I feel healing by myself feels complicated and frustrated 😢i would like to consult with you tanner ,bt your team can't able to consult to India , I'm having all issues like yours what you have said in your STORY, Please help me 🙏🏼

Love your videos Tanner. Do you think at any point you might be able to work one to one with people based in the uk?
Unfortunately not due to regulations. You can checkout this directory: painreprocessingtherapy.com
Is PEM usually caused by mind body? Like feeling like a very mild flu and your body feeling more inflamed
Does this sound like mine-body issues? I’ve had Covid 4 times only on the 4th did I get LC.. My symptoms are better at night a lot of the time. But sometimes not. Many times it seems I have sets of symptoms, and sometimes other random symptoms like itching and rashes will pop up. My eyes are fine (checked 3 times) just dry eyes, but eye drops don’t help it. I have reactivated EBV, on valtrex one month, no help yet. Leg, neck ultrasound all fine. Brain, neck mri, fine. Heart ultrasound is fine, I likely have pots also (but I know that can be ANS.) all vitamin deficiencies are normal. Only things that are off is High endothelial growth factor at-1, low veg f, reactivated ebv, very high cholesterol, but that’s it.. cholesterol is likely a result of covid. Thoughts? Is this common?
Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Unfortunately due to regulations I cannot say over social media if someone's symptoms are neuroplastic. Finding a doctor specialized in this area could be helpful to receive a diagnosis. Generally though these symptoms can potentially be neuroplastic.
Hii tanner .my age 23 year nd I am from India . Tanner ,I suffering in fibromyalgia last 5 year I lots of pain , I am student. I am speak not proper English but you'r video see in Hindi caption. Thanks a lot . I started brain training last 8 month very useful nd effective but proper not go on my pain .tanner am suffering in chronic pain nd my heart beat is ever time in pump my body .,plss help me plsss . pen bhadkane per main apne aap ko kaise strong rakhun .plss help me
Can I create a social safety, without leaving unsatisfaying partnership?
This is potential, however can take some exploring depending on each situation. So sorry to hear what you are going through.
I really like your videos and I find your somatic approach the most helpful. I personally started with PRT and nervous system regulation only, and I got a bit of progress. Slowly, I noticed that the way I approach my symptoms is the same I approach life and myself: the anger, the perfectionism (“I want my symptoms to go away in a specific timeline, etc”), the control I have with my symptoms, are the same mechanisms I also have in my life in general. I made huge progress, I hope I will fully heal!
It sounds like you are doing great healing work! Keep going!
Very good!! But how do you face trauma? In the same way you get in touch with your emotions?
Do you have a video on processing the fear somatically?
2.5 years is for me, can relate to so much of this story. Being "sensitive", perfectionistic, trauma response to chronic symptoms . When this first happened (started with vertigo and went to TBI symptoms and chronic dizziness PPPD and various types of pain) someone directed me to Sarno's book, but it just didn't make sense to me at the time. I was searching for a physical treatment. Exhausted myself and bank account looking for one, never found it. So back around to kind- body medicine looking for ways to calm my brain's misfiring and decrease the fear and hopelessness around it. My PRT practitioner mentioned your somatic tracking and I'm glad to find many other videos too!
I do like this..
Loved this video. I am making progress thanks to your somatic safety method. Living life, Doing exercise, feeling safer while feeling the disregulation, emotions in a safe way. My nervous system is more flexible now.. I know that I am on the right track and I totally agree with what you are saying in this video. Somatic tracking and brain retraining are not enough sometimes... Thanks Tanner. You are the best!
Thank you! Im having such a hard time with trauma and my Elderly mother is retriggering... My flight goes off the chart, then sadness and shut down. Any flight special? I joined ur community but been busy with trying to be slow and gentle.. Not the perfect silent witness... Yet 😊
You’re the best !
💚💚
I think I’m realizing I may have learned that it’s “easier” to deal with the physical pain than to sit with the emotions which are so intangible…ghosts in the machine. So the brain/mind focus on the tangible (?). Thoughts?
Yes this is a really common thing to occur!
