thank you so much for this video, it was amazing just like every single one of yours 😭♥️ i really needed this morning yoga class combined with a morning pilates class you recently uploaded. i literally felt every joint in my body move to the state it should originally be, every muscle in my body losing the tension held inside from doing weeks of weight training. all the pain that’s left my body was just something magical. the relief and peace i am feeling right now after finish todays class is just out of this world, literally something spiritual.

I think it would inspire more people to start their yoga/pilates journey. I also believe that even the advanced often appreciate revising the basics.
