You know, this workout is a bomb! I have been doing Mira’s workouts for about two weeks and I can tell you that it works your belly like no others! I look good in my clothes, my midsection is shrinking WoW. Then I found this workout today, I love it. It works the entire body and it’s amazing. I don’t Norma leave comments buy Mira you deserve an Apple tree beautiful woman of God. Bless you. I didn’t even know that it was the end. So innovative!!! Thank you Lord.

Done it 1st week see visible changes. My back has become little smaller. My shoulder has become lean alot. Excellent exercise. But my belly is same😂.

Thanks for this class, I was looking for some exercises that I could enjoy doing while staying healthy. This looks very fun loving exciting to start my journey. @@mathildet835 hello. I have minimal exercise as a month passed by since I commented this due to my hectic schedule in school, business, and other stuff. However, I'm happy to say that even within a month I'm having this zumba, I managed to lose a weight from 58.5 to 56 (last time I checked was on September 21). I think it's still a good progress 😊. I hope it helps

i’m 5’2 and very over weight. i’m pairing this with a pilates workout that i do every other day (i will do it everyday when i’m ready). i’m going to add a star for every day that i do this.

I lost 2kg in a 1 week...this is really good....but you should maintain your diet chart
What you eat in day can you guide me a little
I start my day first with a drink...I drink warm water with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds (you can use honey If you want)
For breakfast I eat a bread and an egg
For lunch I eat a small amount of rice vegetable and curry with fish or meat
(For snacks, you can eat fruits or low calorie biscuits)
And for dinner sometimes I eat only salad (sometimes I skip my dinner)

How long did it take to lose 5 kgs?
3 months.
1. Seven hours sleep.
2. Eat breakfast by 8 and eat before 7 PM. And only fruits in between.
3. Water 3.7 litres every day. And drink 300 ml every hour after wake up until 10 hours. Then remaining I sip.
4. Walking 5kms morning and evening 5 kms.
Did this for three days I love it 🤘

Please read this to end coz I have been trying to lose weight for a long time....😢
I gained weight when I was 18 and was out of my hostel Life. I'm 24 years now. In these years, I tried cutting carbs, eating less, utube workouts, HIIT, bodyweight, yoga, gym workout, intermittent fasting etc. I just never wanted to like follow a strict diet and go to gym coz it will not sustain in a happy way. At some point I'm gonna stress about it. And stress is also a main thing in my weight gain.
I understood these things now.
If you wanna lose weight in a faster way, go for personal training in gym. It is super effective. If you want a lifelong fitness, go for yoga. It takes time but it is soo good for your body and mind.
If you don't find you doing either of these, I think you are a zumba person like me. Find your favourite songs and workout in that songs. I'm damn sure, it gives you double energy to do workout. It's true, when you enjoy the workout with ur fav song, you can push your limits and it will benefit you. So I found my safe place.
Doing zumba, i burn a lot of calories and I can feel the burn. But I can't push to this level if I am doing yoga or gym......so u r not alone.... Find ur suitable thing and go burn it....

@@Alinahalinah1 mrng 30 minutes. Evening 30-45 minutes. Have been doing for few months now. I went from 69.2 to 64.7 now

Goind down to 35/40 kg would only make sence if you're like 145 cm tall.. For anyone taller that's way too little, not healthy at all!

I’m a dancer hoping not to lose my finances over a Zumba clas bc ive always hated reps and ffs all these moves are masculine hip thrusts and I can’t stop 😂😭 great core/ab workout but omg getting used to masculine air humping is not easy😅
i felt the same (that the curves are hard to make ). will it really thrust the hips , i wish to loose hip fat. i hope u dont mind my english as its not my mother language 😂😂