It is and can also be called focusing. My own experience is that I have reduced the pain by 80% over a period of 14 months. I continue the practice because it also makes me feel better. I stuck to it even when the pain was at its most severe. But I know most people can't or won't. Just know that your pain is your friend, it's there to heal, not hurt. Feel it to heal it.🙏
Keep going! 💚✨💚
Thank you. It’s helpful to hear a balanced perspective that there can be some neuroplastic pain and physical. Too many of the messages are that it’s one or the other which I don’t believe is helpful (?). Or is this process separating from the physical and focusing on the mental, emotional aspects? Thanks 🙏
Thank you for your wonderful video on somatic exercises, i can relate to everything you explained. I have tinnitus and recently i feel like I'm in constant fight and flight and my shoulders and neck becoming painful. I felt comforted and supported while doing the exercises. Thank you 🩷
💚✨💚
Hi Tanner, can GERD be psychosomatic? I feel like all these helpful videos are for those with more muscular and bone pain not sure if acid reflux applies to the NS and vice versa
I really like this podcast... Keep doing it;) As far as control goes I would say that I am on the other side of the spectrum.. People, places, and things control me but I would say that sitting with the uncertainty works for that as well.. My Alanon Sponsor and my Alanon Sponsor before were working on my to take more control (responsibility) for my life..
You’re truly gifted in your knowledge and style of passionate presentation. Thank you for sharing.
How do you deal with a panic attack then?
Thank you Tanner.. Your channel has helped..
💚✨💚
Hi Tanner. I was wondering how to do the somatic tracking with multiple symptoms/pain points happening at the same time. Do u focus on just one area to start or group things together? Can u clarify for me? Thanks for all u do.
Love this!
💚💚
Also with lupus(sle)
💚💚
I love the stream/river of emotions, and stepping back and observing thoughts, fears, and a whole whack of emotions from a curious perspective. I've started putting things into different shaped boats. Round boats for people related emotions. Square boats for just general negative thoughts, fears and such. And triangular boats for things that I need to get done - projects/to do's and stressers like that. That has been helpful for me to compartmentalize where issues are. I'm listening to this every night now. Thanks again Tanner. Great practise to adopt.
I'm so glad it was helpful! Keep going!
Another amazing video. Thank you!
💚✨💚
Thank you again for that video uncertainty can be scary especially I have another flare up with my back experiencing pain and tinnitus Spike for a week very loud in my ears and frustrating only had 3 hours sleep so I am uncertain when this is going to go away but I can't fix it on it it's either Panic or trust God
Sorry to hear about your flare. I hope my content can be helpful!
I actually do a lot of these.. What about HOT showers and HOT baths in the winter?
These can be great!
Great topic for those of us who are Type A people and who struggle to sit with uncertainty. Thanks!
💚✨💚
Type A ...... we're.the number one winner of chronic pain for reason....
😊 thank you very much when you give up control there's peace but that's the hard part what about having feelings of anger towards your Sensations is it okay to have anger acknowledging it express it instead of keeping it in
💚✨💚
😊 thank you this makes since I have a question am I able to experience fear and be aware of that emotion and acknowledge it without it causing symptoms So is it okay to experience fear and acknowledge it without causing symptoms ?
Great
💚✨💚
Smart and helpful stuff 👍
💚✨💚
When being triggered/feeling anxious because of sensations/stored emotions, in order to feel and process them, is it better to first down regulate the nervous system before diving into it? I've tried to process an emotion when I was triggered and the intensity became worse.😮 Another time after doing a little bit of yoga (after I was just lightly triggered), I was able to process difficult sensations. So is it first better to do a regulation technique/safety signal, before processing the things that occur? I just want to make sure that I got it right, I don't want to experiment around and make things worse lol🤔
i am slowly learning this stuff
💚✨💚
Tanner, this was an amazing video. Holy smokes was this ever powerful. Thank you 🙏 for posting this.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I feel like I stumbled upon a channel I really need to subscribe to and watch, and that I'll learn a lot. Thanks for all this.
Welcome! I hope my content can be helpful for your healing!
This is very interesting how you emphasize feelings of safety. Lack of safety is what activates pain messages in the neural pathways during episodes of chronic pain. So lack of safety can create activate messages in the neural pathways that create feelings of fatigue too?
You’re the best Tanner. Your voice is SO CALMING and I instantly relax.
💚✨💚
Soothing. Calming. Helpful. Very, very helpful.
💚✨💚
Really enjoyed this, thanks so much for sharing! Been having lots of flare ups so it's easy to get fixated on the pain and the most of this was really helpful. I would love a version without visualization at the end (I have aphantasia so visualization just isn't possible and can be incredibly frustrating!). Thanks again for putting out this helpful content out, keep up the great work!
Can this course be used if you're not experiencing pain?
