I have been doing this everyday for 5 months with a caloric deficit. There were of course some small breaks in the routine. At first I weighed 57.70 kg, and currently I weigh 49.70 kg. My target weight is 47 kg and I would like to reach that by September or October. Wish me luck! 💪🏻💕💐

I started this exercise weighing 277 pounds. It's been three days, doing this once a day with intermittent fasting and I've already lost 6 and a half pounds! Hoping to weigh only 160 as my target, here's to better health!

This helped me lose 10 kg, i went from 72kg to 62kg started october 1 and its currently january. My goal is to reach 55 kg and this is a great exercise routine to follow with ofc a calorie deficit
edit: Im 55kg now!! (168cm) . I want to reach 53 kg tho, without evas workouts i wouldnt have done it! Always remember nutrition is the key, and workouts are the aids. Eat plenty through out the day ! Do not starve or eat little , eat enough protein and fruits and carbs and workout atleasr 30-40 mins every day!! drink a lot of water

Damn!! This exercise is very much effective... Along with this I cut down sugar and rice intake completely...

Present day: Aug 28 - 69 kg
So i lost 6kgs in 23days... Extremely happy with the results... I ll continue till i reduce my weight till 58kg(my target)....

This workout is literally perfect for me. It’s not super intense but it’s not super easy, it gets me going without completely exhausting me and I actually feel good after the workout. I’ll be doing this everyday and I’ll let you know the results

I did this once a day for exact 30 days together with the "20 MINS AEROBIC DANCE WORKOUT, Burn Calories and be Happy / No Equipment | Eva Fitness" video. So far, I lost 2kg. From 71.5 down to 69.5kg. (I am 160cm if some of you are curious) I did 8-16 intermittent fasting too. However, I didn't restrict myself to a variety of foods (like I eat junk whenever I crave one too it's just that I make sure to keep control of the amount I eat). Maybe that's why I didn't lose too much. But small progress is still progress, right?
Personal tip, DO NOT weigh yourself every day because I think it's just really normal that our weight will fluctuate every day. I think it's better if you do it weekly. Based on my experience there are times I got demotivated because there are days that I gain instead of losing but DO NOT GIVE UP! Keep in mind that we all different body types too. Some may lose a lot and some may lose a little. What's important is that there is progress!
Also, think of the results while doing this exercise and listen to your own playlist so you'll not get bored hahaha if you think of something else while doing this exercise you'll not feel that it's 30 minutes. :)

Also keep in mind that you not only lose fat but also gain muscles. So it’s really great to take your measurements as well. You might have “only” went x kg down in weight but could have lost 4 cm off your waist ;)
@@m.8198 i actually forgot to measure before i start my 30days and only realize half way through hahaha i measured it around ~15th or 20th(?) day and on my 30th day so far I lost 1 inch for arms, thighs & hips :))
You're absolutely right. I do weigh myself every day and it's been a period that I was really disappointed but it's a way for me to stay loyal to healthy diet. I mean when I see that I gained weight or I'm stuck in the same number, it makes me sad but it also makes me stubbornly want to change it. The best thing to do is step on the scale once a week, my OCD won't let me l guess... Also if you want to lose weight faster, 80-90% is the diet, while exercise is just 20%, it's only 30% to athletes who exercise very much

Je suis tout de même contente d’avoir tenu trente minutes. A la fin, j’étais cuite. J’ai bu et je me suis reposée. Demain je recommence. Alright, I just did this. It was 30 min full of fun and sweat. :D If we trust my fitness tracker, I burnt 243 kcal. After 10 min I felt the effort, after 20 min I was sweating, after 30 min I was drenched in sweat but also very happy. :D
Note that my fitness level is kinda good, I've been working out regularly for many years now. If you are a beginner, I recommend slowing down a bit or just doing the first 10 min at first. ✌️

I've been working out for 4 days only, in the past days I never managed to get all this done but today I did all the 30 minutes with just a little pause to drink some water, I am sweating but it was very enjoyable and my endurance has already improved a little! I started this workout May 10, I feel great changes on my stomach and face fat reducing. I am taking a 60 days challenge, I will update you guys on my weekly progress. I'm a breastfeeding mom, I just cut down on carbs intake and it's definitely working.

For starters, I personally felt sick doing this. Not the workout's fault. Just that I've been unfit. I took a water break every 10 mins. So I'll slowly get rid of that. But this definitely makes u sweat and burn. Love it!

