Don't take break.whe.you get muscle pain. It will go in 3 days. I started before 3 days and till yesterday I had bad body pain. But it all gone. Today I did dance without any pain. If you take break it will come again. You have to beat that pain to get out of that. More power to you

I completed 17 days today...... I am feeling so light but I don't know how much i reduce..... But dresses jo tight ho gai thi ab loose hone lagi h aur phle mirror dekhne ka man nhi karta tha body shape ki wajah se face bhi heavy ho gya tha but i am feeling more confident than before...... I hope i could get the best shape what i want...... Thanks Deepti ji....... I was faced by c-section for 3 times back to back within 4 years that's why body shape got worsed but now i am feeling well and I am sure i will get my previous body shape back ...
