Today I realized why I should never, ever skip my daily routine on the mat with you. Going beyond the physical benefits, which are great on their own already, I realized that practicing how to have control of my body and of my breathing on the mat also helps me control my emotions and my reactions in all my day-to-day situations. I find myself being more assertive and taking a deep breath in and out before letting my temporary emotions or a stressful situation control my mind and my actions. It just makes me a calmer, easier going woman and I must admit that life is way more enjoyable when my mind is wired like this, when I feel at peace. So thank you Nicole ❤ You are truly an artist in what you do.

This one was a challenge for me! I loved how you perfectly guided the proper position through the practice. I use my iPad and had to pause a few times to get my balance for the one standing lunge. But I did it and will go back to this class. I really enjoy the combo of yoga and Pilates. I did lol when you said “carefully place for forehead to the soles of your feet.” I was just able to lean forward! 🤣

I have been practicing yoga for years and I tried a few Pilates classes here on TH-cam and I didn’t vibe with it. I did a yoga Pilates one week challenge with another teacher on here and it was great. And I found that I like the combination of the two. I was so excited to see that you made a playlist with classes like this and this was my first one. You are now my new favorite teacher. Keep it coming. I was so proud of how strong I had become and, this kicked my butt

I am in the best shape of my life right now and it has a lot to do with moving with you throughout the week. Thank you for offering your practice and gifts.
Thank you so much for these short classes. I was a very athletic woman. weight lifting for most of my 60 years (didn't start until I was 19). was a runner for a few years. Spin class for a couple, kickboxing for a few and then little by little with growing leg pain and foot, became unable to do much aerobic. Finding out that my body has osteoarthritis all through it. My should is degenerating and needs replacement (got a steroid injection), my knees are becoming so stiff it is hard to bend, my right foot so really bad and the toes needs an operation and is in pain everyday. But I continue to lift. Beginning of Covid I found Yoga and Pilates classes to do. They are very hard for me as my wrists, the shoulder and my knees limit movement. I haven't been consistent in these classes as I always revert to weight lifting (I have been doing it with Caroline Girvan since Sep of 2020). I want to keep my muscles as strong as I can, but recently, instead of stronger I am getting weaker with weakness in my body and a constant burning through my legs and arms and pain in the areas I am working that shouldn't be there for as long as they are. I'm dejected and becoming depressed, but trying to not give up. Your class along with Boho Beautiful and Cat Meffan have been what I am leaning to now until I feel I can try the weights again and this time I will alternate. I appreciate you and all the others for giving us these classes to keep ourselves to continue. Thank you.

Wow, I absolutely loved this! I'm a yoga instructor, so I love flows that give me the chance to incorporate pilates techniques. Thanks so much for your consistent, seamless, instructions! Lately, my hips have been carrying a lot of tension from heavy handbags and sitting for long hours to work, so I definitely have to constantly sustain my low back and hip abductors. I LOVED the seated leg circles. Those felt amazing! This was truly the perfect combination of strength and flexibility that helped aid core development and provide a full body stretch. I will certainly be doing this as a continual morning flow!

This was great! Some of your classes have some difficult moves, but this was great.
What a great flow for the hips! I have some creaky joints setting in and this workout avoided any further aggravation of those areas.

Wow, I absolutely loved this! I'm a yoga instructor, so I love flows that give me the chance to incorporate pilates techniques. Thanks so much for your consistent, seamless, instructions! Lately, my hips have been carrying a lot of tension from heavy handbags and sitting for long hours to work, so I definitely have to constantly sustain my low back and hip abductors. I LOVED the seated leg circles. Those felt amazing! This was truly the perfect combination of strength and flexibility that helped aid core development and provide a full body stretch. I will certainly be doing this as a continual morning flow!
