    I always thought dieting is expensive and 'healthy' food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.

    I suggest mag strength training po kayo to increase muscle mass. Super baba po ng mga calorie intake nyo.

    what if currently sedentary lifestyle po ako but plan ko mag 3-5x activity level pag start ko mismo ng calorie deficit. Ano po iinput ko sa activity level sa pag compute ng tdee? sedentary or yung plano ko na 3-5x once I start my calorie deficit?

    Hello tanong qoh lang poh kc nara2mdaman qoh na tumataba ulit aqoh kc may work aqoh kaya dina qoh naka2pag exercise 8-7 poh kc ang work qoh kaya wla na talaga aqong tym mgexercise and un nga naka2in paqoh kc gutom lagi sa work ,, anoh poh kaya dpat qong gawin para kahit di aqoh naka2pag exercise ei di aqoh madagdagan ng timbang 😥 sana poh matulungan nio qoh 😭
