Hi Nicole - I'd taken a break from Pilates and decided due to a recent knee injury that I needed to get back into it Today was the day and this was class - just wow, I wish I'd not taken a break as long as I did, as your Pilates classes are so thorough and even though I was dripping with sweat and could barely keep up I did it and feel really good in my body. Now, tomorrow I may be super sore but I'm committed to keep on going. Thank you for making your classes available to us. Nicole, I wanted to greatly appreciate all of your hard qork and effort towards this channel. When I first did a class of yours I was about 17. I remember I was so skinny and fragile, then I stopped because I was going through a rough time in life, I gained over 10 kilos and I was so sad. Now that I am 20, one day I decided I was going to do one of your 10 minutes workout. It felt so nice I just couldn't stop. After almost 2 months of consistently moving and traingin with you, I am strong enough now, that I decided I was going to begin calisthenics. You gave me the courage to do it and to not give up. blessed nicole, your TH-cam videos have played such an important role in my journey to a healthy weight loss !! last year I was at an unhealthy low weight and also eating "unhealthily". I gained all my weight back after a stressful period and now I'm slowly changing my habits. pilates became my best friend because it is not as intense as cardio and the breath pattern you create for each video makes the exercises so relaxing, despite intense. I cannot thank you enough for the awesome combos and the personalized sessions, considering that every video of yours is unique. this makes it all super fun, my body is toned and strong and I already lost 5 kilos without restricting any food. This summer, I weighed the heaviest I had ever been. To change that, I started doing this workout twice a week. At first, my abs would burn right after completing the exercises, which motivated me to keep going. Fast-forward three months, and I now have more range of motion at 29 than I did at 18. I have since integrated daily walks, yoga with Adriene, a strength training program by Stephanie Sanzo, and various videos by Nicole into my routine. My advice to anyone struggling: Just start small and build your way up. There is no quick fix and accepting this helped me stay consistent.
This class was tough! I'm going to do this for a month! 1st DAY - It was very hard but i completed it!! You can do it to!! 2nd DAY - It feels easier but still hard, completed it! 3rd DAY - It’s still a little bit hard, but i’m used to it now! I STILL CAN’T SER THE RESULT BUT I FEEL MORE HEALTHIER

I’ve been on and off with Pilates and yoga since 2017 but really want to get a routine of it and am so glad to have discovered your channel about a couple months ago! For some reason with the floor work starting at 5:00 I only feel the right glute working even though it’s the left leg doing all the work. Why is that? I do have less than ideal ab and upper body strength which could be contributing 😅 I’ve always had this problem by the way! Perhaps I’m lifting my leg too high which makes me lean more to the right?

I do weighted glute workouts at the gym but this made my glutes burn so much I screamed in pain twice! These are so good for that mind muscle connection and total body stability
Nicole, I’m gonna be honest with you. I’m a 21 years old brazilian woman, that was always obsessed with my body and since I was a teenager I was working out at home or at the gym. but I never had a healthy diet, always preferred to eat fast food and hated vegetables. I’ve always wanted to eat healthier, but were never able to. I have a skinny but thick body shape, which means I wasn’t happy with my body, always wanted to have that perfect shaped and toned abs. doing pilates with you changed my life, honestly. I never liked pilates, always thought it was the workout for old people (how wrong I was). but now I don’t even like lifting weights anymore, I’m not obsessed with how I look. although I don’t have that perfect toned body, I’m happy with my own. I also started to eat healthier and I’m so happy! every weekend I’d eat a burger or a pizza hut, but now I don’t even feel that crazy anxiety to eat fast food. last sunday, instead of going for a burger, I decided to go for a healthy snack. for some that might seem stupid, but for me that was a huge improvement! that made me feel so good! now I feel so much better mentally and physically! thank you so much! I love your videos and please never stop doing them!❤️
Wow, I did not expect to finish this video! I was feeling really lethargic and overall not good physically, and just told myself i'd start and do what I can. All of a sudden we're at the end and while I still feel tired, I am feeling a bit better, and now more ready to shower up and get some rest. Thankyou for this! PS, could you do a video with minimal pressure on hands and wrists? I have an issue with my thumb muscle and it hurts really bad with just a few moments of pressure. Thank you Nicole! :)

Omg, this was absolutely AMAZING! One of my new faves, even though it's hard af lol :D My glutes and legs/thighs really burned, especially during the exercises on all fours and the standing/curtsy ones. My abs were on FIRE during/after the abs series, and were super engaged throughout the workout. THANK YOU, NICOLE!

