It's my anniversary here! Last August, going from having no exercise regime at all, I started doing the videos regularly most days. They have rewarded me with more energy, lots of feel good moments and more flexibility. I do feel more like my younger self, too. Much gratitude to April and Aiko!

The sweet part about this darling duo workout is the mother daughter combo. I envy the daughter with an adorable mother, and I envy the mother with an adorable daughter. I didn’t get to be either from my pre-teen age when my mother died too young, on into my late 70s. And so I smiled the whole time I stretched with you and oohed over the kitty. Grateful there are endearing moments such as these to warm the heart. The other good thing about it is I got my forgotten exercises done, even late in the day without energizing myself too much to interfere with sleep. You have an excellent collection for differing needs. Will be back for more! Thank you.

I’m 68 and broke both ankles and dislocated shoulder 1 1/2 yrs ago. I’m in the worst shape ever after a lifetime of taking care of myself. This is the first exercise I’ve tried that really works for me. Baby steps. I feel so hopeful now! Thank you!

I liked this as it seems simple enough for me(76) and I liked the cat getting in the way. My cat is trained to get on my walker when I push it as I don't want to fall but her weaving around my legs has actually helped my balance.

Just started working out with you (me age 74). . . Other video exercises I have done have been too difficult to keep up for lengthy periods of time. Hi there😃.... I'm a 66 year old Irish woman living in Austria. I've recently had a bilateral knee replacement which has been brilliant. There are a couple of things I can't do anymore like a complete kneel back into the baby pose but I'm half way there 😅. I have a load of physio exercises but it's unbelievably hot here in Austria at the moment so all the windows are closed! Getting fresh air is not easy🥵😅. Anyway, I missed the pilates thing when I was younger so this is great as a) I can always see what you are doing because of standing (trying to follow videos lying down is almost impossible!) and b) I thought it wouldn't do much but the stretch in my limbs is different and very real. Thank you for your gentle and compassionate approach both of you. I'm going to try and follow some other videos as long as I can do them and watch the screen at the same time 😂.

excellent stretching workout, also good for balance. I truly needed this today (probably every day) . I did attend a strength training class this morning at our local gym. Good class but for all fitness levels and all ages. At 77 years old with much arthritis, I was feeling uncomfortable all day (being obedient, I did try to keep up, my fault). Regardless, your routine is comfortable with benefits. Thank you

Perfect for a very hot summer day in Italy. I do Pilates twice a week and it has helped me a lot with pain from sciatica and aging generally. Can't wait for the weather to cool so that I can go back to doing your other workouts too.

This was lovely. I keep finding muscles I never knew were there. Who'd have thought that with a thumb tuck and rotation, I'd find this area of my shoulder blades? Any thoughts on how to recover from vertigo? Had a real bad episode, got treatment and meds but not completely healed. Now, I know no one will believe me. However, I had improvement with a teaspoon of green tea in soy milk. Nice and cold in the morning. Strong and awake.

I discovered you recently and have incorporated your programs into my regular exercise routine now! I enjoy the fact that you offer 2 options - standing or sitting. It's my anniversary here! Last August, going from having no exercise regime at all, I started doing the videos regularly most days. They have rewarded me with more energy, lots of feel good moments and more flexibility. I do feel more like my younger self, too. Much gratitude to April and Aiko!

The sweet part about this darling duo workout is the mother daughter combo. I envy the daughter with an adorable mother, and I envy the mother with an adorable daughter. I didn’t get to be either from my pre-teen age when my mother died too young, on into my late 70s. And so I smiled the whole time I stretched with you and oohed over the kitty. Grateful there are endearing moments such as these to warm the heart.
The other good thing about it is I got my forgotten exercises done, even late in the day without energizing myself too much to interfere with sleep. You have an excellent collection for differing needs. Will be back for more! Thank you.

I’m 68 and broke both ankles and dislocated shoulder 1 1/2 yrs ago. I’m in the worst shape ever after a lifetime of taking care of myself. This is the first exercise I’ve tried that really works for me. Baby steps. I feel so hopeful now! Thank you!

I liked this as it seems simple enough for me(76) and I liked the cat getting in the way. My cat is trained to get on my walker when I push it as I don't want to fall but her weaving around my legs has actually helped my balance.

Just started working out with you (me age 74). . . Other video exercises I have done have been too difficult to keep up for lengthy periods of time. Hi there😃.... I'm a 66 year old Irish woman living in Austria. I've recently had a bilateral knee replacement which has been brilliant. There are a couple of things I can't do anymore like a complete kneel back into the baby pose but I'm half way there 😅. I have a load of physio exercises but it's unbelievably hot here in Austria at the moment so all the windows are closed! Getting fresh air is not easy🥵😅. Anyway, I missed the pilates thing when I was younger so this is great as a) I can always see what you are doing because of standing (trying to follow videos lying down is almost impossible!) and b) I thought it wouldn't do much but the stretch in my limbs is different and very real. Thank you for your gentle and compassionate approach both of you. I'm going to try and follow some other videos as long as I can do them and watch the screen at the same time 😂.

excellent stretching workout, also good for balance. I truly needed this today (probably every day) . I did attend a strength training class this morning at our local gym. Good class but for all fitness levels and all ages. At 77 years old with much arthritis, I was feeling uncomfortable all day (being obedient, I did try to keep up, my fault). This was lovely. I keep finding muscles I never knew were there. Who'd have thought that with a thumb tuck and rotation, I'd find this area of my shoulder blades? Any thoughts on how to recover from vertigo? Had a real bad episode, got treatment and meds but not completely healed. Now, I know no one will believe me. However, I had improvement with a teaspoon of green tea in soy milk. Nice and cold in the morning. Strong and awake.

I discovered you recently and have incorporated your programs into my regular exercise routine now! I enjoy the fact that you offer 2 options - standing or sitting. Could you do a routine for people with osteoarthritis in the hips and also any exercises for spinal stenosis? Thank you for giving us lots of exercise options.
