    I am mom of 1.5year old baby and thought to reduce weight, so this exercise with best songs helped to reduce my weight from 65kg to 62 kg in just 2weeks and I have got confidence to reach my goal to 55kg.

    I have been following your videos for a few days and practicing. Started following you with me being 58.05kg, and lost 500gms in three days. This one looks most effective, and knee friendly (I've been struggling with a few steps on the other ones). Will update here after a few days. I want to lose 5kg before Durga Puja (Navartri). Pray for me.

      Don't take break.whe.you get muscle pain. It will go in 3 days. I started before 3 days and till yesterday I had bad body pain. But it all gone. Today I did dance without any pain. If you take break it will come again. You have to beat that pain to get out of that. More power to you

    I completed 17 days today...... I am feeling so light but I don't know how much i reduce..... But dresses jo tight ho gai thi ab loose hone lagi h aur phle mirror dekhne ka man nhi karta tha body shape ki wajah se face bhi heavy ho gya tha but i am feeling more confident than before...... I hope i could get the best shape what i want...... Thanks Deepti ji....... I was faced by c-section for 3 times back to back within 4 years that's why body shape got worsed but now i am feeling well and I am sure i will get my previous body shape back ...

    I love this workout... Bahut easy hai... N karne mein v bahut maja aa raha hai... Aur jab pasina nikalta hai na to ek alag hi khusi hoti hai🤣🤣... Maine aaj start kiya hai yeh workout...       Also I m doing fasting from 7pm to 11 am
      11 am I started with small portion poha or egg like this
      Lunch with roti or small portion rice with sabji and curd
      Dinner also some time idli,upma,chilla or anything with less oil

    Thank you so much Deepti. This was an amazing workout I had today. I followed all the steps to the T. Commenting all the way from USA. I usually don’t sweat when I brisk walk and I wanted to sweat and I was able to do so with this intense and fun workout.

      Yes instead of wheat roti use only jowar roti and replace oil by desi homemade ghee😊
