      My dear sir, i m also pressing left leg under knee pressure point, which you explain from foot heal to one hand ✋ up. Actulley before i was pressing vain of that point but yesterday i listen your another video. in another video you explain between 2 vains have to press. Belive me sir today evening i feel & check my left leg 🦵 was not shrinking ( no vibration) . near that pressure point having little ball from long time, that was the blockage from long time, thats also disappear. Now Only little pain having on pressure point due to pressed. Sir, i have no words to appreciate you. ALMIGHTY ALLAH BLESS & PROTECT YOU AND YOUR LOVE ONES. ❤

    I'm not exactly sure why, but by the time I got to the pressure point in my wrist, I started to cry. I was holding a lot in, I know, but it was overwhelming. And I think, I really needed that. I will add that I've been having digestive issues for months now and have been working to remedy those issues. I had completed his 15-min daily Quigong routine just before this one...and it all just felt really healing. I've been doing his routine for only 4, maybe 5 days thus far, but it really feels life-changing. I highly recommend his daily practices for health and needed peace.

      Really informative video. Same here except I was watching Chris Shelton’s Qi Gong video routine for a kidney issue. As I was doing the exercise the tears started streaming down my face. Have had the same reaction with cranial sacral therapy once. We stuff down our emotions or ignore them and they all come out during these exercises. My kidneys healed as well as some other issues doing Qi Gong (along with Atlas Orthogonal adjustments). The fact that these exercises are free and easily to follow is truly a gift.

      @@QigongMeditation The pressure point on the thumbs brought a few tiny tears as I released whatever I was holding there. But the smile, the inward smile you share cleared all that out and the session ended with such calm and joy. Thank you. Smiles to you. 💕

    I'm blown away. I did only a minor bit of qi gong for the first time today and just barely tried these first 3 points. My chakras feel so much better already. It is crazy how much energy we block up not even knowing. The journey has just begun. Much love to all enlightened beings.

    This popped up on my list, so I decided to watch it and participate at the end. I have stomach and brain cancer, fentanyl, meth and xan addiction, broke my neck 4 years ago and spinal injury cause car accident....yeah its a lots... I've big pain nonstop.
    I just did the exercise and feel no pain at all !
    I stopped all drugs for 7 days and any struggle, no more addiction...crazy !
    Doctors told me 10 days ago my cancers are cured.
    Its so powerful, I will be adding this to my daily routine.

    Solar plexus gentle always. Both hands grounding. Helps if you are sad, cross or any negative thoughts. 2nd point good for head ache never take a tablet again. Again both hands. Pressure can be harder. Smiling is alwats good for mind body and soul. 3rd point releases tension in digestion. Shaking lets go rubbing builds heat Tapping great for circulation Thank you.

    Thank you,I have trapped nerve/carpool tunnel in both arms ,I felt the tingling effect of the disorder when doing the 3rd exercise but a few minutes after finishing I feel my arms and hands actually feel better and light ,you also explain well with good demonstrations I'm really enjoying your sessions and feel so much better afterwards ,I think your my new healer in a different aspect to what I do 😁🙂

      I too suffer from carpel tunnel pain, and the exercise dose help to get off to sleep. Unfortunately it does not(so far) relieve me for the whole day

      @@georgegoff906 some things work for some people and not for others,I'm a shaman I take organic ashwaghanda root powder for my carpool tunnel I'm not on it at the moment as you need to take a break from it about every six months,that why this video has been a back up for me when I take a break from the ashwaghanda, it took about a couple of months to kick in got no symptoms at all which was brill for me as I play the shamanic drum ,ashwaghanda helps with sleep too relaxing the whole body calming the mind I would recommend trying it please make sure if you try it get an organic one and check on utube and Google if it interferes with any medication your on as it is a strong herb /root natural medicine it has amazing healing properties and take one teaspoon in a glass of water be mindful it will take a couple of months to work into your system,keep up the qui gong it has amazing health benefits for body,mind,and spirit very ancient art form I don't know the full history but being a shaman I see the unseen I see energy and feel it change when practicing this beautiful art ,this guy is an amazing teacher and explains well I love joining in his sessions 😀, take care and wish you well

    Thanks a lot, dear brother, for these beautiful exercises of high Consciousness. Our body is LIFE in motion and therefore when we take care of it, we're blessing what IS, accompanying its FLOW. At the same time when practising these Qigong and Tai-Chi exercises (that also take in account the ENERGY) we're integrating all that IT's not ... the other Polarity, to let go ALL its negative manifestations, like illness, anger, depression and any other blockage of the mind, emotions and body.     Following a comment I have just read on a video about the bodies biosphere.
    The comment being about Qigong Yoga.
    Watching this video, whilst sat, mistakenly under a strong light in a cafe.
    I'm photosensative (dry eyes) and getting a bad headache as a result. I've suffered with this for years now.
    At about 6:00 minuites in your video, as soon as I tried the second pressure point (between finger and thumb) the headache ceased.
    And I felt inspired to write this comment (with the video on hold).
    I am not prone to suggestion.
    And I will have to give it more tests
    (And watch the rest of the video, which I will do now).
    But it better keep on working - and not just be a fluke !

    Your videos are very appreciated. Simple instructions and calmness. And humility. For us that are always rushed and wanting to get things achieved quickly, as if time is running out and not enough hours in a day, it is such relief to take 10/15 minutes out and balance yourself.     Thank you I had arthritis in my left hand fingers for years. After doing thumb presses between the thumb and finger. My pain had gone and I could make a fist without pain. Thnk you sir for sharing this knowledge I still can't believe how fast this worked
