    I am completely and undeniably amazed. I've had severe ringing in my ears since having my head fractured in 2012. I've not had a moments peace in 11 years, and this technique stopped the ringing in under 1 minute. While it has come back to a very small percentage of what I have suffered through as I write this it is still amazing that this worked so well for me. And I now know I can do this anytime I need too.
    As a westerner who has been brought up to belive this type of alternative medicine is woowoo I am in under a miniute corrected in my thinking.
    I obviously have a lot to learn and this has opened up a whole new world of information and understanding for me to learn. I truly can't thank you enough. I am sincerely grateful.
    Subscribed and looking forward to learning more.

      Thank you for sharing! So glad it works for you. I was skeptical myself when I first learned of this technique … but it worked. I was equally amazed!
      Unfortunately this technique is not a cure-all technique for tinnitus, as the causes of tinnitus often have deeper roots.

    I’ve played drums for over 50 years. I still do at 65 years old as a major hobby of mine because it’s just a part of me now and I love it. Always will be! So, take a guess what that has caused over the years! Tinnitus is the correct answer! It’s fairly mild but can be annoying at times. I was very skeptical when I first saw your video to be honest because It seemed like a mystical, metaphysical procedure with no logical basis for relief. I do believe in The Secret and The power of intention and have many positive experiences that became reality because of the way I trained myself to think. So, I gave your procedure a try, feeling and visualizing the flow of energy that u described. After trying other things like tapping on my skull behind my ears and sound therapy using the sound of waves crashing in on a beach, none of it worked. However, your procedure actually worked and I am absolutely amazed and glad I saw your video and tried it with faith and belief. It’s not 100% gone but it is minimal compared to what it was on occasion. Thank you for this! I can do this whenever I’m in need of some relief. Thank you again for this!! What a gift!

    I'm a seasoned meditator both solo at home and in group meditation groups. I've very good at keeping still and focusing my mind on the breath and/or anything else for that matter for the most part. I started this technique with 5 then 10 then 50 breaths and while this technique did seem to reduce the loudness of the tinnitus ever so slightly, the 20% reduction in loudness was gone within 20 seconds and the tinnitus was back at full strength. I'll keep browsing youtube but I think a more clinical solution is required for more severe cases.

    Ok. Obviously I’m speaking strictly for myself, but LuChin’s technique absolutely works. Not always right away and some days not at all. I’ve had tinnitus for years, but recently it flared up. I tried this and had success almost immediately. The next day my tinnitus was back, but I followed her technique and within a few minutes my ringing was significantly reduced. I’ve been doing this every day for the last couple weeks and it’s given me many days of peace and quiet. Stick with it and I hope it’ll work for you too. Thank you LuChin! ❤

    fascinating. I don't have tinnitus, but I didn't know there was a connection with the tongue as well. Until I came across a new tech device to help alleviate tinnitus, what is interesting about this device is that it is special headphones that cover the ears, but also a wire that has a plastic tab on the end (that you put in mouth and touch on your tongue). I prefer to use alternative medical methods like Qigong for a variety of things, that is why I clicked on the video.

      Thank you for sharing! When the tip of the tongue touches the roof of the mouth, that helps connects the two main energy channel of the body, the governing channel along the back of the spinal column, and the conception along the front of the spinal column.

    I'm 70 years old, and have had a ringing in my ears for as long as I can remember. Experts say tinnitus is not a hearing problem, but something in your brain that registers as a sound in your hearing. Frankly, I don't care what causes it, or where it comes from, as long as I can get rid of it. I will definitely try your method.

    • @ColinMill1
      @ColinMill1 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      I too am approaching 70 have had tinnitus as long as I can remember (as a youngster I remember wondering what caused the whistle in quiet rooms). I don't think there is one cause. I have read a lot about it over the years but one of the best articles was by the celebrated audio electronics engineer John Linsley Hood. He pointed out that, in some cases, the sound could actually be detected by very sensitive microphones inserted in the ear and that in such cases there was some physical mechanism at work. His theory, which I believe is now main-stream thinking, is that there is a feedback system at work between the brain and the ear and that, just as with howl-round in a public address system, a failure to regulate the degree of feedback leads to an instability.
      I feel very lucky in that, perhaps because I grew up with it, it has never upset me (unlike my father who also suffered tinnitus but could never reconcile himself to it).

    I found this video and thought I would try. I didn’t do it for as long but afterwards I plugged my nose and blew gently while my head was tilted to the right. My left ear is the one I have trouble with.
    Lots of popping, draining feeling and the sound is gone!!!!!!

