    Hello Luchin, This seem such an easy exercise, it always works wonders in the body, i can feel that. My wrists, my whole arms, and probably also inside my body, it feel great.
    i am doing already so many exercises, i love it.

    I’ve had tension in both sides for several years, not being able to bend fully left or right. Doing this for a few days in a row has cleared that up!
