I lift weights, workout semi regularly, never done pilates before. This was my first pilates class and oh my gosh, I'm dying. I couldn't even do everything! Yup, weights, running and sports for 45 years. Then discovered Yoga and Pilates (which is 50% yoga). I love my hips and back now. Hamstrings and shoulders need more work mind.

@@mariamfahmy2838 i drink basically only water now, i used to never drink it. i also cut back my portion sizes and became more mindful of how much i eat at a time (i don’t weigh food or anything like that) and also just tried to make healthier choices. my biggest issue is late at night i get really hungry, and i think do i REALLY want these oreos that bad when i can just snack on some fruit or make some oatmeal?

Starting the “January Workout Plan 2024” on January 1, 2024. Goal is to lose a little weight and get more toned. Week 1: Day 1: Done. It was very fun until abs came around. Day 2: 30 Min Cardio Pilates Workout day. A little hard, I didn’t have much strength. Nicole keeps you motivated. Overall felt good. Day 3: 30 Min Yoga Flow. Lots of stretching, little hard since I was a bit sore, but after every exercise felt way better. Day 4: 30 Min Full Body Workout. This was a hard one because my muscles are hurting so bad, which means these workouts are working :) Day 5:I made the rest day today instead of Sunday, since my muscles are still hurting so I am letting them to rest. I ate a little too much sugar today so I am feeling a little guilty and bad, so I am also thinking of cutting off sugar as well during this challenge. Starting again tomorrow!! Day 6: 20 Min Morning Pilates, Full Body Workout. This is very good to do in the morning, like all of them. You feel nice after finishing the workouts. I think this feeling is going to continue to get better week after week. Tomorrow last day of the first week! Day 7: 35 Min Dancer Pilates Workout. Last Day of January First Week Pilates Workout Plan! The workout was very fun today. It was a little hard to keep balance in some moves. Result after Week 1: I have not noticed any change in my body or in my weight. I feel more stretched and I wake up with no pain in my body, as well as during the day. I don’t know if it is related to pilates, but I have noticed that I don’t feel bloated after eating anymore. Tomorrow I start Week 2! Week 2: Day 8: 30 Min Full Body Workout. This was very hard, and I didn’t have enough strength to finish certain exercises. Day 9: Rest Day :)
Congrats! I used to never be able to stick to a work out plan, but over two years ago I found Nicole. I’ve been following her workouts 4-6 days a week ever since. I am much more toned, I sleep better and I actually love exercising now. I hope you enjoy her videos as much as I do!!!

I have never commented on youtube before in my life, but I just can't keep it to my self anymore. Nicole, you are amazing, your workouts are the highlights of my day! I just got diagnosed with IBD and had a really hard time for the past half year because I felt so weak in my body, but today was the first workout i did in the last two months, and all I can say is that I didn't feel this good physically in a long time. All I wanted to say is that keep it up because your pilates workouts are perfect and to let you know how big of a help you are!

Ive done your workouts since the start of doing pilates and it is so amazing and impressive seeing how my body has gotten stronger. I use to not even hold myself up when doing the bridges with one leg up, but now its so easy. Same thing with side planks and the bicycles. Ive gotten so much stronger and im so proud of myself. Loved and need more like this- level was perfect for starting moving again after a break. Speaking of, could you please consider doing a “get moving again” progressive calendar for those of us familiar with the proper form but needing to build strength back after a break? Extending the idea further what about 30 days per level to progress from poor or beginner level fitness to your advanced level full length classes. This is my favorite type of class! I loooove combining these 20 minute classes with a run or just doing them after a long day on my feet when I don't have the energy for a long intense class. The mix of stretching & stretching makes me feel so good. Ps, your cat is adorable :)

This is kind of extra but I think it would be awesome if she made a workout plan based on the average woman's cycle, doing more relaxed workouts/yoga right before/during your period and intense HIIT during ovulation, etc. It would require some research but I feel like it would be so helpful for many viewers!
@@pipadoepahmm this is a good idea but everyone is so individual! she cant make a plan for everyone cause everyone has a different cycle. Some have a 25 day cycle some have a 35 day cycle and everything in between. and everyone feels different during their cycle and has different levels of energy. Some might want to push themselves during their period days, while others just want to rest and not even do some kind of movement at all. Everyone should just do what they feel like doing. It‘s not that hard to just look for a specific video on Nicoles channel, since there are so many options :)

