STOP TINNITUS IN 30 SECONDS | QIGONG | TCM

  • I used to have really bad tinnitus. This ancient qigong technique brings great relief for me each time the agonizing ringing happens. However this is not a cure-all technique for tinnitus, as the causes of tinnitus often have deeper roots. For some people, this technique will offer a wonderful relief. You will also feel that your head becomes clearer the moment you unplug your fingers from your ears.

    I am completely and undeniably amazed. I've had severe ringing in my ears since having my head fractured in 2012. I've not had a moments peace in 11 years, and this technique stopped the ringing in under 1 minute. While it has come back to a very small percentage of what I have suffered through as I write this it is still amazing that this worked so well for me. And I now know I can do this anytime I need too.
    As a westerner who has been brought up to belive this type of alternative medicine is woowoo I am in under a miniute corrected in my thinking.
    I obviously have a lot to learn and this has opened up a whole new world of information and understanding for me to learn. I truly can't thank you enough. I am sincerely grateful.

    I'm a seasoned meditator both solo at home and in group meditation groups. I've very good at keeping still and focusing my mind on the breath and/or anything else for that matter for the most part. I started this technique with 5 then 10 then 50 breaths and while this technique did seem to reduce the loudness of the tinnitus ever so slightly, the 20% reduction in loudness was gone within 20 seconds and the tinnitus was back at full strength. I'll keep browsing youtube but I think a more clinical solution is required for more severe cases.

    I’ve played drums for over 50 years. I still do at 65 years old as a major hobby of mine because it’s just a part of me now and I love it. Always will be! So, take a guess what that has caused over the years! Tinnitus is the correct answer! It’s fairly mild but can be annoying at times. I was very skeptical when I first saw your video to be honest because It seemed like a mystical, metaphysical procedure with no logical basis for relief. I do believe in The Secret and The power of intention and have many positive experiences that became reality because of the way I trained myself to think. So, I gave your procedure a try, feeling and visualizing the flow of energy that u described. After trying other things like tapping on my skull behind my ears and sound therapy using the sound of waves crashing in on a beach, none of it worked. However, your procedure actually worked and I am absolutely amazed and glad I saw your video and tried it with faith and belief. It’s not 100% gone but it is minimal compared to what it was on occasion. Thank you for this! I can do this whenever I’m in need of some relief. Thank you again for this!! What a gift!

    fascinating. I don't have tinnitus, but I didn't know there was a connection with the tongue as well. Until I came across a new tech device to help alleviate tinnitus, what is interesting about this device is that it is special headphones that cover the ears, but also a wire that has a plastic tab on the end (that you put in mouth and touch on your tongue). I prefer to use alternative medical methods like Qigong for a variety of things, that is why I clicked on the video.

      Thank you for sharing! When the tip of the tongue touches the roof of the mouth, that helps connects the two main energy channel of the body, the governing channel along the back of the spinal column, and the conception along the front of the spinal column.

    I did this and I could hear a roaring in my ears. My shoulders were and are very tight. I drive for a living and this angle is hard for my old male body of 60 years old. I had to trim my fingernails too, the edges. As I tried to smile my face shook as if in a spasm. I was definitely doing something new here. I guess this is the Qugong or TCM you stated. I'm going to keep trying this. The noise in my left ear seemed to go down a bit. I can see how kidney health and the ears might be linked. I may need to see what other videos you have. I found a stretch for my back where I put my foot back behind me and into the air. I would put my foot on a chair or something up higher. This REALLY stopped my lower back pain. It was like a MIRACLE. The problem is now I seem to have messed up both of my knees. I have pain behind my knees and in front. This has been going on for a month. The back pain went away though and it had been persistent for a couple of years.

    • @brrjohnson8131
      @brrjohnson8131 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Take a look at a Reflexology chart & locate the corresponding area on your foot & massage it. Guaranteed if you have a tender spot on your foot it's related to a body part in distress.
      I started having knee trouble last month. Massaging my feet has almost eliminated the problem. Don't be too soft, work the knots out, same as a shoulder massage. It will hurt a bit. Also drink lots of water over the next 24-48 hrs, to flush out the toxins released.
      It works!
      I stopped halfway thru writing this to work on my own feet. I'll be able to sleep now have a nice day =)

    I'm 70 years old, and have had a ringing in my ears for as long as I can remember. Experts say tinnitus is not a hearing problem, but something in your brain that registers as a sound in your hearing. Frankly, I don't care what causes it, or where it comes from, as long as I can get rid of it. I will definitely try your method.

    • @ColinMill1
      @ColinMill1 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      I too am approaching 70 have had tinnitus as long as I can remember (as a youngster I remember wondering what caused the whistle in quiet rooms). I don't think there is one cause. I have read a lot about it over the years but one of the best articles was by the celebrated audio electronics engineer John Linsley Hood. He pointed out that, in some cases, the sound could actually be detected by very sensitive microphones inserted in the ear and that in such cases there was some physical mechanism at work. His theory, which I believe is now main-stream thinking, is that there is a feedback system at work between the brain and the ear and that, just as with howl-round in a public address system, a failure to regulate the degree of feedback leads to an instability.
      I feel very lucky in that, perhaps because I grew up with it, it has never upset me (unlike my father who also suffered tinnitus but could never reconcile himself to it).

      I did felt some releases of stagnate heat/qi releasing when I unplugged my ears. My limbs are pretty stiff due to lack of exercises & qigong. This could be a reason for not working so quickly.
