge it out loud. I can hear it better that way and it always helps. Trying to keep those feelings hidden is not good.
You are a great buddhist monk. Your explanation about buddhisum is very clear. Thankyou for your great teaching. May lord Buddha's blessings be with you.
Dear monk, Thankyou for the giving the light of the knowledge, positive thoughts, the teaching of Buddhism and many more things which I am not remember at that time. You didn't know sometimes your words just like Light of sun which disappeared the darkness of the night. The way you explain is very impressive, easy to relate and understand easily . I read this nice quote somewhere which was said by Buddha,"Don't dwell in the past, do not dream of future, concentrate the mind in present moment". Thanks for your precious time .🙏
I have had Ménière’s disease for 34 years. It’s terrible and unrelenting vertigo with tinnitus, deafness, and ear fullness. Very anxiety producing because I don’t get a break. Mild, moderate, or severe spinning. Thank you for the videos. They are very helpful and calming.
you have no idea. how watching your video and understanding your words and guidance is improving my life. the way you speak and calm and smile on your face make me feel peaceful. grateful to come across this channel. keep making more videos. we adore your videos
Hello guys I want to share something. I am a 18 years old girl who will turn 19 after one month and also a new college student. After entering college and meet so many people I feel like nobody likes me. I mean I can't relate to anybody. I personally felt that I become so much quite and also very much depressed because I can't share my inner feelings with anyone. No one gonna talk to me. And my old friend, I have seen a massive change in their personality. They didn't even noticed me in the college and I felt like hopeless. I'm not using any social media excepted TH-cam so I didn't have any online or offline friends to share my thoughts. Although I feel that I don't have any dreams I'm not taking action, I'm not studying and practice my spirituality. I feel like a damb with no reason. Actually whenever I tried to reset my mind I failed, and it's like a addiction, whenever I failed I did use a lots of social media and regards. Then again and again I do the same things and now it's almost like 2 weeks I tried to focus myself to do good things to create new habits to change myself but failed. Please help me someone. I really need your help. I can't live like this anymore.....
It is a very common issue at your age ....just focus on your work ...do not judge yourself by what others think..read books,..start a few hobbies ...do jogging or walking...do a few relaxations breathing every morning and evening ...say always you are the best.
It is very normal. But please always remember that you are yourself and that is what matters 😊If you don't do harm for others, don't get swayed away with anything. Try to understand that all of people we meet can be changed anytime. That is why it is said "everything is temporary." But you will always have you😊Try your best and do not feel negative if you really did your best ! You are very valuable and you deserve to be happy 😊🙏slowly help yourself. And if your mind understand this and accept the fact that anything /anyone can be changed , you won't get hurt by people anymore 😊🙏Namo Buddhaya 😊🙏
@@solomonaman6234 Do not feel off if you did the right thing. 😊People have negative thoughts and let them deal with their own negative thoughts. Why do you have to worry about that? 😊No need to worry about criticism by people cuz people will always find a reason to critics us.😊let them deal with that. Have a nice day 😊🙏Namo Buddhaya 😊🙏
I just finished reading The power of now by Eckhart Tolle, and then someone on facebook asked how to deal with anxiety. Inspired by the book as well as my own experience, I answered these exact same things! 1. Become aware that you’re experiencing anxiety even though you’re actually not in immediate danger 2. Observe your thoughts and feelings with mindful curiosity 3. Acceptance 4. Self-compassion I also added that if you find these steps too difficult then distract yourself with something that will demand your complete attention. Life will always give you new opportunities to succeed.
Tqwm for sharing this Information on Anxiety n emotional feeling.. I'm so much Understanding towards a better Peace Love Freedom within Lifestyle.. I'm so much happy when I'm alone .. Live at present n Be Happy 😊..
this is a highly valuable lesson. Learning to distance our turbulent emotions allows us to embrace and understand them and change perspective on them, have I understood? Thank you for the lesson
yes. its also to do with the fact of 'anatta' or 'not self', since there's no such thing as self (its just an illusion), so nothing is ours. not the body, not our thoughts etc
Thank you thank you! When you end with to be compassion to yourself, i am in tears, deep inside i don't want to make mistake and that is the real cause of my anxiety. Thank you ❤
well put; Mindfulness is the key tool to get clarity in what is driving us when we feel anxious. Let me share -- In the state of mindfulnes I observe a thought which has an attachment of an emotion. they sort of arrive as a pair. depending on the emotion, this triggers anxiety or passion, feelings I observe here and now. It is the emotion which triggers anxiety or passion, and not the thought. So leave alone the thought, -- and also leave alone the emotion attached to it -- make the anxiety or passion the subject of attention. Observe it how it arises, stays and fades by itself, left to impermanence. Every time you do this, your trust will grow in impermanence and that nothing needs to be done, other than observe. By this the automated connection between an emotion and the present reaction is diminished and eventually cut, -- and so you are free from fear/anxiety/ passion.