I usually do pilates workouts of 20-30min + some 20' yoga practice if I have time and my body needs some stretching but I have to say this class has everything I look for in a pilates class. I’ve been doing your workouts for a year now and my posture has changed and last week I could handle a big machine in the garden which before I never could. I am so much stronger now. Incredible. I had temporary back and spine issues 3 weeks ago and had to stop my high intensity workouts. The chiropractor told me to do some stretching and balancing. Since I’m not a big fan of yoga, I began to search the alternative way to relieve my pain. And then I found your channel. It’s so useful and helps my mobility. I fell in love with Pilates after doing your workout on the first day. Not only did my body feel better, my mood was boosted too. I’ve become more motivated to do workouts and my period pain is gone. Besides, I’ve got more core muscles than before. Never found any workout as effective and joyful as this. Thank you so much, Nicole!

Nicole, I’m so excited to say I did this workout. It’s my first full weight bearing workout I’ve tried, and was able to complete with only little adjustments for my foot. I had surgery and I was non weight bearing for almost 5 months. Now I’m working on getting my strength and flexibility back in that leg and ankle. Feels so good to be able to start performing exercises that include everything 😭❤️

I like to do these on the days I don’t go to the gym. The 20 mins Pilates are making me stronger in the gym though, I can tell! I just feel more solid and like my joints are all working in sync with my bones and ligaments. It makes me feel more connected for sure. Thank you!
Loved this workout! I'll definitely be repeating it. As a retired personal trainer and now nomad single mom with a toddler, I've been struggling to get back into a fitness routine as I am used to just going to the gym, but now with a baby it's tough. I just finished a week of doing different youtube workouts either with my baby or once he's asleep, and it's really humbled me and helped me see there is so much more to fitness than just lifting. I‘m amazed right now! My left knee has sever inflammation in the inner meniscus, which restricts my movements and usually causes strong pain while squatting. When I tell you I JUMPED when I managed to do your set, in the correct position, PAINFREE. Even though I did regret the jump afterwards 😂
This class was everything I've ever wanted in a pilates class! The soothing energy, the good burn and sweat, and a little bit of stretching at the end! I will be doing a lot more Move With Nicole classes in the future!
Earlier this week I was supposed to do a pilates workout but didn't have the time. When I started getting my mat out and ready to do this video, I found myself thinking, "Wow, I missed doing pilates; I can't wait to do this workout.", which is something I never thought I'd be saying about a strength training type of workout haha. Recovering from covid, lungs are still not at 100 % capacity (as a normal weight 34 year old) which scares me. A couple of weeks ago before I got sick, I did 1 h a day of working out, including your classes Nicole. Thank you, I appreciate your teaching with positivity and effectiveness. God bless.

I have never commented on youtube before in my life, but I just can't keep it to my self anymore. Nicole, you are amazing, your workouts are the highlights of my day! I just got diagnosed with IBD and had a really hard time for the past half year because I felt so weak in my body, but today was the first workout i did in the last two months, and all I can say is that I didn't feel this good physically in a long time. All I wanted to say is that keep it up because your pilates workouts are perfect and to let you know how big of a help you are!

Ive done your workouts since the start of doing pilates and it is so amazing and impressive seeing how my body has gotten stronger. I use to not even hold myself up when doing the bridges with one leg up, but now its so easy. Same thing with side planks and the bicycles. Ive gotten so much stronger and im so proud of myself. I'm a weightlifter but I want lean muscle instead of bulky muscle. This is challenging and I love it. My bday is next month so I'm going to continue and put myself through a boot camp and see how it goes. Thanks a lot. New journey here I come.
I lift (HEAVY), and I don't have a bulky look. Weights are for longevity ( you can always lift heavier), while Pilates is great for toning. I do both.
Loved and need more like this- level was perfect for starting moving again after a break.
Speaking of, could you please consider doing a “get moving again” progressive calendar for those of us familiar with the proper form but needing to build strength back after a break? Extending the idea further what about 30 days per level to progress from poor or beginner level fitness to your advanced level full length classes.

