    I did this exercise for 08 days ..
    And I lost 2 kg before my weight is 57 and currently my weight is 55..

      Genial yo tengo 63, siempre hice ejercicio pero desde hace cinco años había empezado con Chi Kung ( por que buscaba algo más adecuado para la edad , tabien debido a mis dolencias ) pero hace tres meses me dió por empezar con estos videos ( me dije : la edad es un nº inténtalo) y cada mañana me levanto motivada para hacer mi rutina, cuando la hago tengo la sensación de que el tiempo no ha pasado y me hace muy feliz.

      It actually works being a boy i can also do this routine, after doing this for one continuous month my abs thighs and arms were literally getting into shape, i started getting compliments from people that they are able to see changes in my body, keep grooving with this routine you will definitely get results but please consult with your doctor and as per your comfort do this routine

    Day 1 : I quit 20 minutes in... Hopefully I'll be able to finish it tomorrow
    It's been almost two weeks.. I hadn't done it after the first time because my stomach hurt so bad.. but today I've done it for the second time... Hopefully I'll keep going without quitting this time
    Day 1 : I quit 17 minutes in
    Day 2 : I took a rest at 17 minutes and then continued after a few mins and completed it
    Day 3 : same as day 2 lol
    Day 4 : did it without taking a rest this time!
    Day 5 : done
    Day 6 : done (it's getting easier)
    Day 7 : done

    Whew!Worked up a little sweat, definitely got my heart rate up, my abs got a wake up call. Loved that it's low impact, quiet with simple moves and upbeat music, I did with bare feet. I wish I could've kept up with the arms, my shoulders were ready to fall off 1/3 of the way in. I loved the popping moves near the end, reminded me of the Uncle Luke days.

    I did 11 minutes 20 seconds, as i have less fat so i think it took 10 minutes to warm up but it's really effective 💪 I need to reduce bulging on my stomach so i think this zumba video will work!

    Brilliant! I want to see a slimmer me again & I think I will now I've found you. I did advanced Zumba dance till the covid 19 lockdowns, so up to 2 years ago. I realise now that the only thing I wasn't doing was proper exercise, even though I'm busy non stop, day & night. So we will see how this goes. 7 minutes of this done for today, gradually increasing to maybe 15 minutes a day. I'm an otherwise fit 68 year old!!!

    I’ve been following the 20-35 min videos 6-7 times a week for the past 3 weeks and I’ve noticed reduction around my arms, back, waist and my butt has a bit more shape. My husband says I don’t have a Mexican mom butt anymore. Whatever that means! Lol These are are super fun and can be for beginners or just looking to change the pace. When I want to go really feel it I add leg and wrist weights. Omg. So much fun.

      So here I am.. guys it's my personal experience may be this can vary person to person... Luk I hv done this for couple of months but I didn't get satisfactory result nd it's not like waste of time.. for me this exercise tone my body nd also make my body more flexible. After some time I stopped doing this nd start doing squats, planks, burpees, crunches trust me guys if u wil do these exercises in set u will definitely reduce ur belly fat or body weight.

    I must say that I only tried your videos once. It seemed pretty easy while watching, but it's a different thing when doing it.

      @@imaneraji2223 hi, i workout 5 days a week and i have no specific diet. I just try to eat less compared to my daily food intake before because i use to eat a lot. You should search a lot or consult a doctor, and listen to your body before doing a diet, i think 😊 all the best luck to you!

    Hi, this a heavy workout for me as I'm a kid and I really want a slim belly so thats why I'm doing this workout. I don't know why but I feel like my chest is tearing when I do this but I'll still try and get to my goal 🥍. I'll come back after sometime to share the results

    I really had to lose my weight bcz im 69 kg but my age is 13 i will do this everyday and i will write results down
    Done 2 months i promise lost 6 kgs but even stoped eating chips and oily food at bigtht eat dinner at 7 pm but try to consume less sugar

      Look drink green tea with cinnamon small spoon in evening every night
      And stop eating anything after 6pm just drink tea water ok no other drink And you will loose a lot trust me 😀👌🏽Good look

    O hello buddy, today started workout after almost a year since due to lockdown I left jimm and I gained so much weight after it and today I finally decided to workout in home and to be very honest I loved ur energy and session . I completed it , and I am so happy , I don't know weather it will help me or not bt I will still do it as I enjoyed it a lot , let's hope I could loose my weight .. love form india

    I could never do the forms as good as she does 😭 watching her and all the other people in the back makes me realise how perfect her forms are, my movements are more like the ones’ in the back.

    I did this jumba today..as this is my 1st time, I kept the Playback Speed 0.75x because for me it's speed because of 1st time..i didn't thought it will work..But you know what, my whole body started to sweat alot..And my tummy is like "bye bye sister"😅😅..It's really worked so good..From tomorrow onwards I'm going to keep in regular speed and I'll start doing this everyday..Tha ks for this jumba ✌🏻