I 👍 agree
As a college student, i have lots of group assignments. I don't know if it is anxiety or what, but i feel so stressed because we have so many things to go through, but my teammate won't panic over it. I got eaten by my own anxiety, i cried, i can't sleep, I can't eat, just because of this. I really needed this dharma. Thank you.
One of the most exciting presentation about anxiety . great for those who anxiety sufferes
Is he on instagram?
Yes he is. dr.sporessss

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love this! Believe it or not, when someone used to say “be mindful” in the past I had no idea what that meant! I appreciate your teachings here! 🙏
Mindful means u change your thought. U can think that the problem is only temporarily. The problem that we faced mostly is temporarily. It will gone when the times flies. Thus, we don't worry too much. We focus on NOW. DO what we can do now instead of worry on the past unhappy experience or the future.
10 minutes teaching can chang the lives of so many people~ Always grateful 🙏🙏🙏
I'm so blessed after hearing this🙏😇
I have panic attacks and suddenly i found this channel it become part of my days .namo buddahya

Much respect and love to you and im a filipino. Thank you.
Thanks you for the wise words. I have been living in anxiety for over years, and have not found a way to cope with it.
I am sufuring from enxiety since one year and I fill so much pain from those enxiety thoughts but now I disided to practice this things I hope I will be get recover from this enxiety 😊thank you so much bhange ji
I experience so much anxiety and it's SO HARD TO DEAL WITH!! It's nothing simple abut this!
Of course it is. 😊First try to understand why you have anxiety. Accept that . And try to help yourself little by little. Do not overthink about this 😊it will take time. But slowly try to remove it from your mind and have peace of mind again. You are the controller of your own mind. So understand that you are the one who can stop your anxieties 😊Remember that no matter what happens, you will be there with yourself 😊
Always remember the fact that "Nothing ( including people and all the things we like) is permanent.
I feel much better, more hopeful and more relaxed after watching this. Thank you!
THE BEST ENLIGHTENMENT ever ,Thank you so much Sir 🙏
So beautiful! You can feel his powerful, beautiful, peaceful energy right thought the video!

His claim face and heartful smile makes my anxiety disappear.
Buddha bless you ❤
You are a great buddhist monk. Your explanation about buddhisum is very clear. Thankyou for your great teaching. May lord Buddha's blessings be with you.
Dear monk,
Thankyou for the giving the light of the knowledge, positive thoughts, the teaching of Buddhism and many more things which I am not remember at that time.

I have the same problem in my jobb as a nurse assistant. Feel sory to be with them becouse of their negativ perception.
@@nilujawickramasinghe1729 Namo Buddhaya 🙏
I just finished reading The power of now by Eckhart Tolle, and then someone on facebook asked how to deal with anxiety. Inspired by the book as well as my own experience, I answered these exact same things!
1. Become aware that you’re experiencing anxiety even though you’re actually not in immediate danger
2. Observe your thoughts and feelings with mindful curiosity
3. Acceptance
4. Self-compassion
I also added that if you find these steps too difficult then distract yourself with something that will demand your complete attention. Life will always give you new opportunities to succeed.
🙏 Namo Buddhaya! Your teaching is amazing! Please give us more spiritual teaching video! I love to listen your video. My humble respect to you sir 🙏
Thank you söö much
So clear and logical presentation of a difficult subject.Hope we can come out of complex cobweb of thoughts after hearing your speech.
At 8:18… he is like a mind-reader but he’s so right. Consistently practicing really will make a difference. This video has helped so much. 🙏🏻 Thank you
