    girl I swear i have never followed a workout video till the end in my life , this was easy and stressless and made me sweat a tone, i highly recommend her workouts for beginners and ppl who get tired easily

    Absolutely loved this one!! It has been a while since I have worked out and wanted to ease myself gently back into a routine but still get a great workout. This was PERFECT! I broke a sweat but didn't feel overly exerted. An amazing first day back on the workout circuit! My body and muscles thank you! Keep up the great work!

    I had a really stressful couple of days and felt like I had such a weight on my chest. My first reaction was to just lay on the couch and mope but something took over me and I found myself starting this video thinking "I'll just do a couple minutes to see if that calms me down at all" and I ended up doing the whole thing. All my muscles hurt and I worked up a little sweat and all the weight that was on my chest feels like it dissipated. This might be the beginning of me using movement and working out for my soul rather than to look a certain way, and I am feeling so powerful and thankful. Thank you Eleni for the therapy session lol

    EVERYONE
    this work out will make you sweat! If you are a beginner definitely do as much as you can. I recommend learning the poses and engaging your core. If you don't know how to do a pose just rest. This workout is intense

    I've been doing this 3-4 times a week since you first posted this and I can't begin to tell you the difference it made in my body. My whole body is more defined, my balance has gotten better, my posture has improved and it helps me keep a healthy sleeping schedule too. Love this, truly. I barely leave comments on videos btw :)

    I've been dealing with SI Joint disfunction for almost 3 years; but I can totally do your workouts without pain or fear of reinjury. They are the perfect combo of cardio and strength training. The low impact ones work best for me but I often just modify the high impact ones without a problem. I look forward to doing an Eleni workout everyday! Thank you!!! xo

    Nice workout, I am not trained and it was nice and my heart rate was like mild cardio - average 133bpm. I just need to modify some exercises because of my sensitive wrists - I was on my elbows instead.

    Amazing! I am an advancer exerciser for over 20 years and have never really done a lot of Pilates. I have been hurting really bad in my whole body for months and decided to do something different. I loved this workout and am going to try to incorporate more Pilates in my workouts. It is tough!!

    Really liked this workout but was not at all a fan of the music. Different styles for different people I suppose. But maybe something without lyrics so it can appeal more broadly. Great workout though-thanks!

    This really made me shower with my own sweat🥵, great workout with no repeat. I did some alternative variation for movement that I can't do with my poor leg. Already added on my workout playlist🥰

    Everything was great, but one thing:around 70' minutes there was a lot of ex. on bent wrists one after one. On the last ones there was to much, I have to stop and do the circles with The.

    Burned 103cals even though I skipped two parts of the workout😅 I will keep doing these videos though and eventually I will be able to do the entire thing without stopping or skipping
