    Your video could not be timed better for me. I've had one of those never ending days with running errands and doing tasks until bedtime. I saw this video and decided to spend the minutes needed to follow your steps. You have clear guidance, a pleasant voice and the movements have made my body happy and my mind at peace. Thank you for sharing this routine with us. I plan to do it nightly as I already feel better. Surprised how helpful the tapping movements was, that was new moves for me. Thanks again.

    I just did this, and the soreness is gone in my right shoulder. I was doing arm exercises with a pilates bar yesterday, and had never done it before. I love your channel.     Dear Lu Chin, will you please let me know some Yoga for one of my Family Relative fall from Motor Bike & Dislocate her Tail Bone. She is in never pain now and we all know that there is no Operational Remedy. Thanks.

      Ouch, that must be soo painful. Unfortunately, I do not know any yoga movements that would help with her current injury, before her tailbone was back in the original alignment.
      I looked up fund this case study from the United States national library of medicine www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5887063/, hope this will be some help in finding the direction of medical treatment for her 🙏❤️‍🩹
