    I can’t explain it. I did this flow last night as a gentle calming low-impact workout due to the day I had. After finishing the workout I felt amazing and super calm, perfect before a shower then sleep. When I woke up the whole day today I’ve felt so much love for everything! The world, my boyfriend, my life, just gratitude and love literally flowing out of my soul. I was trying to think of why I felt this way and then I remembered I did this video the night before. It’s amazing and soul lifting. I love love love Nicole’s videos but this flow hit different. Thank you so much Nicole 🤍🤍🤍🤍

      Hello my friend,
      i think i have a answer it's a wonderful book the body keeps the score, basicially past unresloved trauma and extreme stressful situations that you supress don't dissapear they come to rest in your muslces where they become tight yoga stretches the muslces releasing the toxic energy and this isn't even spirtual mumbo jumbo the tension in the muslces caused by supressed emotions damages your immune system and cuased inflamation it's as if the body and mind are one organism and not two completely different things that exist in seperate dimensions

    This might be my favourite of your yoga videos yet, thank you Nicole! I felt like I got totally "in the flow" and couldn't believe it when the class finished - time flies :)
    Suggestion for a future video: a "yoga before bed" long slow flow (like, 40 mins yin style) would be amazzzzzzing. Your calming voice would basically be a sedative lol

    I have stopped going to studios since following your channel. Simply cause your classes are much better and more suitable for me. 20- 30 mins is all I need. and within those 20- 30 mins every day, I truly feel the benefits from the work out. plus I don't have to commute! THANK YOU NICOLE!

    Oh my God, I have never experienced this before, I started tearing up right as I was finishing this workout, it was like I released all my negative emotions through this workout. I just finished it and I'm feeling so emotional, I don't know why. I am following you for 3 months now and your workouts have changed everything for me. For the first time in my life, I have a healthy relationship with working out, I don't do it because I want to lose weight obsessively, but because I truly enjoy every moment of it. I am working really long hours at the moment, but I relogiously do your workouts almost every night. At 28 years old, I am in the best shape of my life, and it surprisingly happened when I let myself go and not obsess over food and working out. I feel se relaxed after these workouts, but at the same time strong and centered. I cannot even put into words how grateful I am for what you've done for me even though I don't know you. Thank you so much Nicole, keep doing what you're doing, you are amazing ❤
    Also, sidenote, today I managed to do the wheel pose without difficulties, for the first time. So rewarding!!!

    This made me feel so much more clear headed and aligned, I committed to aligning my breath with movement and doing every movement slowly and intentionally. If my mind started to wander I asked myself “am I present right now” and if the answer was no, I got back into it even deeper, making sure to tell myself I am strong, capable, and it really is all mindset. If you believe in yourself you can do it. Thanks so much Nicole ❤

    your a lifesaver with this workout! Im currently in ED recovery and i have no strength what so ever to workout and i have a bad relationship with exercise! deciding to take a break from working out for my mental health and these little yoga workouts make me stay flexible and strong. I’ve been doing different yoga flows for two years already, but I have never felt so strong and confident in each pose than I am now! I’ve reached true chaturanga without the help of my knees!     I'm disabled (mental disability + pcos). I haven't worked out in years (besides light stretching/relaxing yoga) I wasn't sure if I'd be able to finish this practice. I took a second and a deep breath and read through the comments. I finished the practice and am currently in peaceful tears...... thank you so so much 🥹💖

    This yoga flow was absolutely amazing. This is exactly what I needed today as my muscles were really sore from a previous workout but needed to do some stretching. I feel so calm, stretched out, and ready to take on the day. Also I'm very excited because I didn't think I'd be able to do the wheel pose (haven't attempted that since I was probably 12 years old lol) but I did it!!!!!! I may feel that in back tomorrow... but I took it slow and I'm excited to try that move more often to get more comfortable with it! Thank you for being so amazing Nicole! Your videos have changed and advanced my fitness level so much!

    OMG im so happy rn! I've always come back to this excercise whenever my body feels so stiff or just wanna feel a good flow BUT today is different! At 10.40 am it's the first time i can do the wheel pose which usually i skipped because its so difficult, but suddenly today my hands felt so strong and i did it!😭🎉🙌AND OMG IT FEELS SO GOOD i wanna cry!! Im so proud of my achievement today, thank you Nicole!😭🥇💪❤️✨️

    A year ago I had a lumbar spine surgery L4-L5 and I couldn't do that much exercise,so my body was wooden. I start doing exercise with you and I am more flexible, my back getting stronger and releasing chronic pain!

    For the longest time I was using my TV to cast Nicole's workouts so I could never like or comment ! Now I'm back in my basement gym and always feel the need to drop a line
    ... THIS is my weekly go to. Those lungey swoopy chest openers are what my body craaaves and I swear they feel almost as good as a massage🤤 I've gained so much overall back mobility from your pilates and yoga sessions mixed with amazing glute and core strength, altogether everything just feels so amazing🤗❤ Nicole-- I've recently gotten my mom to start your videos and it's the best thing to see a beginner take on pilates and be SHOOK😅 Thank you again for keeping your channel so consistent and high quality!❤

    Omg Nicoleee.... THANK YOUUU for this class !!! I am feeling absolutely AMAZING after this. Also: I CANNOT BELIEVE I ACTUALLY MANAGED TO DO THE WHEEL!! I haven't been able to do this move since I was 7 years old. I tried to do it last year but failed. and now, after months of practicing with you almost everyday, I was actually able to do it.     Running straight for 6 days got lazy 😁 and just did this instead! I felt like my strength and all body ache gone , my morning is perfect 😊🌞🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭 thank you for this Pilates practice 😘👍

    Dear Nicole, I'm on my 4th day of Omicron virus and I feel like I need some stretch because I am in bed all the time. This video help me so much to feel better!     Hello Nicole ! I did this workout at noon, instead of having lunch.. it was so good and relaxing, with your smooth voice and the music. Still difficult for me to do the wheel (due to my wrist) but I managed to stay on.the top of the head 😊... I will practice ! Thank you so much for giving us all this well-being!

    I have had no energy all day for some reason but I forced myself to put my workout clothes on and do this...SOOO WORTH IT!!! I feel amazing now. ps A friend took some candid photos of me last weekend and OMG MY ARMS/SHOULDERS LOOK SO GOOD