Challenging but encouraging and with lost of love and feminine energy - I don't feel like there is somone yelling over my shoulder "YOU CAN DO IT, PUSH HARD!" and that's so nice. This is my favorite type of class! I loooove combining these 20 minute classes with a run or just doing them after a long day on my feet when I don't have the energy for a long intense class. The mix of stretching & stretching makes me feel so good. Ps, your cat is adorable :)

This is kind of extra but I think it would be awesome if she made a workout plan based on the average woman's cycle, doing more relaxed workouts/yoga right before/during your period and intense HIIT during ovulation, etc. It would require some research but I feel like it would be so helpful for many viewers!
@@pipadoepahmm this is a good idea but everyone is so individual! she cant make a plan for everyone cause everyone has a different cycle. Some have a 25 day cycle some have a 35 day cycle and everything in between. and everyone feels different during their cycle and has different levels of energy. Some might want to push themselves during their period days, while others just want to rest and not even do some kind of movement at all. Everyone should just do what they feel like doing. It‘s not that hard to just look for a specific video on Nicoles channel, since there are so many options :)

OMG Nicole this class was absolutely amazing! I usually do pilates workouts of 20-30min + some 20' yoga practice if I have time and my body needs some stretching but I have to say this class has everything I look for in a pilates class. Honestly, my fav so far of all of your videos. These exercises looked easy but I could feel the burn and thank u so much for saying all the time "you can do it, you're so strong.." bc that works. I’ve been doing your workouts for a year now and my posture has changed and last week I could handle a big machine in the garden which before I never could. I am so much stronger now. Incredible. I really like how balanced, challenging and still sort of relaxing your classes are. I mostly do the 15 or 20 minutes ones in the before work. Love them ❤.

I had temporary back and spine issues 3 weeks ago and had to stop my high intensity workouts. The chiropractor told me to do some stretching and balancing. Since I’m not a big fan of yoga, I began to search the alternative way to relieve my pain. And then I found your channel. It’s so useful and helps my mobility. I fell in love with Pilates after doing your workout on the first day. Not only did my body feel better, my mood was boosted too. I’ve become more motivated to do workouts and my period pain is gone. Besides, I’ve got more core muscles than before. Never found any workout as effective and joyful as this. Thank you so much, Nicole!

Nicole, I’m so excited to say I did this workout. It’s my first full weight bearing workout I’ve tried, and was able to complete with only little adjustments for my foot. I had surgery and I was non weight bearing for almost 5 months. Now I’m working on getting my strength and flexibility back in that leg and ankle. Feels so good to be able to start performing exercises that include everything 😭❤️

I like to do these on the days I don’t go to the gym. The 20 mins Pilates are making me stronger in the gym though, I can tell! I just feel more solid and like my joints are all working in sync with my bones and ligaments. It makes me feel more connected for sure. Thank you!
Loved this workout! I'll definitely be repeating it. As a retired personal trainer and now nomad single mom with a toddler, I've been struggling to get back into a fitness routine as I am used to just going to the gym, but now with a baby it's tough. I just finished a week of doing different youtube workouts either with my baby or once he's asleep, and it's really humbled me and helped me see there is so much more to fitness than just lifting. I‘m amazed right now! My left knee has sever inflammation in the inner meniscus, which restricts my movements and usually causes strong pain while squatting. When I tell you I JUMPED when I managed to do your set, in the correct position, PAINFREE. Even though I did regret the jump afterwards 😂

Earlier this week I was supposed to do a pilates workout but didn't have the time. When I started getting my mat out and ready to do this video, I found myself thinking, "Wow, I missed doing pilates; I can't wait to do this workout.", which is something I never thought I'd be saying about a strength training type of workout haha. Thank you! I am 65 and I love this Pilates sequence… There are some modifications I have to make because I have Fibro muscular dysplasia (risk of artery dissection) This class challenges but is relaxing at the same time 😊