Due to an injury, I can't. I can't kneel, stand on my right leg, do squats, do burpees, or even do pushups bc of the strain on my bad knee. This was so perfect, giving me rapid relief to my good knee, and even when it was all standing on the bad leg, I repeatedly got relief by dipping my other foot to the ground. So this is PERFECT I love it so much.

Started this at the beginning of June but skipped a lot of days so I didn't bother checking the result. Did an entire week and lost 3kg but gained a kilo on my cheat day (coz I ate like a lot). Aiming to lose at least 5kg more before school starts. I stopped eating rice and noodles and junk foods including soda and powdered juice. Lots of water and tea every night and eat only when you are hungry. Significant difference in back, arms, and tummy (but still needs a lot of work in this area). Looks difficult to do but once you start with the exercise, it motivates you to achieve your goal because, lol, imagine wasting 100 days of quarantine when you could've done this at the beginning.

This is my 5th day of doing 20 to 25 min of your exercises. Sometimes I try to do stationary bike for not more than 15min. My diet is still white rice and nutrition rich as I am breast feeding mom. I have 3 c-sections. But trust me I started with 94.5kgs and today at my 5th day I am now 92.6kgs!
It’s really working for me as I can’t do heavy exercises due to c-sections.
I feel physically and mentally so refreshed🥹

EDIT: So i skipped day 11 because apparently, i measured myself and turns out I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist (lmaoooo wasn't expecting this), 2 inches off my hips (I'm kinda sad about this one lol, my hips are 40 now hehe) and 0.5 off my arm. So after these results I was satisfied lmao and skipped. Imma def continue w this routine as my permanent routine for now. All in all, I recommend y'all do this (especially if y'all didn't see results from chloe ting :p )

I think it's been like over 2 weeks since i started doing this 5x a week and now i lost 3 inches off my waist, thank you so much! Just a tip for y'all while doing this suck in your tummy, you will see results i'm sure.
This workout is very very effective, you can really feel that in your first session. Your whole body is involved. Just remember when you start don't try to match the pace of the instructor, it's important to do all the move, gradually you will be able to match her. Also don't eat anything heavy before the work out, try to eat an apple or a banana. Take 10 seconds rest when needed and then continue. Hope to see good results within a month.

I started today, 22.01.2023, and I will post here my updates. Quite a lot of work to do 😊. My plan is to work out most days using one 30/40 minutes Eva’s fitness videos and to eat in a caloric deficit (1500-1600 calories).

I have been doing it for about 4 times a week for the past 3 weeks, I do feel a definite improvement in my upper body strength. If you are top heavy like me, this is the exercise for you, no jumping or moves that land heavy on your knees are involved. Once your upper body gets toned, it gets easier on your knees to withstand other exercises that includes running and jumping. Haven't weighed myself yet, but I am not on any particular diet either so I assume that the weight loss is not going to be substantial. Start slow and work up your tempo, this exercise helps you!!! I start with 70 kg and now i am 67kg so i am so happy hahahah , actually i don't care about the weight ,the importance for me is how i look in the mirror, and i noticed a huge difference in my waist and arms (biggest insecurities i have huge arms) and this workout is amazing , it helps so much .
I didn't go on any diet but i tried to eat healthy and never eat at night , like i stop eating at 8 pm or 9 pm.

I forget i had 3 cheat meals during this 2 weeks hhahahahaahha i I can't watch my family eating junk food without joining them hahahahah

Guys everyone has a different body some people lose wait fast some people like me (pcod people) don't loose wait so easily, first motivation urself to being healthy eat healthy I did this workout to avoid my mental stress and from day 1 felt good and mentally energetic it's been two&half months I started it when I was 72kg now I am 64kg yes I loose 6 kg in 75 days which is way worth than putting some much money in jym ,
If ur life is too stressed Just do it for 1 week u will realize that it lifts ur mood 😊

Hello, i am 26 years old, my height is 5"5 and current weight is 93.6 kg. Since i have been suffering from pcod for a long time, it has been very difficult for me to loose weight . And i dont like doing intense cardio, i very much love doing zumba from this channel, but yhe probelm with me is that i am not very consistent. So in order to be consistent, i am going to update here every day and will update my weight after a week. And i am also walking 10,000 steps everyday along with healthy and homemade food !!

