I still do your dance party workouts, they are so fun and i LOVE the energy expenditure in them!! I honestly dont know how to thank you enough, but thank you

Your stretching videos are my favorite. I have searched TH-cam for others, but I cannot find better than yours. Now that I am 41, I find I really need to have at least 15 minutes of stretching every day or my back starts to hurt. Stretching helps me sleep better, awake better, and just feel way better. I really like this 15 minute video when I do not have time to do one of your longer stretches.

i don't know if you will see this but I have been using your youtube videos for the past 3/4 months so that I can get into weight lifting and body exercises and I can definitely see an improvement in my fitness! plus my arms are more toned too. thank you for your videos. you inspire me to work harder

This was perfect. my shoulder has been killing me and I feel great. I slowed the playback down a bit to hold the positions longer and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you! :)
Now that I have done this twice I will say that I find the long lunge sequence extremely strenuous and have to work hard to get through it. I would be so grateful if in the future we could have a lungeless full oder lower body stretch

This my one of the favorite stretch that you made ❤✨ Age: 26 🌱 I'm a girl.☀ before I started shiydf I was 165cm after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!! IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY. I achieved this result by both using shiydf and doing regular streching exercises and I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.! TRUST THE PROCESS 🧡
