    I’ve been doing this exercise two times a day for the past three weeks. I was 53 kg when I started it. I didn’t lose any noticeable weight, but my stomach flattened down a lot, my legs got toned and I definitely can see the improvement in my posture. It’s worth it guys, don’t give up.

    well if this helps anybody, i would just like to say i use to be 240 pounds and i used this video at a very big weight i started seeing results in week 1 and i felt more energetic and happy and started to feel lighter … months went by i also changed my diet and drank a lot of water and went on a 30 min walk before doing this video. i am now 150 pounds in under a year. This is a great video don’t think twice just do it everyday!! it’s a short video!! it helps alot. i had no help from anyone and no advice i’ve just found this read comments and took a risk. GOOD LUCK GUYS❤️

    Hi ..after 6 months doing this zumba, I am writing here my experience..lost 10 kg weight and 6 inches of waist..my backside pouches(tyres) are disappeared.. really happy with my new look.. thank you zumba class because this weight was causing me nervous Ness and was thinking like I am suffering from some hormonal problem and all....but this zumba realised me how special I am!... And yess,,without any dieting I have achieved this weight loss..just walking and zumba

      Diet is normal...I eat everything..just one thing..after eating don't go to bed..you have to b active atleast half hour after having meal...

    When I started this workout video it was by mere curiosity and frustration of other Exercising Videos/Zumba classes I’d bought or had seen on TH-cam but what I didn’t know is it would be so different, it was easy to follow and yet so extremely effective for me. Other exercise videos were hard to follow along with and the talking/commentary in them would leave me feeling discouraged inside but not with this workout. These aren’t super fitness models these are real women with real bodies and something about her silent encouraging smile keeps me motivated during the whole session. All I do simply watch , follow , sweat and watch the weight drop.
    Now I feel challenged weekly to do at least 3/5 and eat healthier with smaller portions. Really I can’t say enough amazing things about it but one things for certain finding this routine has changed my life. Thank you

    It has been 3 months since i am doing it and can see visible difference. Initially, I could only do 10 mins than i started taking 3, 1-2 min break and now I can do whole session without break. It keeps energy level high whole day. Love it, thanks a lot for sharing 💚.

    I just started yesterday Oct. 20, weight was 62.3 and i continued it today. Weight now is 61.6 with 1000 calorie diet and plenty of warm water (2.5 litre). Was so eager to continue for a month . Amazing zumba choreography..Goal is 50 kg.. Will update soon..
    Day 6: Oct. 25 : 60.2 Kg
    Update: January 18, 2022
    I was down 7Kg, not bad. 👏

    I did this whole workout in 2022 just one day bcz I love doing workouts but now in 2024 I came back to this beautiful workout video cuz I find it difficult to do thoes intense exercises...     Thank god for the ad breaks😂😂 I’ve been doing the simple 20min one for a week. This definitely is the real deal. Hope to reduce a few kilos especially around my belly. Too much lockdown weight.

    I'm 71 kg right now so I'll do this too lol. I want to lose some fat this 2021. anway my goal is 55 kg. My height is 161 cm btw!!
    Start Weight - 71 kg ( Feb 21)
    Goal Weight - 55 kg
    Update:
    Feb 21 ( start ) - 71 kg
    March 21, 2021 - 67 kg
    April 21, 2021 - 63 kg
    May 21, 2021 - 59 kg
    June 21 ( finish) - 56 kg
    Update: ( Edit Oct. 4)
    July: 56 - 58 kg
    Aug: 56 - 58 kg
    Sept: 59 - 61 kg
    Oct: Currently at 60 kg
    July: 56-58 kg
    - I maintained my weight on these because, I lessened my strictness and allowed myself to eat foods I prohibited myself before, but I still exercised diligently, so i was satisfied.
    Aug: 56 - 58 kg
    - Still the same with July, I still exercised consistently and ate food with limitations.
    September: 59 - 61 kg
    - Yes you see that right, I went to 59 - 61 kg. That's because I added a Chloe Ting workout and basic bell liftings. I don't look fat but I became heavy because of gaining muscles. My arms are toned and I could see my defined collar bone now.
    Now it's june!! I actully reached 55 kg at some point. But this month's been kinda hard since i had a lot of friends who has a birthday in june😂😂 I think this month's the month where i ate the most😂😂 Anyway, I am finished with my 4-month diet!! And I plan to maintain my 56 kg weight and if possible, reach 55 kg again. Thank you everyone for your encouraging words and support!! I hope you too meet your goal in dieting!!
    PS. If anyone's curious, I usually do this once or twice a day!

    - Y'all it's been a while, I haven"t updated on July Aug Sep and Oct. But here it is!
    Also I wanna share something, so after 2 months when I first started losing weight, I went to my skinniest body, i was 56 kg and I looked really skinny in real life than when I took pictures. SOOOO I was really happy and I felt great fulfillment, so to whoever's doing these exercises, trust the process!!

    - Hi! just an update, as of now I am at 58 - 62-ish weight. FYI, the previous months this year, my weight was just shifting from 58-62-ish. I plan to reduce 3-5 kg and maintain a 55kg as goal this year. Let's do our best!

    - Hello everyone! how are your fitness process? I still do this zumba dance every time I got the chance. It's been like 8 months of me not exercising because of college. But I/m back and I am at currently 59 kg! and still goal, 55 kg. I gotta do extra effort. hahaha. my body's all unfamiliar with sweating and cardio. Let's do our best!