New post (a year later): So I started doing these workouts again today as I need to lose my tummy and hip quickly in the next two weeks. After I did these workouts almost a year ago, I had amazing results. I stopped because I got busy and lazy and gained weight again. Old post: These women are really talented. I only started mildly working out last year with a couple of easier exercises. This year I am exploring different other kinds of workouts and trying to push myself more. I realized while trying to do this one that for someone who has not worked out almost three decades of her life, this can be really challenging because of the balance, speed and flexibility needed to pull these moves. I started 2 weeks ago once again with various workouts. I decided today that I’ll do an hour of this aerobics. Will keep you guys posted.

I've been doing this workout two weeks now. The first week I did it 6 days. The second week I did it 4. Most of my weight is in the lower part of my body. I'm also paying attention to what I eat. Making sure I have the appropriate amount of calories for my goal weight. I have noticed my lower belly is slowly getting smaller. My thighs are a bit slower in that aspect but I do see a difference from the first time I started. Progress takes time and that's been hard for me to understand. So just keep believing in yourself and you'll get there eventually. Don't give up!

I was at 82kg and did an OMAD and I now weigh 73kg. My target weight is 60kg. My friend told me that this exercise is effective to her. I believe she lost 5kg by doing this and she eats 3x a day (no rice). So I guess this is really effective and worth trying. Good luck on everyone’s weight loss journey. ♥️♥️♥️

This has worked out amazing for. Went from 66.5 to 63 in less than a month. Goal weight is 60 but the comments are already coming in. Muscle tone already showing 😊😊
So I started doing these maybe 3-4 weeks ago, I switch up my workouts so it’s not just this one, cause my sides will start to hurt lol BUT I’ve lost 5,4kg so far - still have to loose 30kg more to reach my first goal! But I’m so motivated guys keep it up! ☺️
Edit: I do a lot of work outs! Emk fit and other cardio stuff too, and changed my eating habits. That’s why I’ve lost so much in such a short period of time! I’m highly overweight so exercise is “harder” and melts more calories for me! ☺️

Day 1 - My arms are so sore. I skipped some parts of the video because I can't cope up with it but I'll try to finish the whole video next time. Laban!
Day 2 - I feel great after the workout. Gonna continue doing this dance workout!
Day 3 - Wasn't really on the mood to the workout because I'm on my period. However, I still did it. Kinda proud of myself. Gonna do it again tomorrow!
Day 4 - I stopped in the middle of the workout because my headaches. Hoping that I can do it better tomorrow! Gonna take some rest for now.
Day 5 - I finished the video. I feel better than my previous workouts. I'm proud of myself! Kudos! Gonna do better tomorrow.
Day 6 - I've been sweating a lot since the start of the workout but I have not felt any exhaustion. I feel happier and I am proud of myself for finishing the whole workout. Although, my sides hurt occasionally. I just took a little rest in order for the pain to vanish.
Day 7 - I wasn't really in the mood to workout that's why I just gave minimal efforts to it. Send motivation pls HAHAAHAHA

Day 22 (sat.) ✔️ - holy mother. I did her other workout 46 minutes and that was fiiiireee ♨️ seriously I've never sweat like this before 😅
Day 23 ✔️- 46 minutes + 4 minutes jumping jacks
Day 24 ✔️- 46 minutes + 3 minutes jumping jacks
Day 25 ❌ i can't workout today. Have pain in my back.. And I will not update you anymore. My weight today was 64,3. It doesn't have sense to update everyday. Also I started longer workout 46 minutes. But if someone will be interested I'll come back here 9.10 and give you update after a month of 46 minutes workouts (although I don't believe I'll lose more than 1 kilo) goodluck everyone

I'v been doing this for two months. When i started the video. Then the next day i saw the results. After three weeks i have abs. Now -3kg after 3 weeks i think. But you have follow diet and don't eat suger that will helps you to lose weight. Just keep going😉👍

I've been doing the workout for 12 weeks and started slow with 10min 3 times a week, now I'm at 60min 5 times a week. Lost 3kg without diet change. So with diet plan you should loose more weight faster.

@@МаринаПанченко-и8зI was just 50 kg...that was normal weight for me that time ...now I gain 5 kg that was too unforgettable me ...and also it was kinda overweight for my height if I don't care my weight now I will be overweight....Soo now I do some workout I can stay healthy..with healthy weight and height....i prefer fitness is first thing .....so it's my opinion I like to maintain my body fit ....so what's your problem 🙄