Hi Nicole - I'd taken a break from Pilates and decided due to a recent knee injury that I needed to get back into it Today was the day and this was class - just wow, I wish I'd not taken a break as long as I did, as your Pilates classes are so thorough and even though I was dripping with sweat and could barely keep up I did it and feel really good in my body. Now, tomorrow I may be super sore but I'm committed to keep on going. Thank you for making your classes available to us. Nicole, I wanted to greatly appreciate all of your hard qork and effort towards this channel. When I first did a class of yours I was about 17. I remember I was so skinny and fragile, then I stopped because I was going through a rough time in life, I gained over 10 kilos and I was so sad. Now that I am 20, one day I decided I was going to do one of your 10 minutes workout. It felt so nice I just couldn't stop. After almost 2 months of consistently moving and traingin with you, I am strong enough now, that I decided I was going to begin calisthenics. You gave me the courage to do it and to not give up. blessed nicole, your TH-cam videos have played such an important role in my journey to a healthy weight loss !! last year I was at an unhealthy low weight and also eating "unhealthily". I gained all my weight back after a stressful period and now I'm slowly changing my habits. pilates became my best friend because it is not as intense as cardio and the breath pattern you create for each video makes the exercises so relaxing, despite intense. I cannot thank you enough for the awesome combos and the personalized sessions, considering that every video of yours is unique. this makes it all super fun, my body is toned and strong and I already lost 5 kilos without restricting any food. I'm at my happiest, pilates changed my relationship with my body and now I don't even care about belly rolls or any other insecurity created by unrealistic beauty standards. you are a goddess and I wish you heaps of great things in your life. also, you have crazy strength, muscles of steel and all. this workout specifically almost kills me and I love it. ❤

This summer, I weighed the heaviest I had ever been. To change that, I started doing this workout twice a week. At first, my abs would burn right after completing the exercises, which motivated me to keep going. Fast-forward three months, and I now have more range of motion at 29 than I did at 18. I have since integrated daily walks, yoga with Adriene, a strength training program by Stephanie Sanzo, and various videos by Nicole into my routine. My advice to anyone struggling: Just start small and build your way up. There is no quick fix and accepting this helped me stay consistent.

1st DAY - It was very hard but i completed it!! You can do it to!!
2nd DAY - It feels easier but still hard, completed it!
3rd DAY - It’s still a little bit hard, but i’m used to it now!

Honestly, I can’t remember a video that made me sweat like this one! I’m not exaggerating, my mat ended up completely wet 😂 but really, Nicole, you have no idea how much you have helped me gain confidence in my own body. Thank you so much Nicole for all your efforts in making these videos for us, you are the only instructor who I feel like moves at a normal pace instead of doing each move really fast haha. I’ve been on and off with Pilates and yoga since 2017 but really want to get a routine of it and am so glad to have discovered your channel about a couple months ago! For some reason with the floor work starting at 5:00 I only feel the right glute working even though it’s the left leg doing all the work. Why is that? I do have less than ideal ab and upper body strength which could be contributing 😅 I’ve always had this problem by the way! Perhaps I’m lifting my leg too high which makes me lean more to the right?

Nicole, I’m gonna be honest with you. I’m a 21 years old brazilian woman, that was always obsessed with my body and since I was a teenager I was working out at home or at the gym. but I never had a healthy diet, always preferred to eat fast food and hated vegetables. I’ve always wanted to eat healthier, but were never able to. I have a skinny but thick body shape, which means I wasn’t happy with my body, always wanted to have that perfect shaped and toned abs. doing pilates with you changed my life, honestly. I never liked pilates, always thought it was the workout for old people (how wrong I was). but now I don’t even like lifting weights anymore, I’m not obsessed with how I look. although I don’t have that perfect toned body, I’m happy with my own. I also started to eat healthier and I’m so happy! every weekend I’d eat a burger or a pizza hut, but now I don’t even feel that crazy anxiety to eat fast food. last sunday, instead of going for a burger, I decided to go for a healthy snack. for some that might seem stupid, but for me that was a huge improvement! that made me feel so good! now I feel so much better mentally and physically! thank you so much! I love your videos and please never stop doing them!❤️
Wow, I did not expect to finish this video! I was feeling really lethargic and overall not good physically, and just told myself i'd start and do what I can. All of a sudden we're at the end and while I still feel tired, I am feeling a bit better, and now more ready to shower up and get some rest. Thankyou for this! PS, could you do a video with minimal pressure on hands and wrists? I have an issue with my thumb muscle and it hurts really bad with just a few moments of pressure. Thank you Nicole! :)

Omg, this was absolutely AMAZING! One of my new faves, even though it's hard af lol :D My glutes and legs/thighs really burned, especially during the exercises on all fours and the standing/curtsy ones. My abs were on FIRE during/after the abs series, and were super engaged throughout the workout. THANK YOU, NICOLE!

Just started doing Pilates last week with you. They are amazing! I thought it would be easy coming as a dancer and weight lifter but you kick my butt! I love your classes!!!
