This is the best Pilates workout I have ever done! You make me feel as if I am in a studio with you. I’ve overwhelmed myself before, and before I know it, I quit. So this year, I am building up habits slowly. I'll start with 3 workouts a week, and once it gets easy, I will add another workout until I comfortably reach 5 workouts a week. I've done 2 workouts this week from this challenge (Day 1 & Day 2). It’s gonna take me a while to finish all 25 challenges, but at least I’m building a long-term, lasting system. Finished day 1 and also did your workout with the ball which is killer! I may or may not be reasonable now for all the Pilates teacher on the reformer inspired by that move and series with the legs and ball! See you Thursday! May do some of these moves in the sauna 😛
Izzy looks incredible (I want to get my arms to Izzy level toned!) just did my day one on 1/10/25 and my legs + lower abs are shaky and my arms feel so good. Have no doubt I’ll be sore. Coming back for day two tomorrow! In case this motivates someone else, I just found out there is 60 days till the clock goes forward again, so I want to complete this challenge and continue with more Pilates daily as a 60 day countdown to the clocks going forward/ a way to press through the winter blues and come out with a major head start on feeling ready for summer ❤

You should engage your core, and think about distributing your weight equally across your body. It’s a slow and controlled movement. Also make sure you’re lifting the opposite arm/leg in this case, not the leg and arm of the same side. It helps me to focus on a fixed point on the floor too. Help this helps.
@@SuchitraMettu I use 2 kgs in these videos, but the idea is that you pick whichever weight suits you body best, just like you would when you walk into a face to face class and pick your weights before starting. Hope this helps!