    I did this and I could hear a roaring in my ears. My shoulders were and are very tight. I drive for a living and this angle is hard for my old male body of 60 years old. I had to trim my fingernails too, the edges. As I tried to smile my face shook as if in a spasm. I was definitely doing something new here. I guess this is the Qugong or TCM you stated. I'm going to keep trying this. The noise in my left ear seemed to go down a bit. I can see how kidney health and the ears might be linked. I may need to see what other videos you have. I found a stretch for my back where I put my foot back behind me and into the air. I would put my foot on a chair or something up higher. This REALLY stopped my lower back pain. It was like a MIRACLE. The problem is now I seem to have messed up both of my knees. I have pain behind my knees and in front. This has been going on for a month. The back pain went away though and it had been persistent for a couple of years.

      Take a look at a Reflexology chart & locate the corresponding area on your foot & massage it. Guaranteed if you have a tender spot on your foot it's related to a body part in distress.
      I started having knee trouble last month. Massaging my feet has almost eliminated the problem. Don't be too soft, work the knots out, same as a shoulder massage. It will hurt a bit. Also drink lots of water over the next 24-48 hrs, to flush out the toxins released.
      It works!

    Praise the Lord, it helped enough for me to hear my thoughts again.
    I have been studying and for many it is a calcium to magnesium balance issue.
    1G of refined sugar nullifies 43MG of magnesium. Magnesium balances calcium. When magnesium is scarce, or nullified by refined sugars, it causes a build-up of calcium often in the traps (neck muscles) and behind the ears. Supplementing with magnesium and cutting out all refined sugar is something I am trying and will be back to comment if it works or not.

      Manuka honey is a great antiseptic method to cover an open wound ensuring defence on bacteria. Manuka trees comes from the bees honey. It has been a New Zraland honey but Australia are using the brand as theirs. Friendly banter those Aussies. Manuka is a Maori word. Maori claim they were the first descendents but there are other claims they ventured from Peru. Only God knows. "Kia kaha" . Meaning in Maori, "Be strong". Lots of love. George Strickland. I started using Manuka honey eye gel only two weeks ago for my severe MGD (meibomian gland Disfunction, a form of dry eye disease), I can feel honey is doing something good. However, for some people, this technique would offer a great relief. Hopefully at least you experienced a moment of peace and calm when you unplugged the fingers from your ears.

    I am a bit of a skeptic about some alternative treatments but will try anything that is safe. I did Alexander technique and after many years of having very bad back ache and excessive amounts of money spent on osteopaths I am cured and only get the odd twinge. This also seems to work I have tried it once and found a marked improvement, I will keep doing this. I am very grateful to you for sharing this technique. My wife practises Qigong so I will be able to find out more.

      Remember, alternative is a word used by Western 'medicine', the new kid on the block. If anything, it is the alternative, while techniques employed for thousands of years are scoffed by the Medical Mafia (FDA, AMA and Big Pharma, not to forget Big Pharma's lapdog, the CDC. This Gang of Three despises a certain word and will not acknowledge its existence. The word is spelled C-U-R-E. The Medical Mafia says it can 'treat' or try to 'control' an illness but to cure is not possible at this time. So, continue to take the toxic petrochemicals we prescribe. We treat symptoms not the underlying cause(s).

    We have consulted a doctor as you suggest but told it is incurable. I don't accept that. I am fairly openminded to Chinese medical practices and so I wanted to give this a try. Both my wife and myself suffer from it and both have high blood sugar or insulin resistance, which we know affects the kidneys among many other things. I tried this as suggested but nothing happened at all. However I will keep trying for a while and if it works my wife will no doubt also try it. Thank you for sharing and caring which is one of my mottos also. I am not too proud to try anything, and who can rightly say certain conditions are incurable in this world of many wonders and God-given natural remedies.

      Hi Tony, Thank you for your kind message 💕. This is not a cure-all technique for tinnitus, as the causes of tinnitus often have deeper roots. However, for some people, this technique would offer a great relief, myself included. When my tinnitus comes, literally it took less than 30 seconds the ring would stop for me while applying this technique.
      Did you feel a moment of clarity when you unplugged your fingers from your ears? Also try and see if any of these ear massage techniques bring you some relief th-cam.com/video/_wwzrvcTKk8/w-d-xo.html If not, hope you will be able to find relief through other ways. By the way, regular ear massages would help in a small way for the kidney function. ❤️‍🩹

    • @ColleenCZC
      @ColleenCZC ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nicolefiocco4516 Hi Nicole, I do not mind sharing with you what else I am doing. It involves using particular crystals that are infused with healing energy frequencies. I am not a vendor or seller of these products and I want to be mindful of QiYoga and not promote someone else's products, and with that being said/written, I use an Intention Disc that is a "Poppy Jasper" stone and a "Sodalite Window" pendant that are both infused with "Blue-print" healing frequencies. I hold the Intention Disc in my left hand and the Sodalite Window in my right hand and silently state, "Clear incoherent frequencies in my ears related to the ringing in my ears." I say that a few times during a 15-minute period.
      Again, I have only started doing this particular exercise/treatment, and it's one that can take time to see/hear results as it works on the subconscious level.
      The exercise here in the video definitely works more quickly for relief of the ringing of my ears. I am working between the two modalities to get more relief/results!
