This was incredibly helpful thank you. Felt a huge sense of calming of my nervous system, the tapping really helped as did the neck massage. I also added the ears as well to the massage as this feels calming. I will definitely be revisiting many times.

Thank you . Feel nice and relaxed after that 🙏 I struggle with central sensitivity syndrome, CFS, insomnia, bilateral vestibular loss, pppd & adjustment disorder. I have a lot of fear/anxiety around everything. The pain can be horrendous some days. Widespread burning etc.. I’m really hoping your videos will hopefully help me to a certain degree.. I’m determined to keep at it.. 😊

Just what I needed this evening! Thanks very much, and I'm interested to see the effects of this over time. Where does the tapping come from, BTW?

Thank you so much for this, your calming presence is just what I need as my symptoms have really ramped up over the past week. I have symptoms everywhere that move and change constantly, so hard not to focus on them. I never thought about focusing on the good sensations, which really are only in my face, but that felt good. Question: a few minutes into the practice I started to feel really hot, even though it is cold here in the UK and my house isn’t very warm. My face started to burn and my body felt overheated and really uncomfortable. Is this also mind body?
Thank you again, you are amazing ❤

Yes, heat and burning can be neuroplastic. (Wim Hoff mentions that as well in his breathing practices.) I suspect when we try different approaches, our brain sometimes tosses a new symptom at you! (For me it feels like having menopause back, and was misdiagnosed as histamine problems.) Breathing into the heat sensations can help cool it.

Yes potentially this could be a neuroplastic symptoms. Of course it's important to have physical causes ruled out by a physician.

Hi there, I started getting this 2 months ago when I was doing a visualisation exercise. It then started happening more and more. I was panicky at first and it got worse. Over the last week I have tried to just sit with it when it happens and focus on something else - and it has started to lesson

Hello , your video is the only hope I have to continue with my days.... I have a question. I read from your viewers that they believe they are improving and they believe they are on their way to be healed.. I want to know when such "flare" can happen after how many days or weeks or months after they see the improvement of the pain level? I am taking perscription medication by pain doctors (as after thre years of search of diagnosis, nobody could identify the cause), and I noticed there are days that I feel my pain level is better than before, but then sometimes after few days or sometimes after one week, the sever pain occurs for several days or severl week (very painful)... therefore I would like to know when you say "flare", please tell me the characteristics of it, so that I can confirm, if I am making progress or not...

Even though they don't know the cause of your pain, doctors have still prescribed drugs that harm in the long run, according to a pain clinic counselor I interviewed. She told me that most pain medications help for approximately two weeks, then begin causing up to 43% MORE pain. She joked that she helped patients of the pain clinic by turning them upside down and shaking out the medications! But in fact, they helped people taper off slowly and safely, while teaching them coping skills. Often what causes flares is repressed emotion and trauma, according to Drs. Sarno, Schubiner, and author Alan Gordon of No Way Out. So your increase in symptoms called a "flare up" could be caused by your medication as well as stresses in your life. Best of luck!