    - Hi guys! it's been long! I couldn't put an update on my weigh loss journey but, as of now July 2024, I'm at 55kg. I reached my goal. What helped me most is calorie deficit, and I drink pure black coffee to supress my cravings of sweets. will be back whenever i can to update!!

      @@kausarbanu1 Hi!! I'm still a student so I'm quite unsure if my diet would be of help but,,,
      Every morning, I eat sandwich and a cup of soy milk then lots of water.
      Every Lunch our fam usually go with veggy dish or fried fish so i go with a cup of rice and any veggy dish or fish dish. There are times i boil 2 eggs and eat it with rice and ketchup, but there's some times I eat 3 pcs of sweet potato for lunch ( they're my favorite that's why), then lots of water.
      Then my Dinner are often salad or cornflakes and milk.
      Reduce your sweet intakes, No colas, more water. Also, if you feel hungry, fruits are better one's than junk food! I often eat a piece of apple, watermelon or pear when i get hungry.
      I hope this helps your diet!😄

      To be honest, these food cycle i do doesn't really lasts for long but, these are the ones that usually we have at home. I still eat rice, sometimes pastas, or meat and other food. It really differs to everyone and what your family cooks for every meal, it's discipline on food we need to make our goal happen.

    I started doing this zumba last year, first week of November. I did this zumba everyday for 2 months. I weighted 68kg and went down to 62 kg. I got lazy when January and February came 😆 cause my goal was 60kg and now, April my new goal is 50kg so imma doing this again xD.

    It is an outstanding exercise it helped me to reduce weight.
    I am slowly loosing my weight .
    In the starting i was able to do only 5 min exercise but after 15 days of work out i am able to complete the whole exercise.
    I am very happy.

    This is hard. Wow. I have been finding different aerobics videos on TH-cam to follow for the past week and this Zumba one was by far the hardest! The other videos I could easily go 20 minutes without having difficulty but man this one squeezed out my life in 10 minutes! Absolutely love it!

    SHE'S THE BEST!!!!! hands down the best instructor of all time. I can never finish a 30 min cardio workout but this was so awesome by the time I felt like quitting we were doing the cool down, she has really changed the workout game for me. I will be doing this everyday. Currently 200lbs goal of 160!!☺️☺️☺️wish me luck

      I am 14 and my weigh is 52 cause in lockdown i have been such a lazy ass that now my goal of losing weigh of atleast 9to10 kg. I just finished the dance and now I am sweating like a shower works. It have been a week I am following this video and my mum always bring hot water to drink after this dance.       you guys are so young!! at the age of 12 you should not be worrying about your weight, your body hasn't even developed yet and there are going to be. a lot of changes coming to your body will affect and change the shape and weight of your body, fixating on it will do you no good because you can't really control how your body gains or loses weight at that age. If you think you have to lose weight to look a certain way, I'm telling you its not worth it. Eat healthy and stay fit but don't obsess about numbers

    Physical changes- drastic difference in body flexibility + inch loss.
    I did this regularly except for 4-5days, my toddler keeps me on toes so I’m active plus I do 8k steps. Ate healthy balanced diet & dint starve. In addition , I included some yoga postures for my back pain.
    Will continue & update my weight regularly here. Thank you !

    Can't believe that I was able to do this for 30 mins straight. This didn't feel like an exercise at all. This zumba dance was great. I'm now at 67 kgs and on a diet. Goal is 55 kgs. Fighting!!

      Yes I did intermittent fasting but a I ate in 8 hrs window and 16 hrs rest

    My first day doing this zumba. I started my diet 4 days ago plus go for an hour walk in the evening. For me doing this zumba make me sweat a lot compare to when im out for a walk. Im currently 54kg trying to reach 4 series by mid september pray for my journey.

    I followed this Zumba class in 2021 for two months and lost 7kgs. Regrettably my Dr advised me to gain weight because when I stopped the classes I weighed 53kgs. I’m back here again and started yesterday 😊

      @@sindhupriya3010 just once a day, I didn't diet specifically I just ate my normal foods 3 times a day but with no snacks and no gas. I tried doing it twice a day this year, it was effective but it mostly resulted in muscle pain, so once is enough

    Let me take this challenge.. I am 69kg now I'll come back after 10 days.. Today is 22nd of Feb I'll be back on 3rd of March
    Edit- 3rd March.. i am 66 now I did zumba +controlled on my diet as in I avoided junks but had my everyday meal as usual + green tea ....i will continue the same routine
    Hope you guys get your results too

    I have started my workout today with this video.
    It is really worth it! Just 10mins and I was sweating like anything. This burns hell lot of calories. I am going to do this everyday for a month and will update you with the results everyday.

      Update - Day 2 - I can really feel the difference in terms of gaining more strength. This cardio is good for loosing fat from the back and the belly fat. Can feel the soreness after the workout. Also this is good for the one's with cold shoulders. It will help you become more flexible.

      Update - Day 3 - I felt a little more flexible today and after seeing the amount of sweat post the workout I feel that this is the ideal for weight loss :)

    I have been doing this for almost 20-25 days (45 min a day) and I lose 4 kg, including some deficit in calorie intake. I just love and enjoy the way you make it. I don't miss a single day of this zumba classess. Thank you so much mira.

    I've been doing this for the last 15 days. No diet, nothing. Just 15 mins of this zumba class, not even full 24 mins. Still I lost 1.2 kgs. It definitely works.

    Started it with weight 60 kg.. And after one week I was completely surprised with the result🤩.. coz it became 59 kg within a week (19/04/2024).. Also I changed my diet plan and reduced sugar .. I don't eat anything at night.. Also take green tea for two times
