Maddie, heyy!! I wanted to share my experience with you because of how big of a part you were in my journey!! I was 68 kg in Jan and now I'm 51 (I'm 17)!! I still do your dance party workouts, they are so fun and i LOVE the energy expenditure in them!! I honestly dont know how to thank you enough, but thank you

i don't know if you will see this but I have been using your youtube videos for the past 3/4 months so that I can get into weight lifting and body exercises and I can definitely see an improvement in my fitness! plus my arms are more toned too. thank you for your videos. you inspire me to work harder

My fitness goals are dances such as Wiggerly Woo, and freeze games like the Party Freeze Dance and Party Freeze Dance 2 by the Kiboomers and stretching after my exercise and yoga to Lazy and Warm and Count your fingers count your toes by The Kiboomers.
She has specific playlists for warm ups and cool downs that you can use for your work outs! I think this one is great as a stretch for the days in between!
