Tanner, I have to thank you again so much for your videos. I have also listened to your podcasts and it’s so reassuring to know that I’m not alone in the dark moments I’ve had with chronic pain, mine being pelvic pain. I’m in the uk and of all the mind body professionals I’ve discovered you along with my therapist who is helping with my trauma, have both helped me heal the most. 😊

TANNER I so wish you covered Italy. I British but live in Italy. You are all that keeps me from giving up hope most days. I will follow you until I finally get rid of pain. I have had chronic pain for 37 years. ❤

I had chronic pain for 45 years, and recovered 80%. I've heard of people who completely recovered after 37 years - the success stories too help to inspire you on setback days. Best of luck and may we all heal completely! Great video, Tanner, and thank you.

I'm grateful to have come accross you Tanner. I'm currently going through a difficult painfull period while healing my lung cancer. In a previous video, you explained how unexpected pain coming back doesn't mean I'm getting worse, it's just part of the healing. Thank you for helping me feel empowered. 🙏💚🙏

Thanks for this video Tanner. The hardest part for me is not to spiral when I'm in excruciating pain. The idea of visualizing going about my day in a way that creates safety is a very powerful tool. Thanks again.

This was an interesting one. I found myself much more relaxed at the end. I see parallels between these practices and meditation--------at least for myself. They both require blocking the thoughts my racing mind continues to offer up. While I have a terrible time trying to meditate, I can do these somatic practices, and get some of the same benefits----- as well as having them help deal with pain. Thank you , as always!

Thank you so much Tanner. Really needed this so bad. Often my symptoms flare up upon waking up. It helped me a lot 🙏.

This is a hard piece of the healing. Yes long-term we are doing the work to heal our symptoms. However short term focus needs to be on creating safety in different ways!

Sounds like you are having an allergy or a stuffy nose when you talk.
