    Had the beautiful realization of how strong and fit I’ve become with this flow… the wheel pose was effortless and such great relief for my abs with all the ab work you’ve been putting us through 😮‍💨I love the connection and engagement with and control over my body that consistent Pilates and yoga is fostering for me❤ I could feel my heart beat throughout my entire body when we laid still before closing the practice, I feel amazing🥰

    You’ve reignited my passion for Yoga after a several year hiatus when my favorite yoga teacher completely stopped doing yoga and moved away.     Whenever I see yoga on our program I usually skip because I’m not flexible and usually find it boring but this was so enjoyable, it pushed me and I was able to do most of the stretches and if I couldn’t I did as much as I could and just breathed. Thanks so much Nicole ❤

    I have to express what I am feeling right now
    I just finished this class and I feel so happy and at ease that I might cry
    While doing some of the stretching exercises my body felt so good idk how to explain

    The feel good yoga practices saved me from bad sleep and burnout syndrome. Not only they are my favorite parts of the weekly program, but they are my healthy sleep aid after 14 hours of work and 6 days of stress.     Exactly what I needed!!! Thank you Nicole! Have had a neck tweak the last few days and this felt soooo good loosening up my upper body while also stretching everything out. Unfortunately didn't want to push it with the wheel pose, but looking forward to doing this video again and doing the wheel post once my body feels up for it :)

    Loved to see this for 40 or 50 minutes. Reminded me of a balance flow was working on before hip replacement. Your classes have really help the strength & flexibility of titanium hips. series started with balance lunge(warrior 1) - Open side twist with arms - return front- open warrior two- reverse- side angle- return warrior 2- 1 - revolve prayer. - lunge- salutation- repeat OS. loved the cool down stretches
